• mukesh (4/5): IN TOTALLITY IT WAS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY ,AVERAGE HOTEL AT HIGH RATES VERY UNREASONABLE MANAGEMENT, - Staff was curteous , we booked room with king size bed but we were given room with separate beds .They said all such rooms are occupied . They joined the bed which was very uncomfortable . Even in restaurant when we asked for water in glass they said that only during breakfast they give water in glass , rest of time we sell bottle only . Bathroom was very small ,not as shown in photos .Not a pleasant stay , it is an average hotel with very high rates .Location is also far from main attractions like bangla road

• Boglárka (9/5): - Tiszta volt a hotel, a sziget központi mégis csendes részén helyezkedik el. A személyzet segítőkész, habár az angollal picit hadilábon állnak. A reggeli menüről választható, melynek elfogyasztására elméletileg 8:00 órától van lehetőség. A pultos-felszolgáló 8:10re érkezett minden nap, a konyhán dolgozó hölgy is 8:00 órakkor kezdett, ami nem az ő hibájuk inkább a vezetőségé. Ha frissen készült reggelit igérnek egy adott időponttól akkor az előkészüleket miatt érdemes lenne egy órával korábban behívni a személyezetet, hogy a 8:00 óra ne 8:45 legyen, mert amikor szervezett programra készül a vendég ez elég kellemetlen tud lenni.
• Anna (9/5): Peaceful hillside hotel with a great location & comfortable rooms. - The hotel has a very good location — although it is situated on a small hill and requires a short uphill walk, the area is very quiet and peaceful. At the same time, it is easy to reach the night market, beach, shops, and restaurants on foot. The room was cleaned daily without any need for requests or arrangements. The mattress was firm and comfortable, and the room was a good size, so it did not feel cramped. The balcony was well equipped and comfortable enough to sit and relax. The bathroom was very clean, with no signs of mold or unpleasant surprises. The main downside is that the safe is available only at the reception and works with two keys — one held by the guest and one by the staff. While this feels very secure, it is also inconvenient and slightly stressful, as you need to go to the reception every time to access your belongings, and losing the key could cause serious problems.
• rachel (9/5): - מלון נהדר,צוות שירותי ,מאוד.נקי ומטופח...היייתי מוסיפה ספה נוחה בלובי,ומיקרוגל בסוויטות..אבל בסך הכל מאוד ממליצה ומחיר הוגן..מציינת גם את מנהל ההמלון.שהיה מאוד סימפטי אלינו ,וגילה מאוד אמפטיה עקב המלחמה..תודה הלובי הספה מעט קשה לישיבה,אולי מוזיקה נעימה בערבים,היה מוסיף. הרבה לדעתי.אבל שוב מאוד ממליצה
• Patrizia (8/5): Lo consiglio per ottima posizione e prezzo - Stanze ampie comode pulite La cucina era allestita ma con fornelli elettrici non efficienti. Non erano provviste di asciugacapelli, che abbiamo dovuto richiedere per entrambi le stanze e in una non era presente il bollitore.

• Valentina (10/5): Tutto eccellente - Il soggiorno presso il Sun Hill è stato fantastico. Lo staff pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza e sempre sorridente. Ci è stato inoltre concesso un upgrade nella loro suite all’ultimo piano senza ulteriori costi. Anche la posizione era perfetta per muoversi nella caotica Patong, vicina al centro ma lontana dal caos. Qualche accorgimento in più agli scarichi del bagno, ma è un problema diffuso in Thailandia.

• Linda (7/5): Accettabile - Camera molto ampia con un buon servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Bella la vetrata con vista piscina. Con una passeggiata di circa mezz’ora si raggiungono Patong Beach e Bangla Road. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho scelto questa struttura proprio perché molte recensioni indicavano camere silenziose e ben insonorizzate, ma non è stato affatto così. Patong è caotica per definizione ma, nonostante l’hotel sia un po’ distante dal centro, la camera era molto rumorosa: traffico, clacson e musica altissima si sentivano chiaramente durante la notte, rendendo difficile dormire. La piscina rimane in ombra per gran parte della giornata. La camera è un po’ datata; la doccia ha la classica tenda in plastica. Inoltre, il phon non era presente in camera e l’abbiamo dovuto richiedere alla reception.

Molto disponibile e pronto ad accontentarci e risolvere i nostri problemi il personale della reception, tanto è vero che appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che in camera nostra non c’era il bollitore per acqua calda (anche se era elencato nei servizi inclusi della camera quando la abbiamo prenotata)…. così che mi sono recato dalla signorina in reception a far presente questo problemino… e magicamente in neanche un minuto mi hanno bussato e portato il bollitore come da me prenotato. Complimenti davvero per la gentilezza e la disponibilità e soprattutto la tempestività nel risolvere. L’odore di fogna che esce dal buco dello scarico della doccia nel bagno. Consiglio veramente di dare una controllata al sistema fognario… veramente da voltastomaco. (p.s. non so ne anche se dipenda direttamente dall’Hotel, o da qualche problema fognario di zona/quartiere non nelle competenze dell’Hotel)… comunque resta il fatto che ara veramente forte e irresistibile.

• Martina (9/5): 4 giorni a patong - La struttura si trova in una zona strategica: a 10 minuti di motorino da patong beach quindi la notte si dorme meravigliosamente e di giorno si può noleggiare un motorino proprio di fronte alla struttura a 250 baht. La colazione è a scelta tra diverse tipologie di piatto non é a buffet ma io lo preferisco. Lo staff é accogliente, sorridente e pronto ad aiutare! Check in e check out veloci. La struttura ha una piscina che però é quasi tutto il giorno all’ombra. Assenza di un ascensore.
