• Maria (8/5): - Ubicació en una zona molt propera al Vaticà i relativament a prop del centre històric. Habitació molt confortable i neta, amb possibilitat d'utilitzar una cuina en l'espai comú. Si viatges amb nens que necessitin un cotxet, ascensor i porta d'entrada molt estreta que no permet passar el cotxet sense plegar-lo. Pel què fa a les habitacions, poc insonoritzades i se senten els hostes de les habitacions del costat.

Ohygieniskt med tanke på smittspridning av fåglar.. döda blomster i blomlådorna med en massa fimpar. Ofräsch spegel i badrummet.

• PAOLA (5/5): - Posizione e letto comodi B&b in buona posizione (un quarto d'ora a piedi dal Vaticano) ed in zona tranquilla e ben servita. Peccato che la struttura non sia particolarmente curata: il bagno in camera necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione e la presenza di un gradino altissimo per accedervi non era stata segnalata (il che potrebbe essere problematico per una persona anziana o con problemi di deambulazione); il balcone, annesso alla camera, avrebbe necessitato di una pulizia così come i vetri; la cucina, comune alle stanze, andrebbe "svecchiata" e liberata dai sacchi (biancheria sporca?) lasciati ad ingombrare il già ristretto spazio utile; la colazione è davvero "basica" (anche in altri b&b si forniscono solo prodotti imbustati, ma si possono anche scegliere prodotti più vari e di qualità)e risicata (se non si lascia il caffè per la moka, non si possono lasciare 2 cialde contate al giorno!). Nota positiva, il letto molto comodo, ma insonorizzazione della stanza pessima.

Tuttavia, nonostante fossimo due ospiti c’era solo una capsula per il caffè per cui possiamo affermare che la colazione non era adeguata Mancavano gli asciugamani per il viso e lo scendi doccia. Inoltre nonostante fossimo occupanti la camera, c’era una sola capsula per il caffè

La mancanza del bidet, non mi è piaciuto il fatto di poter acquistare cibo già cotto fuori e poterlo mangiare con tutte le comodità all'interno dell'appartamento, perché non è possibile. Per la colazione in camera si potrebbe fare di meglio. Ma è stato un bel soggiorno

Contact with the owners was convenient and quick, the room was cleaned every day, coffee and sweet snacks were given every day. Everything was perfect ❤️

• Fabio (6/5): Senza infamia e senza lode - Non farei più di una notte - Tutto sommato pulita e discreta, posizione in zona Vaticano (ma manco troppo vicino a San Pietro). Check in rapido e automatico e proprietario che risponde in fretta su Booking. Devi mandare un messaggio per far aprire il portone dal proprietario (discutibile ma rapido) Ho trovato il copriletto un bel po’ stropicciato al mio arrivo. Si avvisa solo al momento del check in o poco prima che gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati tutti i giorni e la ‘’colazione’’ inclusa è una merendina e un succo. È letteralmente un appartamento reso a B&B e le porte sono abbastanza poco insonorizzate, quindi si sente qualsiasi cosa. Diciamo che è un po’ arrangiato ma raggiunge la sufficienza se per una notte.

• Caren (6/5): - The location is good, near Vatican and several restaurants, bars around. The room is clean, and comfortable. The breakfast IS NOT breakfast, it is only snacks (few bread, jam, box juice, coffee capsule - see the picture) that they place inside room every day around 10AM for next day consume. No fruits, no iogurt, no hot drinks, cause there is not microwave in the kitchen, and I dont drink coffee, so I had to go to Café every morning. It is unfair pay for a accomodation with breakfast included, and find only snacks.

• Carine (4/5): Ruim. - A cama e cobertas eram boas. Atendimento PÉSSIMO por parte dos proprietários. Não foram capazes de nos receber presencialmente, além de se recusarem a trocar as toalhas diariamente. O casal enchia de regras a estadia e não cumpriam com o mínimo. Na geladeira tinham alimentos vencidos e podres. O café da manhã é propaganda ENGANOSA, pois não era servido e sim, produtos comprados e deixado no quarto. O banheiro alagava quando tomava banho, o secador de cabelo era fraco.
• Alena (9/5): A few steps from Vatican - Accomodation is 15min by walk to Vatican, we received clearly instructions how to checkin, room was clean, you can use small kitchen and our room had a small balcony which was nice for a morning coffee. Small breakfast is included (coffee, croissant, crackers,jams, every day some treat). Owners were helpful and communicated almost imediately after message was sent. Comparing the location and price it is a good value and I would stay there again. If you are a good walker, you can make it from apartment to the Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain by walk in 40minutes and from there continue further to the centre, basically we made all by walk, but you can use metro Ottaviano which is about 8min by walk and there are some buses passing by the street too. There are many restaurants and small shops near.

A acomodação serve alguns itens de café da manhã numa bandeja deixada de véspera no quarto,onde contém apenas 1capsula de café,e algumas capsulas de geleia e paes dormidos.Nem manteiga ou queijo ou creme cheese ou frutas.Me incomodou muito ter apenas geleias muito doces e pães dormidos.Tudo muito doce.E a maquina de café varias vezes engoliu a capsula ,nos deixando sem o café! A varanda estava toda suja de fezes de pombos ...Precisamos sair pra tomar café na rua.

• Pia (8/5): Good stay, would stay again - Walking distance to Vatican & lots of restaurants nearby. Also very close to bus stops. Staff were friendly and left breakfast in the room each day. The separate bathroom was okay but had no window to allow for ventilation. A bathmat should have also been provided as water from the shower went everywhere.

Дуже привітний хазяїн помешкання, який щоденно прибирав в кімнаті і залишав на сніданок дуже смачну каву, круасан, джеми та тости! Дуже чиста постіль, зручний матрас! Наш літак прилетів пізно ввечері , і ми були змушені заселитися після 23-00, з чим не було ніяких проблем. Хотілось би, щоб на кухні була мікрохвильова піч для можливості розігріти собі їжу!
• Nicoli (8/5): Bom custo benefício - A comunicação com os anfitriões foi bem fácil e tranquila. Nenhuma intercorrência para checkin ou checkout. O banheiro externo é no mesmo corredor em frente ao quarto, tranquilo tbm. O café da manhã é simples, mas ótimo para agilizar a saída pela manhã. Bem servido e gostoso. O espaço comum é compartilhado, mas mal vimos as outras pessoas hospedadas lá, tudo super ok. Dá pra ir a pé pro Vaticano e pros outros pontos turísticos tem ônibus que passa em frente e vc pode pagar a passagem no ônibus mesmo com cartão por aproximação (1,50 euro) Tudo certo

We could find no fault with the place or the price That fact that some idiot has graffitied a load of the buildings. It takes the look off the place. But it seems to be a problem all along the street

• Peppiina (8/5): Comfortable, safe and simple - Comfortable and simple little bed and breakfast, perfect for a few days of exploring the city. A bit out of the centre but easy to move around with the metro and bus. Easy check-in and out. Very calm and safe. Our room was towards the courtyard so we weren’t bothered by any noise! Some small updates and touch ups in the room/ bathroom would really level up this place!
• Aydin (3/5): I will never ever stay there again. - Unfortunately no positive experiences to share :( There was no space in the room to put and open the luggage. Due to the proximity of the building to the main road, the noise in the room is very high. The main door of the building and the doors of the rooms in the main corridor are very noisy; unfortunately, the unit next to us caused a lot of disturbance to use the toilet in the corridor. The worst thing was that they entered the apartment after 11, midnight and used the toilet frequently. The towels are small and not suitable for the bathroom. They are only suitable for the face. Sheets and comforters were put on daily, but they were not changed after the previous traveler. Because they had stains and smelled bad. The closet was also very smelly. When I took my clean clothes out of the suitcase the next day and hung them up, I noticed a bad smell in my clothes. Luckily the laundry room was only 7 minutes away and I was able to wash them again.

• Weronika (5/5): Very basic - Amazing location 10 min walk from Vatican and around 1km from metro station. Tiny bathroom with poor water pressure in the tolet and shower, very basic breakfast with already packed crossants. No plates and other essencials in the kitchen made us unable to prepare food. Cigarette buds in flower pots on the balcony.
• Imene (9/5): Comfortable and friendly - I loved the smooth organization of the booking and the check-in and out procedures. It's a safe place well secured and well cared of so no humidity in there. The shared kitchen and fridge were sufficient for everybody's use when you're a tourist.
• Sarah (7/5): Good value a bit outside of Rome's downtown area - This was a clean place to stay that met all of our needs for a good price! We received the check in information at 2pm the day of check in via email (check in was at 2pm), and because of our phone service had trouble viewing the instructions so had a confusing time checking in; however, the host reached out to us via text after we called them and we're able to help us. The apartment was further from downtown than I realized due to buses being inconsistent. The juice and coffee were delicious, and the pastries were fine.

The room facing a noisy street (despite the request for a quiet room), thus sleeping possible only with a closed window and earplugs. Breakfast included but provided to the room and quite limited.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing, 10-15 minutes of walking from the Vatican! We didn't use public transport at all since you can easily walk around from the house. The rooms were super clean, spaceous and nice, we got the cot for a baby that was also good! And the bed is super cozy and warm :) The room was cleaned every day, as well as the bathroom. We were 3 couples in 3 separate rooms and had all three different arrivals and departures so it was perfect option.
• Bartoszek23 (9/5): Good, clean apartment with great location and kind service. - The room was clean with a really comfortable bed. It is a place with good location (10 min walk to the Ottaviano Metro station and 3 min to bus stations) Also really close to the Vatican - 15 min walk. Breakfasts were italian - coffee, cookies + croissant left at the room each day. The room was cleaned every day. Good communication with the owner. Easy access to the apartment thanks to the code for the door. It would be great to add some kitchen equipment such as bigger plates. Also there was only one adapter for hairdrier, we had to use it to charge our phones. Good idea to add another one. After all this is small suggestions, in overall the place is great, good value for money.

• Antonio (8/5): Very good - The cleanliness is top notch. Room large enough. Shared kitchen is good. Location is also very nice, very calm area. The only problem was that hosts didn't write messages in English. For me it wasn't such a big deal, but there was a family that came to check-in and they rang a bell for half an hour and kind of disturbed us. They also tried to come in our room which we found a bit scary. Of course, someone without a pinch of social anxiety would probably just open the door and handled the situation 🤣 Also the breakfast was really monotonous.

Nothing fancy, but it gets you fed for free. Entry is self assisted. Communication was only in Italian so I had to use Google translator, but it wasn't the worst.

• Katarina (6/5): Pleasant - It was good value for the money. Clean and spacious, but nothing else. We got 3 small travel hair& body shower losions for 5 days trip (for two persons). Towels were replaced on our third day. Breakfast was a little bit poor. More like a some snack then a breakfast. Shower pressure was very bad, barely can wash my hair. There were some maintenance on the floor above us, so there was a huge noise in the morning.

• Zoe (7/5): Good - Even if the bathroom is outside of the room it was very clean and new. This is a big plus for me. The breakfast even if it was poor it was okay cause there was also a shared kitchen and special treats every day. It's a cozy apartment. The location is okay cause there are a lot of busses but with walking is far from the vaticano. Ps: you don't see the owner, you have to follow the instructions sent on your phone The room though had an intense smell when we entered due to cleaning stuff that might be bad for people with allergies. But we told the owner about it and she didnt use it again. The towels had also a strange smell. There was also lack of plugs next to our bed and the wall and a pillow for the chair were dirty. All and all It's a worth of money room but it needs a little renovation and attention to the cleaning.
