Früh gebucht und guten Preis enthalten Unkomplizierter schneller Check In und Check Out Kein Haartrockner auf den Zimmern Viel abgelegener als es den Anschein hat. Die Umgebung ist toll, aber eben nicht direkt im Ort Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und an den üblichen "Ecken" war es schon etwas schnuddelig, aber für uns und Zwischenstop war es trotzdem okay Ein Fenster war kaputt d.h. es war immer einen Spalt auf. Man muss ja immer ein wenig differenzieren: es ist halt ein Motel; für ein bis drei Übernachtungen wäre es für uns vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

- Minjie (1/5): - I am writing to report an issue that occurred during my recent stay. The official checkout time was 11:00 AM. At around 10:00–10:30 AM on Sunday, I returned to my room and found that housekeeping had already entered the room and completely cleaned it, assuming that I had checked out. However, I had not checked out yet, and I had not dropped off the room key. All of my food items were removed and discarded, including coffee, milk, two unopened packages of beef jerky from the refrigerator, as well as takeout food that was on the table. Although I had taken most of my belongings to my car earlier, I intentionally left the food items in the room because I was planning to return before checkout. I immediately reported the situation to the front desk staff member, Jason, who told me that he would report the issue to the manager. However, it has now been about a week and I have not received any response, explanation, or follow-up. Entering a guest’s room and disposing of personal items before the official checkout time, without confirmation, is not acceptable. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and an appropriate resolution.

The rooms were dirty. The sheets had stains all over them and old hairs. Asked for new sheets and those were given to us but were unfortunately just as dirty. There was weird stains on the walls too.

Spend more and stay at one of the local hotels. - No remote in room for TV (had to ask the front desk for one), Phone didn’t work, dirty baseboards, shower floor was visibly dirty, hole in bathroom door, and the bed was collapsed on one side making it lumpy. We also had ants in the room. The location wasn’t bad.

- Andrew (4/5): Low-price budget accomodation (a place to sleep & stay warm on a cold night) - Thank you! We stayed warm inside (on cold nights of ~ 27F degrees). Two beds. Mini fridge and microwave. A hard chair at desk. Shelves. Heater unit. Price - maybe the lowest (or near lowest) in town. Warm/hot water (sink and shower). Very close to main road (Big Bear Blvd), Adjacent to Big Bear snow play (tubing) property - got to see man-made snow blowers & cats pushing snow in morning & colorful lights at night. Toilet sprayed water out at us. Light switch at bedside (x2 lights) didn't work. Beds were "full" size I think (not queens). Only 1 chair in the room. No drawers. Not bathtub (shower only). Difficult to get & maintain near-constant room air temperature using wall heather: went from too hot at 70, to too cold at 65 (the first night of sleep). Little/no views from window. Our door's deadbolt did not work. Cigarette and marijuana smoke smell outside. Office staff dressed very casually (no uniform) - e.g. in casual shorts, t-shirt, etc. His communication struck me as rushed / hurried. Drives into town (e.g. Stater Bros grocery store, Snow Summit or The Village) involved sitting in traffic up to Stanfield Cutoff. Thank you!

The room felt unkempt . The water damaged ceiling , and scuffed doors and flooring along with broken lamp shades could have been addressed or noted .

- Reina (5/5): - The location, the amenities inside the room: small fridge and microwave: that's always very helpful and convenient. All the bed sheets and towels had long strings of hair, and some towels looked dirty. The floors were dirty. Thankfully we always bring our own towels and bed sheets.
- Amber (5/5): - The heater worked There was the thinnest curtain-like material on the bed, i had to go downstairs and ask for a blanket, and it was thin too, like an old beach towel.. and the bed had a top sheet for a bottom sheet, I woke up laying on the bare mattress... Very unappealing.

- Okawa (4/5): Motel6 Big Bear. - Nothing. Damaged door. Maybe it was not their fault. Unhappy customer broke it. It seems like someone kicked it. They shouldn't do that. Missing bath tissue roller. This is the first one. The bath tissue was stacked on the tank.

He also was being extremely slow checking us in. He was a bad communicator & speaking too low to understand . - Michelle (4/5): This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve experienced, with unsanitary bedding, minimal amenities, - I liked the location Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially as we were traveling with two toddlers. Upon arrival, we were given only two towels for a family of four and just one roll of toilet paper. The bed sheets were wet, and although we requested clean replacements, none were ever provided. The room was very cold, and when we attempted to use the heater, it smelled strongly of smoke, which was alarming with young children present. The beds were lumpy, and the sheets appeared dirty. To make matters worse, other guests were excessively noisy late into the night, repeatedly waking our children. This stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below acceptable standards for a family-friendly hotel.

The rooms aren't clean, the towels are thin and worn, the ice maker doesn't always work. We stay here for a place to sleep that allows pets and is the least expensive in Big Bear, CA.
