• Eric (5/5): - The price was reasonable. The shower was reversed; hot was cold, cold was hot. The TV was not working when we checked in, but the clerk came in and fixed it right away.

• Donald (8/5): The place was what was excpected for Motel 6, I would have stayed elsewhere but was with others. - Check-in, check-out was easy. The grounds were nice and they had dog areas. No coffee in rooms, need that morning cup of joe. The AC unit wasn't performing at a 100%.

Didn’t stay at this hotel. - Nothing I booked a three nights stay and didn’t stay one night after getting into my room and looking at the bed with stains on it. Had to pay for one night since they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, even though the bed was in a condition, I wouldn’t put a dog on, but they did reimburse me for the other two nights after my own persistence of going back to the hotel two more times to get my refund Couldn’t distinguish from the green and brown stains on the bed didn’t stay at this motel for even one night. Had to pay for one night, even though I had to book another hotel because of their cancellation policy yet their bed I wouldn’t put a dog on. I did however get two nights reimbursed after my persistence of going back to the property twice to get my reimbursement.

• Evelyn (5/5): Decent night stay for the money. - We were there for the Stagecoach festival. Did not plan on spending time there. Just needed a bed and shower. So as far as that goes, we got what we paid for. No matter the rating of a hotel there was always a hair dryer. This place did not have one and I didn't bring one. There were not enough outlets to charge phones, watches, batteries. Room was very small. Only myself and daughter but felt like we were stepping over each other to do anything. No full length mirror to see how we looked. We have stayed at several places all over Palm springs over the years. Comparable prices but better accommodations. Probably will not stay here again for those reasons.

• Jill (3/5): Low quality accommodations. Needs serious cleaning and upgrade. - The room was not very clean. Both wash clothes were dirty. Sheets were stained. Everything.
• Jessica (1/5): Terrible. - The manager was helpful. Location was nice We booked a double room. Double to almost everyone means 2, like 2 beds. Come to find out it was only one bed and QUADRUPLE means 2 beds. That is absolutely ridiculous and the language should absolutely be changed to clarify. Also paid 900$ for two nights because of a local festival happening. Price gouging at its finest. Room was tiny as well.

• Wanderer17218605912 (2/5): Terrible Management - Due to a change in our travel plans, we needed to return home to earlier than expected. I called ahead to cancel my reservation; however, I was unaware that I had two separate reservation numbers. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with also did not identify both bookings and only cancelled one. As a result, I was later charged a no-show fee of $129.85 for the second reservation. Following this, I made multiple attempts to contact the property—over 14 calls—to speak with a manager. Earlier this week, I left my name and number but did not receive a callback. I was finally able to connect with the manager today, who advised that a refund would not be possible, as the room had been held. When I asked why both reservations were not identified during my initial call, I was told they were unsure, but that the responsibility remained with me. I also note that when I had previously contacted another Motel 6 location in error, I was advised that a refund could be issued under these circumstances—however, we later realized that was not the correct property. Do not stay at this property. If you're looking for a Motel 6 - stay downtown where the management is good!! Service: 1/5

• Alex (3/5): Terrible. Find somewhere else to stay. - Location is good, and the staff is friendly. That's all. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The whole thing is poor quality. The rooms are small, the bed is terrible, pillows horrible. The bathroom is kind of repulsive. The whole room smelled like a homeless person had been living there for weeks. Pay a few dozen bucks more and stay in some other place.

• Cathryne (4/5): I just wanted a place to sleep without a lot of amenities I wouldn't use, but it was pretty basic. - The room was clean and I felt safe. The blackout drapes construction was ineffective. It was quiet, even with adjacent exterior stairs. I just wanted a place to sleep, so it met my needs and it was a convenient location. The room was clean but the bathroom was quite beat up. The fan kind of hung there and was noisy, the shower was weirder than a cheap motor home, the the bright lights from outside came in above the blackout drapes, making the room too bright. There was no shampoo or hair dryer.

• Susan (5/5): It was close to the airport and convenient. It was a clean room. - The room and bathroom were clean. The check in experience was difficult. I booked two rooms. One wasn't ready and I was told that I would be contacted when it was ready. I was not contacted. The lights in one of the bathrooms were broken. One of the beds seemed about ready to collapse!
• Michael (8/5): Staff alone is worth staying here! - No free breakfast but decent free coffee and the staff is exception. I wish I could remember thiier names but the night auditors the and the girl who works in the morning and the guy and girl who work in the afternoons and the manager are all super nice and unbelievably helpful and friendly. And extra kudos to always having a great for my dog!! THANK YOU! The areal around the pool, just needs a bit of a refresh.
