- サイトウ (7/5): 安ければ泊まりたいかな。 - 清潔だったのと、チェックイン前にお荷物を預かってくれたこと。 隣の声が聞こえる。 隣のドアの閉まる音が大きくてびっくりした。 エアコンの調整が自分で出来なくて、強中弱しかないから、熱くて寝れなかった。

- Jessica (6/5): Dirty but okay - Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, the room was fairly cheap as well. The river near by was a nice location to visit. The staff were amicable. Complimentary bathroom and tea goods, but in the lobby. The air ducts and air conditioner were filthy. There was an air purifier in the room, but I feel that would not be needed if the room was cleaned properly.

- Alba (10/5): Muy buena estancia! - La ubicación estaba muy bien. Cerca de la estación de tren y también de la estación de metro. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y las camas eran muy cómodas! La atención del personal fue impecable. Muy buena estancia, repetiremos. En general no tengo ninguna queja pero si tengo que decir algo es que quizás se escuchaba un poco el ruido del pasillo del hotel y de la calle. Pero no era un ruido molesto que no dejase dormir.

The area has supermarkets, restaurants, coffee places. The room itself is small (typical for Japan), but it has everything you could need the staff at reception/breakfast speaks basic english, so there is a bit of a language barrier

The interior of the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Considering the location and the level of service provided, the price represents excellent value. - ??? (6/5): - 新大阪駅まで1駅ですし、最寄り駅の西中島南方駅も居酒屋なども多く、食事にも困りません。 立地はとてもいいと感じます。 しかし、空気清浄機のフィルターやふろ場の換気扇に埃が溜まっていたりと清掃はイマイチの感じでした。 タオルや部屋着は新しいものに取り換えてくれます。 朝食ビュッフェは食べませんでしたが、1400円と値段は安いです。

Hotel services and staff are really professional Location is not great if you wanna visit the city center, despite this at about 500m the metro station is available. - Sato (8/5): 大阪出張に最適なホテルです。 - 地下鉄と阪急の最寄駅があって、新大阪からも地下鉄で一駅と新幹線での旅に適しています。京都や奈良に行くのも便利でした。梅田ほど賑やかでないので、落ち着いたロケーションなのもよかった。駅周りに飲食店も多く、食事には困らない。コンビニも目の前にあって非常に便利なホテルでした。 朝食込みで非常にお得なプランなのですが、紅茶がなぜか「カフェインレス」しかなく、普通の紅茶を朝に目覚ましとして飲みたいのですが、残念ながらありませんでした。これには驚きました。コーヒーは美味しいです。ただ、紙コップでの提供なのは少し残念。やはりホテルなので陶器のカップでいただきたいですね。

- anna (7/5): Clean, Convenient, and Budget-Friendly—with a Few Heat Waves - SureStay Osaka offers clean, affordable rooms with private bathrooms, a fridge, kettle, and a great city view—all just a short walk from the train station and convenience stores. Check-in was easy, the elevators were fast, and the staff kindly provided a late checkout and luggage storage. The only downsides were the warm room due to centrally controlled AC and tap water that had a strong chemical taste.
