Guest Reviews
- Christopher (7/5): - Location Pool was not open
- Jose (10/5): I like the staff specially the woman who works on the cafeteria she was very very kind she was helping every body and ve - Very clean easy to get there I like it Everything was good
- Karen Brown (10/5): -
- Trudy (10/5): -
- Mark (8/5): Quiet and restful stay in a secluded area but close enough to everything! - A nice secluded location with a scenic view overlooking the hills of Branson! The female owner at the front desk and the breakfast lady were very kind and helpful! The coffee and waffles were tasty but it would be a big improvement in quality if they added real scrabbled eggs, Not powdered! and also included some orange juice! Other than that I really enjoyed my stay there!
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Timothy (5/5): Thought it was a good value, (not)... - The room was decently clean. Lack of proper maintenance. Like shower curtain rod not properly installed. They have a bow out rod. But was installed with the bow down so the shower curtain always went to the middle. Owners family had very loud party, ran golf cart into side of building. Parking is atrocious.
- Dewayne (10/5): -
- Cecily (10/5): - Nice motel, breakfast and good pool.
- Akin (10/5): - My husband, two daughters and I stayed for the weekend. Everyone was very nice. Very clean. Super close to everything and really reasonably priced.
We would definitely stay again.
- William (10/5): -
- Beky (8/5): -
- Jan (10/5): Great Value for a really nice place to stay! - This was a great value! The location was wonderful, right by the Sight and Sound Theatre. The place was really clean and had a microwave and a small frig. The bed was super comfortable. It was a bit dated but for the price, it was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was good and the little lady at the breakfast area was exceptional! She waited on everyone like it was her house. Overall a very good place to stay and easy on the wallet. It was a little dated.
- Audrey (6/5): - Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Only bad thing .
- Jose (10/5): It was great!! 100% recommend!! - Great option for the good price!! The staff is very kind!! I would 100% come back!! It also has a great view to the mountains!!
- Linda (8/5): Very pleasant. - Location was great. Clean rooms. Very quiet. All was fine.
- David (9/5): Very happy the breakfast was very good staff was very friendly - Centrally located easy in and out The pool wasn't open
- Gray (8/5): The facility was very clean for the price I paid for it. There’s nothing fancy got a good night slee - The room was very clean. The whole facility was clean. The breakfast was right would’ve liked to seen some fresh fruit.
- Chelsea (10/5): Great quality great price -
- Michelle (8/5): - More variety at breakfast.
- Dinorah (1/5): -
- Takota (2/5): worst stay ever! - nothing the pool was closed and when we called to book they said it was open, the shower head was at my chest. This is because they put us in a handicap room because it was the only room he could put us in. Keep in mind that there was maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. beds were so uncomfortable! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
- Tina (10/5): - It was clean. The room was awesome. Large bathroom, king bed with couch and chair huge tv on the wall. It was quiet. Felt secure. You used your key card to get in and out of facility.
- Woods (10/5): We both coming to Branson for over 50 years, this place is great for the price, we will be back, large rooms, quiet, all - Great location, close to everything on 76 and downtown.
- Zack (9/5): It was a good stay, convenient location and good price. - Location is perfect No dislikes, beds could be a little softer though.
- Wanda (5/5): - Really good location and the breakfast was really good. The room we had was a handicap room but it was disappointing. The bathroom had a tub with a high wall to step over so it was impossible for the handicapped person to use. Very little space to walk between bed and tv not enough for a wheelchair. The second room we rented was a regular room and it had a walk in shower If you need a handicap room be sure to ask questions before you rent
- David (10/5): - The rooms were very clean, staff was hospitable, and breakfast offered a range of selections. Nothing to complain about.
- Michael (9/5): Very satisfied with our stay at the Rosebud Inn and we would stay there again if we come back. - The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. The breakfast buffet was kept well stocked and everything was fresh. The lady who worked in the breakfast room was super friendly and even made our waffles for us and brought us refills on our drinks.
Although the hotel is not a brand new property, everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the knob that turned on the shower and I mentioned it to the manager and it was replaced with a new knob by the time we came back to our room that day! I also liked that they had daily maid service. A lot of hotels are now only providing maid service every third day. The only negative thing that I didn’t like about the room was that there are no dressers or chest of drawers in the room. We where there for a week
And we had no place to unpack our clothes. We didn’t like having to keep all of our clothes in the suitcase all week and having to dig through our suitcase each day looking for the clothes we wanted to wear that day.
I spoke to the Manager about it and he said that they had recently purchased all new furniture for the rooms and they intentionally did not buy any furniture that had drawers, because in the past, they had issues with guests leaving and forgetting things that they had put in the drawers. I don’t think that is a very good reason to deprive future guests from having a dresser or chest of drawers to unpack their suitcase.
- Shannon (7/5): - Comfortable beds.
Located next to everywhere you want to go The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything upstairs or next to you.
Pool was closed

- Olivia (10/5): - It was very clean and comfortable, not far from anywhere. Nothing
- Brian (9/5): Best value for your money! - Great place for the price! Room was a little hot, but truly for the value it was perfect
- Henry (8/5): -
- Susan (10/5): This was our second stay and we will definitely be coming back! - The staff was extremely friendly! Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Friendly staff, great location and clean comfortable room!
- Karen Brown (10/5): - Everything. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Good location.
- Marcia (9/5): Felt very safe and welcome. Would definitely stay here again. - It was close to everything, easy in and out, clean, flat parking, welcoming staff, great view, would definitely book again! We were there before the busy season. I don’t think the room has been used much over the winter season.
- Tallred6 (7/5): - Location, away from strip, but close to so many things.
- Kristina (7/5): - Location was great. Breakfast was good. The wide Crack between outside door and door jamb. I could see daylight through it. There was no clock in the room.
- Jacci (7/5): -
- Richard (10/5): great except for booking snafu - breakfast was good. Manager went out of his way to help me try to obtain a waiver of cancellation of booking fee for a double booking. Only because of unfriendliness/incompetence of booking phone staff was I unable to confirm whether O got a cancellation or not. see above
- Roger (8/5): Is an option for next time - Location and cleanliness Tv had problems
- Miller (8/5): -
- Renee (9/5): Wonderful - It was close to attractions but just enough off the beaten path.
- Chad (10/5): Staff was super friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel is in the perfect place to get to anything you want to - Property was clean with a great parking and a beautiful view.
- E796FKtomr (10/5): Great experience! - GREAT atmosphere including friendly staff! VERY CLEAN everywhere even the parking lot!!
- James (3/5): - The air conditioner went out it was hot trying to sleep we told someone and they said that they will let someone know so we left
- Melissa (10/5): -
- 693harlandh (10/5): Great stay - We have always enjoyed our stay at the Rosebud Inn.Its very clean and nice, great location and the owners go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of .
- Vaswetia (10/5): -
- Paulene (6/5): -
- Jaclyn (9/5): Would stay again - We loved the location of this hotel! It’s not right in the middle of everything so we didn’t have to deal with a lot of traffic to get in and out of there. The only thing that was kind of annoying for us is that we didn’t have a DND sign to hang on our door so housekeeping came in and turned off our AC. My sister just had a baby and gets hot really easy so it was kind of frustrating trying to get the room cooled off to where she was comfortable and not sweating. I’d definitely recommend hanging the DND sign to prevent this as the AC took a while to cool down the room.
- Peterson (8/5): -
- Lori (9/5): -
- Daydream38727739230 (10/5): Clean and met our expectations. - Excellent experiences. The Host were very friendly. The place was clean and meet all of our expectations. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
- Kamran (4/5): Mediocre motel at best with strange staff - Location is good as it’s near all restaurant and behind outlet mall and bed is very comfy along with pillows. Look this was our go to property and we loved staying here when Rose was the host, never had issues, breakfast was good and staff in the hallways was very welcoming. Fast forward to current stay, we called two months in advance and asked if reserved would we be able to check in early and were told yes, called two days prior to stay and asked if early check (12 afternoon) would be okay since we have a little kid that needs to nap and was told that it would not be an issue since so many rooms available. Get to the hotel gentlemen at the front desk who is clueless about hotel business starts telling that he is unable to give me a room until I pay early check in fee which is apparently $10 so we went back and forth explained to him my outreaches and simply wouldn’t want to honor until he calls someone and then goes to tell me that I need to indicate on my reservation that I have a kid - never heard of this. He gives us a room which is still under construction it seems, walls not fully painted around wall plugs etc but no biggie there, turned the heat on and heater really stank from the all the dust I am assuming that’s been collecting from construction, then door wouldn’t function, cloth chair is absolutely disgusting in the room 108 and stinks, we couldn’t get in the room couple times, had to call him over to see what’s going on, breakfast is now limited to 8-9am, identical (eggs, sausage patties and biscuit and gravy, coffee is very bitter), cleaning staff is working with their kids and does not speak a word of English unfortunately so kids are translating when we asked for extra towels or trash bags since we didn’t want anyone getting in the room for few days we were there. Not sure what happened, they’re trying to remodel and improve it seems but staff has no clue about customer service and hoteling business.
- Walker (8/5): - It was ok
- Nora (8/5): Nice, clean, good beds. - Clean and quiet Breakfast was very average. Wanted to take some food to our room and the desk guy said we couldn’t because of mice. Which didn’t make any sense because people bring their own food in all the time
- stephen (9/5): -
- sharon (10/5): Great place to stay - Love the location. It’s so clean, the beds are comfortable and the people are awesome. Beautiful room with lots of room.
- Vickie (10/5): Excellent - Staff very friendly, room very comfortable, centrally located
- Debra (4/5): - We had a very bad odor in the room. A spider web with spider, a roach and the dispenser in shower for soap didn't work. Room floor appeared clean and clean bedding and bathroom. Location was good for us. Off the beaten path. Breakfast was late, started at 8 till 9:30. And wasn't ready at 8.
- Catherine (10/5): - Quiet, clean, super nice staff, good breakfast, updated room
- Bill (10/5): -
- Cheryl (8/5): Great up until we wanted to check out. - Beautiful setting Staff would not open the front door to desk and breakfast until 7 a.m. precisely. We stood in the cold waiting for 20 minutes even though there were employees inside. We rang the Ring doorbell and were told to wait.
- Erica (8/5): -
- Brandy (10/5): -
- Kristy (9/5): Nice rooms! - Rooms, beds, cleanliness, breakfast Need more breakfast options for hot drinks such as hot chocolate and stevia to sweeten the tea. Overall good breakfast, though
- Brisa (10/5): -
- sharon (10/5): -
- Kristen (10/5): -
- JoAnna (6/5): Nice staff and breakfast but bathroom issues. - The breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. They gladly brought more towels when asked. It had appealing modern furniture and decor. The location was nice. The room was restocked and trash taken out each day. It was clean. The shower curtain wouldn't close. We had 4 people in our room and they kept only giving us 3 towels and 2 wash cloths each day. We were given an extra roll of wrapped toilet paper and when unwrapped it had obviously gotten wet at some point. It had black spots (mold?) On one side and discolored yellow on the other. I left it out on the counter, but they didn't notice it so I had to ask for another roll, that they gladly brought to us. The soaps were empty and we only had one small bar of handwashing soap. It was about the size of a pencil eraser by the time we left.
- Holly (9/5): -
- Kristi (7/5): It was ok, but we were only there 1 night. - The breakfast staff was the best part of the stay! Outdated decor, carpet, hallways, bathroom counters, 2 of our wash rags were stained, and the A/C was loud when it would switch on/off
- Saundra (10/5): - Easy to get in and out the parking lot and great location
- Teena (8/5): It was a great experience. - Well maintained and quiet location. Only complaint would be the beds were a little firm but that it personal preference. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
- Pamela (10/5): Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly. - Very easy accessible to everything.
- Rebecca (6/5): -
- Denise (9/5): Safe location, very clean facilities and comfortable. -
- Lilly (7/5): - The staff was great Broken tub plug
- Mounce (9/5): - The rooms were very tastefully decorated. They looked and smelled cleaned. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be better. It would be nice if they added some bacon and hashbrowns to the buffet.
- Vaughan (10/5): We liked it definitely will be staying again! - Great location
Clean room
Air conditioner worked great Bathtub knob was sorta broke but other than that it was great
- Alessandra (5/5): -
- stephanie (10/5): -
- Janis (8/5): Grateful - Quiet and comfortable NA
- Lauren (8/5): Great place to stay for an affordable price. - Great location, great price, perfect for our family. Unfortunately we had an early call time for our event and didn’t get to take advantage of breakfast.
- Tamra (7/5): - Price was excellent for just a basic room to get a night of sleep while traveling. I would not stay as my destination spot for enjoying Branson-i prefer to pay more for a bit more amenities.
- Lance (5/5): For the price, we got what we paid for! - The breakfast was OK. The eggs were good and the waffles were good. The sausage was good. We would've liked a somewhat larger variety. And I realize this was a personal opinion, but we did not like the potatoes.
- Fenimore (10/5): Nice family place with friendly employees. - Clean and very convenient parking NA
- Cheksey (10/5): - The location was tucked away but still super close to everything. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be staying here again.
- jlmassie (8/5): -
- Hill (8/5): -
- Ruth (8/5): - Good location. Pleasant staff. Quiet. Comfortable beds. The breakfast could have healthier choices. Sugar-free yogurt, cartons of milk, and hard-boiled eggs would be an improvement.
- Nathan (10/5): - The breakfast and waffles were amazing!! Nothing j can complain about!!
- Dawn (4/5): Won't be back - The bed and shower were good. The check-in guy told us the wrong hours for breakfast but we found listed in our room, which was also wrong. There was a very small food selection with thin, meatless gravy and only sweet and low for sweetener. There was not an attendant at desk in the evening. As I made my way through hotel to work my way to desk (lobby locked with number listed) a worker caught up to me and was rude, telling me I can't microwave Styrofoam but not offering an alternative. We forgot to put the DND sign out our second day to say no service. We came in to a strong restroom stink, replaced towels that were now grossly stained but our beds still unmade and floor not swept.
