• Guillaume (5/5): Déçu de l’accueil du responsable qui est très froid et ne semble pas apprécié les touristes - Le responsable et la personne à l’accueil sont très froid, pas très arrangeant, étonnant pour la Thaïlande. C’est l’endroit le moins accueillant que j’ai eu de mon voyage. Sinon niveau équipement et emplacement c’est un rapport qualité / prix correct. Les rideaux verts des bungalows ne sont pas occultant et des qu’il fait jour c’est très lumineux dans le bungalow.

• Cyril (10/5): Un petit Paradis à Phangan - Ce n’est pas ma première visite et pourtant on ne s’en lasse pas. Idéalement situé. Resort très bien entretenu, lit confortable, draps récents et super piscine. Les bungalows autour de la piscine sont magnifiques.
• Emily (10/5): - We spent 5 nights in a double king and could see the ocean from our porch. The room wasn't fancy but had a fridge, ac, hot water and was clean. We loved the pool and all of the hammocks in the courtyard. Taxis on the island are expensive but you can rent scooters there and the family that runs it was able to give us a ride to the pier for a good price.

• Aurélie (9/5): Bungalow confortable dans un superbe jardin thaï - L’emplacement central à Ban Tai, le jardin luxuriant et très bien entretenu, la piscine et la vue mer, les bungalows typiques et la gestion par une famille Thaï. Pas de petit déjeuner mais plein d’options tout autour.

• Tatiana (10/5): Un lugar maravilloso - La chica que nos atendió en la recepción fue super amable y simpática, nos dio botellas de agua fresquita al llegar, y nos permitió realizar el checkin antes de la hora establecida ya que la habitación estaba preparada, lo cual fue genial e inesperado. Son unos bungalows independientes que tienen todo lo necesario, todo estaba muy limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. Baño amplio y una terracita privada con mobiliario. El complejo tiene una piscina maravillosa, con bstantes hamacas y sombrillas y nada concurrida. También tiene una zona de "playa" con hamacas, sillas, bancos y mesas donde ver una puesta de sol fantástica. Tiene de todo al rededor, 7 eleven, restaurantes, etc. Nos fuimos con mucha pena ya que nos encantó el hotel. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar muy bien situado no se oye ningún ruído. Incluso el día de nuestra salida la chica nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje en la recepción y quedarnos en la piscina hasta la hora que nos teníamos que ir y nos volvió a entregar 2 botellas de agua. Toda la familia que lleva el hotel es maravillosa.

Everything felt relaxed, natural, and genuinely welcoming — no stress, no pressure, just good vibes all around. They even gave us a late check-out without any issue, which made our last day so much smoother. But what really touched us was when they offered to drop us at the ferry — and didn’t want anything in return. No extra charge, no expectation, just pure kindness. That kind of generosity says everything. We truly stayed with some of the nicest people on the island. You can feel that they care, not because it’s their job, but because that’s just who they are. If you’re looking for a place with heart, warmth, and amazing energy in Koh Phangan, this is it. We’ll remember this stay for a long time. 🙏

• Piotr (3/5): - Lokalizacja i to by było na tyle. Pokój mały i ciemny, łazienka do generalnego remontu- tak złej łazienki to nie mieliśmy nigdzie. Na plus łóżko - było duże - jednak materac niewygodny. Dobrze że tylko 1 noc bo oceną mogłaby być niższa. Obsluga mało entuzjastyczna trochę jakby pracowała tam za karę.

The bungalow was very comfortable with a large bed, fridge, desk, AC and a spacious terrace. The setting is beautiful with lots of greenery, a large swimming pool and plenty of hammocks facing the sunset. Very friendly staff! 7/11 and restaurants nearby.

• Marilisa (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Super netjes resort. Goed onderhouden en je stapt echt binnen in een wauw effect. Wij hebben zeer genoten van dit verblijf. Ze kunnen een scooter voor je regelen, maar je paspoort is onderpand. Daardoor hebben wij het zelf elders geregeld. De bungalow is wat verouderd en het bed was erg hard. Wij kregen geen uitleg over de schoonmaak, dus na 2 dagen maar even gevraagd hoe het zat. Je moet er dus om vragen via een kaartje aan je deur (zoals in een hotel)

• tommaso (4/5): Posto molto bello e con gran potenziale, purtroppo è mal gestito, sporco e il personale è antipatico - Il resort ha un buon potenziale, buona posizione, bella vista, bei bungalow, ma è probabilmente gestito dal personale sbagliato. Purtroppo, nel nostro bungalow superior, abbiamo trovato molta muffa (perfettamente visibile) nella vasca da bagno. Una mattina la mia compagna si è svegliata con una forte reazione allergica in viso per poi scoprire che i cuscini erano pieni di muffa. Ce li hanno cambiati subito, ma è PERICOLOSO per la salute!!!! Lungi da me scrivere recensioni negative, ma in certi casi è necessario segnalare. Il personale è scortese, quasi indifferente, ce ne siamo andati prima del previsto e siamo andati in un altro resort. Non lo consigliamo.
• Gaïs (10/5): - It's simple : This hotel was the best we did so far in our trip, and we did a lot of them! The personal is just so sweet, everyone is eager to help with everything and anything. It has a familly feeling in the hotel. We were also suprised of all the plants that were everywhere outside, which felt really nice and green. They were gardening every single day. We asked for laundry and the clothes smelled amazing afterwards! The beds are super comfortable and smell really good with spotless sheets. And finally the pool is perfect as well as the private beach and the view. Nothing really, just the time we had to leave. Because we really adored staying there!
• luigi (8/5): soggiorno davvero bellissimo, struttura e posizione ottima. anche il personale molto gentile e disponibile - posizione ottima per raggiungere ogni parte dell’isola. la struttura ha una spiaggia molto bella proprio alle spalle il che ti permette di svegliarti e fare una bella passeggiata sfruttando anche la bassa marea che caratterizza quella sponda dell’isola. inoltre il resort è molto più intimo e provato risposto agli altri presenti sull’isola dove la gente passa attraverso per raggiungere le spiagge, qui non succedeva per fortuna

Schöner grosser Poll in einem grossen tropischen Garten. Viele Kokosnüsse an den Palmen oberhalb der Hängematten. Direkt am Meer aber ohne Strand. Zugang ins Wasser mit einer Treppe die sehr scharfkantig ist.

Juste il faut s’attendre à zéro service, pas de restauration, pas de ménage, juste du personnel pour faire les Check in et Check out. Notre bungalow avait une odeur de canalisation très forte… Et le voisin était en after pendant 3 jours sur la terrasse de son bungalow avec 6 autres personnes..

• Mihai (7/5): - Excellent location, lovely view to the sea, and beautiful surroundings inside the resort. Really nice and clean pool. The bungalow we stayed in could have been cleaner. The shower curtain was very moldy at the bottom( it does not cost much to change it). The mirror at the sink was dirty and clearly was not cleaned in some time. Also, there are almost no hangers for towels, one in the bathroom( not enough for 2 towels), none at the sink. With a few maintenance improvements the place could be way better

• Golan (8/5): - אחלה בריכה ,נוף לים אבל אין חוף זה חומה ועמוק מאוד, החדר היה מצויין מרווח וכייפי, מיטה גדולה וקומקום שירותים גדולים ועם אמבטיה ,לגבי המיקום האיזור היה דיי מת כשאנחנו היינו ועם המחירים של המוניות לא שווה את זה ,אם אתם שוכרים אופנוע זה סיפור אחר אני לא רציתי לקחת את הסיכון, אני ממליצה רק אם אתם באים למסיבות אחרת לא שווה ,חופים סבירים יחסית לתאילנד ומקום מאוד שקט אבל לא בקטע טוב מיקום
