- 協和 (10/5): 兩次來富良野滑雪都是住這間飯店，非常推薦。無論是位置、餐點、服務都讓我很享受。 - 早餐內容非常豐富且好吃 飯店正對面就是北之峰區的雪場很方便 新千歲或旭川機場來的巴士都有直接到飯店門口 溫泉到半夜都可以泡很方便 點心吧的甜點種類豐富，而且開到很晚，飲料吧24小時都可以享用非常棒 基本上沒甚麼不喜歡的點，硬要挑的話大概是商店販賣的東西有點少。

Fri bar varje kväll var en överraskning och snacks och kaffe i hotellreceptionen på eftermiddagen. Det var väldigt tidsstyrt vilket kanske inte alltid behövdes.

- Susan (9/5): Our third time here for skiing... no complaints - Lovely hotel right across the road from the Kitanomine ski slopes. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Heaps of variety and lots of fresh fruit and veg and salad with lovely fish and BBQ each night. Beds very comfortable. Reward for choosing to not change sheets and towel daily Great free snacks and drinks The only complaint was that the dining room floor was very sticky and needed a good clean and the microwave in the dining room was in desperate need of cleaning.

So many freebies during the stay, staff were always so friendly & helpful, food was really good, free ski storage, ski rental inside the hotel was super handy! Room was a very good size, especially for Japan! The hotel felt like it had lots of charm & felt like a nice and authentic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel doesn’t seem to have the option for double beds, which we would have preferred. Definitely need more pillows as the one provided needed to be doubled over to make it comfortable.

- Shaun (9/5): Good value, good location in Furano. - Location, room and the inclusive buffet were all excellent. Drinks included in meals and in lounge until 9pm was a pleasurable surprise. Whilst on the surface this hotel appeared expensive by Japanese standard we thought it was excellent value once the whole package was taken in to account. Bus to Asahikawa airport stops outside the door and is open not £4 each way. The in hotel ski hire and boot was poor. We wished that we had used the professional Rhythm store around the corner.

Loved that guests were encouraged to wear the hotel pyjamas at breakfast and dinner! Warm lockers for skis/ boards and boots. Single beds only. Only one lift.

Our room smelled a bit with cigarette- not sure if it used to be the smoking room in the past and not been refurbished or someone who stayed there before us smoked.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Facilities are looking a bit weary these days but done parts have been renovated and they are nicer. A bit weary in an area which has had a glow up recently. Buy homely. One lift makes for slow going.

- Sylvia (10/5): This was our favorite hotel in Hokkaido based on location, food and amenities. - Located at the bottom of the Kitamine Gondola, the location could not be better. The hotel was not fancy, but had an amazing breakfast, outdoor mineral Onsen, nice snacks/drinks and is very family oriented. The hotel staff was very kind. The rooms were a little small, but that is expected for Japan. There are less restaurants to choose from at this base area vs. the other side of Furano. Reservations suggested, if you don’t want to drive.

- Ben (9/5): A Great Place to Stay in Furano - 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone interested in skiing Furano. It's essentially ski in, ski out. Very friendly staff and DELICIOUS food. I didn't care for Furano much. The hotel was fine.
- Axel Poh (9/5): Awesome location to stay if you're snowboarding at Furano! - The hotel stay was comfortable and the location was 10/10. Buffet spread for dinner and breakfast was great :) The main lifts were literally just across the road so if you're snowboarding or skiing, it's perfect. Food and drinks in the hotel (including alcohol) is already included in your stay, public bath was not bad. Had more locals staying there which made the stay felt more authentic/local which was great. Ski/snowboard storage dry room was also available to store your gears. The room/facilities were a little dated but that's fine if you're not picky :)

The beds in our room were way too soft and not comfortable to sleep on. They felt very old.

It comes with free flow of alcohol beer and super fresh seafood! Their breakfast also superb. They have buffet tea time desserts and bbq marshmallow that brings soo much fun not only to children but also adult like us! we enjoy the stay very very much! Maybe only the free flow alcohol drinks that ended too early at 9pm! But we already appreciate a lot as long as it is available hahahaha! This hotel really a hidden gem! We love the stay

It has ski rentals and heated lockers for drying boots and skis. The breakfast buffet was good value and has a range to suit most. Loved how there is common areas for drinks refills and the dessert buffet for all guests that lasts 4 hours.! The Lavender bus stops right outside the hotel so no issues with access either! All the staff were very friendly :) A bit dated but understand it would be hard to renovate a busy hotel
