• Evelina (8/5): - The convince of the beach is a great bonus. The cottage is a bit outdated. The tvs in the room do not work only the one in the main room. The fan is very noisy. Breakfast was very nice touch and plenty of towels. Everyone was very nice. One of the biggest issues is the bed. It was very hard and we could not get good sleep. Parking could be a bit tricky. However walking out and being on the beach is a big bonus. If you are looking for convenience of the beach this is the place.

• Cristal (10/5): Gorgeous gem! - What a beautiful spot! Make sure to ask if your room is one with a view, as there are two without views and are road front. The waterfront units are gorgeous with incredible beach/ocean views. The manager was very communicative and helpful, and we will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem!

• Beth (10/5): Beautiful views and clean comfortable room - These villas were amazing! The view from the room was breathtaking and you could just walk right from your room to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing! There were beach chairs and towels and beach gear for you to use and enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable. It was an amazing vacation!

• Amy (10/5): - The Sand Glo Villas are small, but nice. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. The villas are just steps to the beach and lounge chairs, kayaks, and oth beach gear is available for complimentary use. The owner surprised us with fresh baked muffins and cookies while we were there as well. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing time.
• Paul (10/5): Superb family run villas - Great stay in a superb little villa right on the beach, everything what was needed was there for us, the lovely host even made breakfast outside on Sunday morning before we left!
• Jay (10/5): - What can i say but it's right on the ocean. It's in a area with smaller buildings. That means less crowded beaches. Plus it came with anything you need to enjoy the water. The room itself was adequate, and a little dated. But it served our needs. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back next time we are in Florida.

The villa is located right on the beach, walk out the door and the beach is just seconds away. Sand Glo Villas is at the top of our list to use again. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The next time we are planning a week long.

All the restaurants are owned by people who live there. I loved that it's on the beach. They have all kinds of toys for kids to play on the beach. Kayaks are available and beach loungers. She goes out of her way to welcome. It's very quaint. They have an area for a fire pit. I was only there for few days and it was just me. So I didn't have use the kitchen too much. I did fine a 7-11 down the road so I picked up coffee, water and tea and some snacks and food for lunches. I will be back. I loved my stay. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

If you want a quiet place to stay with access to the beach this is what you are looking for. The people working here is really nice, my kids even got teddy bears as a gift

• Warren (10/5): Will be back - Location is fantastic, steps from the beach. The owner is very friendly and left delicious cookies out for the guests! You can tell the place is old but it is fairly well maintained. At least one of the burners did not work on the stove. The shower was a bit small, when I stay again and if I am in the area I will stay again, I will book the larger apartments.

• Melanie (10/5): Oceanfront jewel!!! - Owners were amazing, served homemade cookies, sangria on the beach and on site regularly to make sure all our needs were met. We stayed in the studio which was not as nicw as the 1 BR units but certainly met all our needs. Location was perfect. They provided beach towels, toys, chairs, lounges and even wood for the oceanfront fire pit. Best service I have ever received and We will be back.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, but hotel rooms need work - I really wanted to like the hotel because the area is gorgeous, but there were issues that left me disappointed with the place. PROS: It only takes a few steps from the room and you are on the beach. The hotel provides all of the fun things you need to spend a great time: kayaks, boogie boards, umbrellas, loungers, chairs, and towels free of charge. The owner and the cleaning lady are extremely nice. They drop off free cookies, donuts, and even toys for the kids. The kitchen was good and full of all of the utensils. CONS… There was mold in the in-room AC unit. Breathing with mold is bad for you as you know. The AC unit is way too small to cool off the room. So you’ve got moldy air blowing right over the bed and the rest of the room is soggy, moist, and hot. The pull-out sofa is old and smells of urine or just old moldy fabric. The mattress had holes and was too thin, it was impossible to sleep on! The main bed was OK. We had 4 people, so there was no choice. The bathroom is extremely small and you have to be careful not to bump your elbows into the walls in the shower. There was construction going on next door, which made for noisy days. But if you are on the beach all day, you can't hear it. Then there was plumbing service for one of the rooms on site for three days straight, which made it busy and annoying as well. Overall, if they fix the issues with the mold, ACs, bathroom, old furniture and bedding, the hotel could be a gem.
• Silvia (10/5): Awesome!!!! - A wonderful vacation at Sandy Glo Villas in a courtyard villa but with direct access on the beach. Apart from some building works on the premises next to the apartment the area is quiet and peaceful, the beach is amazing and you have all you need (supermarket, restaurants, the pier, bars, tennis courts, a public library) near you. The lady who manages the villas was amazing. She even bought cakes and cookies on two different occasions. The breakfast which is served on Sunday is an experience which was worth trying esp the cookies with gravy. I had all I needed: the wifi connection even worked on the beach! The only suggestion I'd make is to provide new beach towels. But all the rest is perfect!!!!!

• ginny (10/5): Right on a private beach - We were greeted by the owner with baked goods--sweet! Nice owner. She provided towels, beach umbrellas, kayak, paddle board, boogie boards--everything you need for the beach right out your door. It was wonderful. So very relaxing away from the crowds!

Flew kites, built sand castles and played frisbeeon the beach. Also saw Winter and Hope from Dolphin Tale, went on trail ride and kayaking. Fabulous memories with the family !
• Rebecca (8/5): Charming Sandglo Villas - We stayed at Sandglo Villas for a spring getaway. The villas are steps to the beach and have a friendly small neighborhood atmosphere. The owners have special daily perks, such as Sunday Brunch, Monday cookies, etc. The villas were charming and we look forward to visiting again!

The owner and staff were very kind and welcoming from the start, and even more so when we had to leave a day early for a family emergency. The owner was very understanding and kind, which made a very difficult situation much easier, and I am thankful for it. Very cute and I would stay there again when I return to the Tampa area for some R & R.
• Gerry (10/5): Super Freindly - Staff was great, plenty of privacy and love the beach, which is right out your back door. Sand Glo also supplies everything you need for the beach and a few things extra. Also there is plenty of room, and the rooms have everything you need. We will stay there again.
• guppy (10/5): What a find! - Great location, owner Kat is wonderful. Very clean room, Gulf view is soothing.We watched the sunset every evening. We can't wait to return. Being Being pet friendly was a major plus for us. We didn't have anyone to watch our Chihuahua so we brought him with us.
