• Jozica (9/5): Bilo je lepo, mirno, prijazno osebje, še pridemo. - Zelo lepa lokacija, pod vznožjem smučišča, izjemen pogled na gore. Zajtrk okusen vendar povprečen. Malo je bilo težav z dvigalom, vendar so kmalu uredili.

• Monika (10/5): Polecam. Piękne położenie i widoki z jadalni. - Położenie hotelu jest znakomite. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Świetny wybór na śniadaniu i obiadokolacji, bardzo smaczne jedzenie. Dużym zaskoczeniem były wszystkie dodatkowe opłaty za rzeczy, które w 4* hotelach są normą. Jeśli chciało się skorzystać ze szlafroka który znajdował się w pokoju - trzeba zapłacić 5€, w hotelu był basen ale już żeby skorzystać z saun - kolejna dopłata 13€, to samo z ręcznikami na basen. Dla gości hotelowych powinny to być usługi już wpisane w koszta.

• Suzana (5/5): Nije dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta usluge. - Na lepoj lokaciji, hrana je okej, kreveti su udobni. Bazen je veliki ali je prilično hladno (i voda i temperatura bazena). Bade mantili iz sobe se doplaćuju. Sauna se isto doplaćuje kao dodatna stavka ali nisu radile sve 3 pa je u principu gužva i nedovoljno za broj ljudi koji se nalazi u hotelu. Napomenem na recepciji da im stoji razbijena flaša na ulazu u parking i da će neko da ošteti gume ulazeći na parking-kažu da je prijavljeno ali i posle 3 sata to i dalje stoji isto tako. Glavni lift u zgradi nije radio-a zgrada ima puno soba, 4 sprata i prilično ljudi.

• Gábor (9/5): Meg voltam elégedve. - A reggeli, az elhelyezkedés, a személyzet, a szállás kitűnő volt. A szanua-szolgáltatásért plusz pénzt kérni egy négycsillagos hotelben, elég kínos.
• isaac (8/5): Ski in Ski out was amazing - Can't beat the location if its your first time in Kranjska Gora - breakfast was of a good standard too (think regular 4* star) Great to have boot room nearby the slopes - very difficult not to do ski in ski out again haha Enjoyed the seating out near the slopes too but just be careful about drinking your own drink there given it is also a bar. Think they were okay if you ate food but drinks they will say something. Ofcourse best bit here is the swimming pool however it gets very very busy between 4-7PM naturally. It is huge but quite literally expect the whole hotel to descend there between those hours. Additional rates for spa but was nice experience for one night. If you can manage a swim at 830 or during the day you have it practically to yourself.

• Rhian (5/5): A bit disappointing for the price - It’s in a great location The room was simple and would have expected more for the 4stars. The shower wasn’t great but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a power socket hanging off the wall which could be dangerous. I did notify staff. The breakfast was overcooked
• Barbara (9/5): Miłe wspomnienia z treningu skoczków naprzeciwko hotelu. - Jesteś w samym centrum miasteczka. Dobra baza wypadowa w góry, do Włoch i do Austrii. Fajny basen z widokiem na stok. Dobre śniadanie. Bezpłatny parking. Hotel fajny, ale już trochę wymaga renowacji.

• Tjaša (10/5): Še pridem:) - Izjemno sem bila vesela tako dobrega zajtrka v paketu za "to go". Zelo zgodaj sem morala na pot in so res poskrbeli, da sem bila še ves dan sita. Odlično! Vse 5!

• Loborec (8/5): Great location, for family skiing holiday, with good food and ok value for money. - it is on a great location, right next to the ski slopes and close to the town center. The rooms are comfy, the breakfast good continental breakfast, and the amenities great. For our stay it was good, maybe give an offer for a la carte meals in the restaurant, for the guests that do not have lunch/dinner booked in their stay.

• Manfred (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war immer da wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her ganz in Ordnung. Jedoch war der Sessel beim Tisch der Aufhänger bei der Badezimmer Tür und der Seifenhalter in der Dusche kaputt. Nach erfolgter Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen und Rückmeldung gab es auch keine.

• Owain (7/5): A fantastic getaway that I would highly recommend. It’s great value for money and perfect if you want a convenient ski - Fantastic location with great facilities. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s within easy reach of local shops. Ski hire and booking lessons are very straightforward, which makes the whole experience really convenient. The hotel has very good facilities, but it is starting to feel a little dated and could benefit from some maintenance. We had to change rooms because the shower door in the bathroom was hanging off, the shaving mirror was coming loose from the wall, and the room door had also been damaged.
• Simon (8/5): Overall very good location, and has everything you need. - Breakfast was very good, very good selection, location was amazing very accessible to the slopes and ski rental and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Pity no Apres ski anywhere around. Rooms were a bit warm from the central heating. But otherwise very good. Had to pay extra for the Sauna which should be included.

• Mladen (7/5): Sve u svemu dobro, osim sobe i to prvenstveno radi kupaonice. - Doručak je bio izvrstan. Sve osim sokova iz aparata koji su katastrofa. Osoblje odlično. Apsolutno kupaonica je katastrofa. Tuš premali i star. Pipa katastrofa. WC zastario. Premala ukupno. Soba sve osim kreveta staro i loše. Nije dovoljno promijeniti ime već treba i renovirati hotel star pola stoljeća.

Ansprüche dürfen nicht zu hoch sein,. - Freundliches Personal, sehr entgegenkommend insbesondere beim Frühstückservice; toller Ausblick, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sehr klein inkl. dem Badezimmer. Abendessen nicht so prickelnd.

• Andrej (9/5): Pěkný hotel na dobrém místě. - Líbilo se nám všechno. Pěkný hotel na dobrém místě. Sauna, bazén, ubytováni, ski-areál, všechno na solidní úrovni. Vhodné pro veškeré věkové kategorie. Doporučujeme. Hotel je velký a starý. Udržovat ho na úrovni je pěkný oříšek. Hned po příjezdu nefungoval nám zámek pokojových dveří. Opravily do 10 minut. Klika koupelnových dveří výdavá nějaké zvuky při zavíráni a otevíráni, ruší to spící rodinu v noci. Geberit na záchodě nemá malé tlačítko šetřící vodu. Jsou to maličkosti, ale dokáže člověka trochu rozladit.

• Mateja (10/5): Super izkušnja, se še vrneva. - Lokacija je res izjemna, pogled na gore, smučišče ... res super. Z možem sva imela nočitev z zajtrkom. velika izbira pri zajtrku ... res vsak najde nekaj, kar mu ustreza. Postelje so bile udobne, s sobo sva bila zadovoljna. Tudi osebje zelo prijazno.

Welnes centar nije u sklopu hotela , problemi kod otkazivanja welnes tretmana iako je uredno i na vrijeme otkazano . Kod plaćanja na recepciji hotela htijeli su nam naplatiti uslugu masaže na koju nismo otišli ali koju smo uredno otkazali . Ali na kraju su nam ipak izašli u susret i nisu naplatili .

• Jasmina (10/5): - Ljubazno osoblje, blizina ski staze, lijep bazen, dobar dorucak. Vecera je bila neukusna i neka jela malo sirova. Smrznuto povrće polu kuhano, smrznuti fileti ribe nedovoljno peceni, pita od jabuka sirova ( gnjecavo tijesto). Vecerali samo jednom u hotelu i poslije se prebacili u izvrsni restoean Kekec pored hotela.

• petar (8/5): - Lijep i uredan hotel, izvrstan doručak, sjajna pozicija, izuzetno ljubazno osoblje na recepciji. Preporučio bih za trodnevni boravak na snijegu. Grijanje noću je prejako, tako da se moraju odškrinuti prozori za spavanje
