• Rebecca (3/5): Style over substance - When I arrived very late in the evening the Girl on reception was welcoming but it was very busy with a coach load of tourists checking in. I had to locate from another hotel and head back into London it was not ideal and very short notice. I parked at the hotel and arrived at around 10pm, the signs on entry to the underground car park told me to park in specific coloured bays for the hotel of which I did. I came to reception and eventually checked in. The room was wrong and I had to go back down to change it. My room was located on a floor next to double doors in the hallway unfortunately the dampener on the door wasn't working and in the night the door slammed and woke me up several times. In the morning how I should pay for the parking as I was leaving for work and needed the carpark until 4 pm, I was directed to a sign on the next reception desk that said I needed to pay and register in 20 mins of arrival, it wasn't explained or pointed out to me when I checked in. I paid immediately but the manager had very little interest or sympathy stating not his problem and I would incur a fine, after being persistent he eventually emailed the company on my behalf. I ve travel all over the country and stay in multiple different hotels and they are ok until something goes wrong and this is an example of very little compassion or understanding, Novotel was disappointing

• Shan (8/5): Perfect location for finals at Wembley Stadium. - Location and room, use of fridge, very helpful lady who cleaned our room. One of the beds was spongy, uncomfortable and squeaked.

As with a lot of hotel rooms these days, the aircon was blasting out cold air on arrival (on a cold and rainy day) and it's always the first thing that needs sorting!

• Dobney (5/5): not impressed ended up spending way more money then i needed to - breakfast was nice only positive thing i remember turned up at checkin time to be told the room was not ready, after 2 hours of waiting the room was ready to which we then had to literally drop our bags in the room and catch a taxi to the o2 arena as we missed our trains at a cost of 50.00 on top of that booked a room with a view of the bridge,, ended up with a room at the back with a view of some boats on a dock

• Wouter (3/5): Not staying here again - No communication that restaurant would be closed between 5 and 7pm due to a football game in the stadium nearby. We tried to order and were told that the kitchen was closed until after 8pm. There was no prior comms/signs or anything for this anywhere - not good enough. If you can't handle the volume then put out a sign, inform your guests so they can make alternative arrangements

Staff were selective, rude, unprofessional and only happy to help certain people! The nespresso machine in the room was dirty-old coffee drips in the tray and fridge not cold.

• Cécile (8/5): Bonne Hotel confortable et bien situé - L'emplacement était idéal car nous y allions pour un concert et la salle était toute proche. Il y avait autour de nombreux commerces et restaurants et tout cela sur une zone presque entièrement piétonne. Les chambres étaient confortable et le personnel sympathique. Petit bémol au niveau du bruit mais en lien avec un bar avec beaucoup de musique mais celle ci s’arrêtait vers 23h30 donc pas très gênant si on n'est pas couche tôt. Par ailleurs la restauration n'a pas du tout été à notre goût.

• Donna (8/5): Overall a good stay and perfectly located for Wembley stadium event - Location, clean and size of suite. Big bathroom and lovely hand/ body wash/shampoo and conditioner. Beds were very soft but very comfortable. Some staff members seemed to have a language barrier causing a misunderstanding with the booking. Room didn’t have microwave (we have suite) as advertised. Shower pressure was adequate but could be better.

• Hollie (7/5): Short but eventful - The location was perfect for visiting Wembley stadium, couldn’t have been more ideal The bathroom door was glass and although it was somewhat frosted, there were unfrosted bits and it didn’t actually close over properly or have a lock or anything. Stayed with my partner and brother in law in the same room and it was a bit of a nightmare, had to either leave the room or make people stand in the opposite corner out of eyeshot of the bathroom door every time someone needed to use the toilet or get undressed etc. Made for a bit of a funny experience that we won’t forget but practicality wise we could have done with a real door so we could pee in peace 😅

• Booker (2/5): Not the best - Clean room. Very busy hotel when an event is on at the Wembleystadium. Lack of parking, and you are not guaranteed a space even if you are a hotel guest. It is not always possible to park on site. Ulternative car parking is not always available and is extremely expensive when there is an event on at Wembley Stadium. Wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Don't feel the room was worth the price, and the additional bed for a family room wasn't even a bed. Very disappointing for the money.

Lovely stay On return to the hotel I was asked to present my key card, 90,000 people were leaving the stadium, I asked if I could just step away from the soaring crowd to do this safely, and was told no. It was difficult to get in my bag as I was being pushed by a crowd, and I had my Autistic son with me. It was explained to me that this was security reasons which I appreciated, however being able to step to the side of the guard away from the pushing crowd would have made this easier. This was my only complaint with my stay.

• Adam (9/5): I think the best option for visiting London, 11 out of 10 in terms value for money. - everything. In fact, this is one of the best options in London for visiting the city. Absolutely unbeatable in terms of 'value for money'. When booking, look for options with half board, this is really a game changer. Breakfast very good with many options, fresh, everyone can find something good, you can also order omelette or fried eggs, good coffee, good orange juice, not cheap orange nectar with tons of sugar. Basically you can easily eat there for couple of days, this includes the dinners. Dinners are not served as buffet but you can pick from menu 2 options (starter+main or main+desert) but it is enough. Some options are very good, some are good, but overall impression was very good. The staff in hotel fantastic. You can get to the underground station in really 3-5 minutes and you have 2 lines at your disposal, most of the attractions are reachable withing 30 minutes. Also easy connection to Luton, Gatwick and Stansted. I will definitely stay there again.

Not much, we weren't there long. I didn't like the glass door to the bathroom

• Ali (6/5): Very comfortable and quick to check in, sweet and friendly staff, clean room and bathroom with a big shower, as well as - The location was perfect, as we had a show to watch that night and were able to have time to relax before heading to the venue, as well as the staff being super friendly and welcoming. The room was really comfortable and slept really well. I wish the shower had stronger pressure as well as better lighting, it wasn’t the most comfortable lighting for someone that has sensory issues, as well as I would have expected a tiny tooth paste would be included but had to buy one instead

Generally it’s a nice looking hotel, which lovely rooms. However, check out this morning I heard noises outside the window. I looked out and there was a workman standing on scaffolding outside and I was on the 7th floor! I opened the window and the workman said the scaffolding had been put up that morning. There should have been warning about this. Fortunately, my curtains were closed when I heard the noises but otherwise it could have been very embarrassing!

• Julie (7/5): Great for its closeness to Wembley but a bit tired. - The proximity to Wembley stadium is perfect. The bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely. The executive room was a bit tired. The taps were covered with mildew. The bath taps were the same. The toilet seat had a stain on it which I had to clean off. The tv facing the main double bed screen was breaking up all the time. The restaurant is not big enough for the amount of rooms at the hotel. I just feel it could do with a bit of updating as it’s not cheap to stay there and for what we paid I expected a bit of luxury. I wanted to get to cillit bang to the taps myself. They definitely need to attend to them. Weirdly it was two small glass doors to the bathroom so it’s a little bit intrusive and if you have to get up in the night and turn the bathroom light on you end up illuminating the whole of the bedroom.
• lesley (10/5): Perfect for Wembley - Lovely hotel, right next to Wembley stadium where we were watching a football match. Short walk from the tube (Wembley Park). Easy check-in, receptionist offered to change us to a better room(not an upgrade). Room was good size, comfy beds, great shower. Bar area good for relaxing, service good. Breakfast included, choice was excellent. Definitely recommend . Nothing
