• Hall (9/5): The stay for me was perfect, mainly because of the helpful staff. - Hi I would like to thank all the staff, that looked after us on our visit. Breakfast was a good start to the day. All staff very polite and soon became accustomed to my british ways of being more independent, and not to be fussed over to much. If the opportunity arose again I would use the hotel again. The only negative I could see for improvement. Would be the WiFi My phone would not reconnect automatically, as in other hotels I stayed in, not sure why, and the use of a third login section that I was unable to access on my own.

• Dhanashree (10/5): It’s been 10 years I have been staying here, so love the property - I have been staying here for years now, and I genuinely love this property. The food is consistently excellent, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Overall, the property maintains a great standard and experience During my recent visit, the staff did not seem as well-trained or attentive as they used to be, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the car arranged for airport pickup was delayed by an hour, causing inconvenience.

• unexplorer (8/5): Comfortable stay with few gaps - Hyatt Raipur is a small property with outstanding staff who try their level best to accommodate/compensate for the issues. The pros- well located, clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast spread is good and as per Hyatt’s usual standards The cons- the ac is not kept on in the common areas at all times and in a hot city like Raipur this is a common expectation from a five star. Lift was glitchy and only one was operational In the breakfast room , service is inconsistent. It was at times attentive and at times indifferent. Doormen service is also similarly inconsistent All in all a good stay with safety , comfort and convenience if you overlook some of these minor issues. However they do rankle if you are used to the Hyatt standards.

• Simon (8/5): Very comfortable and hospitable stay - We received exceptional service and attention from Amit, the Asst GM prior to and during our visit. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed for one night after a busy work schedule so cannot comment on facilities but I can clearly say the hospitality and politeness of all staff was commendable. Will stay again when I visit Raipur. A difference in the rates of the buffet between vegetarians and non vegetarians would have been good. Also, being able to order Ala carte would have been good. We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes for Ala carte service. Even a limited offering of Ala carte would have been helpful because we paid a lot of money for 5 vegetarians. Please consider this suggestion. Thanks

• Kgode (10/5): A prolonged week at the Hyatt Raipur - Hyatt Raipur has a great crew. The attitude and friendliness of the staff is what sets this hotel apart. It may not have a pool, but then how often does one have the opportunity to swim in a hotel pool? But what matters the most is that the service is prompt and efficient and more importantly delivered with a smile. Plus it is Not the most expensive hotel in town. Overall, 5 star service.

( I can not understand how he got away with this design, I think he did not understand the Asian culture)

• Sarbanii (8/5): Hyatt Raipur... a stay to remember - Truly a relief in the city of Raipur. The hotel rooms are very good and nicely done. How the room space can be best utilized with utmost comfort, keeping in mind the space to move round, is something that Hyatt Raipur can teach well. The hotel staff are hospitable but needs training to deal with good and adverse situations. The food quality is commendable and the Chef certainly ensures that a home like food is served. Overall a good stay and will certainly recommend other to put up in this property.

The staff is always friendly and were always coming up with new food ideas and provided us local staple food of Chhattisgarh. Will come again soon. • Nyari (7/5): - The in-dining room service ensured that my child was provided non-spicy food, as per our request. That was very helpful. The check in experience was not great as the lady at the reception made a remark related to my nationality after looking at my passport. It might have been an innocent statement but it did border on bias and perhaps as a front desk executive, one needs to ensure that any remarks related to one’s appearance are absent in customer service. The overall stay was alright but because the first interaction with the hotel staff began on such shaky grounds, it put us off slightly for the rest of the stay.

But, my wife was with me, so that after the office hours we can have some good time. The Hotel is decent, the Food & Beverage is decent, but the warmth and service from all the staff were more than amazing. Every one wanted to ensure that our stay and experience should be better than expected. If you are visiting Raipur, you can try this Hotel. If you are already in Raipur, please try this Hotel for a Staycation or simply a Family Dinner or Birthday Celebration...! For Staycation, you can try their Suite No. 722. This will have amazing view, both in day and night.

It has the best customer service, clean rooms, and is overall a very good and safe hotel. But plan to eat outside — the food quality is poor, and even the tea is worse than thela-wali chai.

The Front Desk staff managed our large check-in with efficiency and warmth, while the Food & Beverage team impressed us with diverse, high-quality meals and flawless group service. A special mention goes to Naira from the Food & Beverage staff, whose attentiveness and professionalism stood out and made our group dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location adjacent to a shopping centre added extra convenience, giving our international colleagues easy access to shops and leisure during downtime. The only disappointment was that the Hyatt points we were promised were not credited, which was unexpected given the otherwise outstanding hospitality.
