- Daine (5/5): The service is not the best - I had been checked into a room and when I got to the room someone was sleeping in the bed, - The general service is not the best - I had been checked into a room and when I got to the room someone was sleeping in the bed, it’s also not 100% clean - sheets and towels have stains an are not completely clean. Overall it is way over priced for what you get.

- giampiero (10/5): -
- Peter (9/5): excellent - Every thing was liked we hope for. On our next trip to Lesotho we will definitive stay with you again Actually I liked almost everything except some small details of the service.
1. on the terrace the details of our orders where not fulfilled, we ordered tonic water without ice, but received the drinks
with ice.
2. at the breakfast I ordered a second cup of coffee, received an empty cup and had to ask again for the coffee.
These very small things will not effect our future stays in Lesotho at your house.
- lovemore (7/5): -
- Benjamin (8/5): - The cleanliness of the room and the hotel Noise by other guests. The hotel security must control the noise by other guests of the hotel or put a notice that restricts noise from 22h00.
- Sephela (1/5): - Good location in City Booking request not adhered to.
Asked for a room with a bath tub and it was not arranged.
Wrong information about where breakfast will be served.
Poor communication by the reception team..
- Moffat (6/5): - Probabably bad timing there were groups of guests who were making unbearable noise and were left to their noise inconviniencing other guests.
The dinner buffet was great, breakfast great as well. Sitting area not so great.
The rooms are set in more like a hostel feel style.
The stuff was cool.
- Petrick (10/5): Awesome - Everything about it, the welcoming security people at the entrance, the receptionist, the restaurants, my room and the swimming area.
- Gilles (9/5): - Very helpful staff.
George, from IT, in particular, was very efficient and motivated to help us with our problems with the TV set.
- Mothobi (8/5): -
- Ali (7/5): A beautiful but WRONG hotel. Beware of location. - It's a beautiful hotel with good amenities, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean, boasting a beautiful view of Maseru. My main grievance is than when booking I actually booked at the sister hotel Avani Maseru, and was at no point informed it was closed to guests. I was automatically transfered to Maseru Lesotho instead which is nice but not walkable distance from the place I went for work and business. This caused considerable expenses for cab services everyday to and from town, as the hotel is perched atop a hill making walking there very difficult, on top of being far. It seemed not the first time this happened to costumers, although the hotel or staff never mention it when you book Avani Maseru, which is quite dishonest on their part.
- Phakiso (10/5): -

- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dumilano (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shikhar (1/5): Bad - Nothing We booked the hotel but it was under renovations. We were not informed and on arrival were told to go to the Avani nearby to stay. We were put in a cheaper room and not refunded any money.
- Akhter (8/5): - Good food. Good eating options. Good room and bathroom size.
However, AC insufficient to cool the room. Also, bathroom door would not close!
- Regil (1/5): Bad -
- Vitor (6/5): Was fine for roof of africa, but wouldn’t stay there if Lesotho had alternative hotels - Nice pool Bat pricing very expensive for area.
Hotel run down
Limited dinner menu and overpriced, also not enough options on sides
- Burghers (1/5): Bad - BReakfast was OK I booked the venue at the bottom of the mountain as I previously stayed in this location and found the service and hygiene standards to be the most disgusting I have ever encountered. When I arrived at the chosen location I was informed that they are not open for accomodation and they had given no indication prior that this was the case. I was forced to go to the same venue again without a choice.
- John (9/5): Nice stay at Avani Lesotho. - Good size room overlooking garden and pool.enough variety for breakfast. Food sizes are large. Before arrival we were moved to this hotel from another hotel in the group - not good. Then had to work hard to ensure the booked room rate was honoured!
Difficult to get a reliable taxi/transport. You need to take charge of if it yourself.
Air conditioner is noisy to very noisy.
- Rodwell (5/5): Passable -
- Adri (6/5): good but with anti climax when i almost missed my flight - Did not have breakfast We paid for a shuttle to the airport which never arrived and almost lost the flight. Had to get a lift with another hotel guest who's shuttle also did not arrive.

- Kelsey (8/5): - Great hotel and good food!
- Tonongei (10/5): Exceptional - THE FOOD
- Phumelele (7/5): Good -
- David (7/5): OK - Our first room was adjacent to a lift shaft where noisey repairs were being undertaken, We were moved to another room where the A/C did nor work. We were offered another room but the corridor smelt of smoke. Finally the Manager upgraded us to a nice room I made some changes to my booking on Bookin. Com but the hotel did not accept them and we had to pay the full price even though only one person was staying in the room for much of the time.
- Nkatiseng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marc (7/5): Good -
- Sayed (7/5): Good - Friendly staff. The airport pick up and drop-off process management can be improved.
- Smangele (9/5): We had a good stay which we were not sure of since it was our first time in Lesotho - The weather was too bad but the rooms were warm and comfortable None
- Penny (1/5): Poor service. Unresponsive staff & telephone not working - Never got to stay there. Was moved with no warning to another hotel. Hotel staff unresponsive to emails. Telephones did not work. Central reservation centre could not contact them either. Was told to "call back in half an hour". Other hotel that my colleagues were moved to provided equally poor service. Staff equally unresponsive. Telephones did not work. Emails not responded to. Had great difficulty confirming where colleagues had been moved to (only one was moved. No word on where the other guest was to stay). Total confusion for two days. Staff very unhelpful. Don't know how this they can operate in the hospitality industry with no way of contacting the hotel & no response from staff. General lack of interest in providing any form of service to guests
- Buki (8/5): Very good -
- Jennyta (10/5): Exceptional - All staffs were nice.I like the view of mountains I was overcharge and refund was not done I was asked to email for refund. Which I will surely do.Theres no mini bar in the double room but mini bar was in a single room where one of my colleagues were.
