• EVANGELIDIS (7/5): - Μας άρεσε η τιμή του,η τοποθεσία και ότι το στούντιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και λειτουργικό Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό.περα απο τα βασικά που είχαν γίνει,όλες οι υπόλοιπες επιφάνειες και τα συρτάρια -ντουλαπια ήταν ακάθαρτα.οι βρύσες και η ντουζιέρα θέλουν σέρβις ή αλλαγή και το καζανάκι ήταν σπασμένο το εξωτερικό του καπάκι.ομως το χειρότερο απ'όλα ήταν ότι δεν είχε ένα κρεμαστό μην ενοχλείτε να το βάζαμε έξω από την πόρτα με αποτέλεσμα κάθε πρωί να μας χτυπάει την πόρτα η καθαρίστρια.το αποκορύφωμα όλων ήταν που μας ξύπνησε μια μερα πριν το τσεκ άουτ μας για να.μας ρωτήσει αν θα φύγουμε σήμερα..κρίμα για όλα αυτά που έγραψα παραπάνω γιατί με λίγη καλή θέληση και λίγο περισσότερη φροντίδα στο στούντιο όλα αυτά δεν θα υπήρχαν..

Zimmer roch nach Zigarettenrauch, dünne Wände, Gespräche aus Nachbarzimmer bis in die Nacht deutlich wahrzunehmen. Moskitostiche oder Stiche von Bettwanzen. Eigentümer fühlte sich überhaupt nicht zuständig. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, dünne Wände, keine Schallusolierung. Wir haben uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht auch ohne Rückerstattung. Trotz der freundlichen Mitarbeiter leider eine komplette Enttäuschung..

• Valérie (10/5): Bon studio équipé à 2 pas du centre de Rhodes - Studios confortables avec kitchenette. Assez proche du centre historique (env. 15-20 minutes à pied). La famille qui tient l’établissement est cordiale.
• Serbest (5/5): Zum Übernachten reicht es - Die Putzfrau (housekeeping) war super freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Zimmer waren dank Ihr ständig sauber. Ruhige Lage, Kein Lärm. Rest der Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Rezeption war selten belegt. Zimmer war sehr veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Kaum einer sprach Englisch. Pool scheint nicht einladend, ich habe in einer woche Aufenthalt niemanden gesehen, der da drin war . Meiner Meinung nach Aufkeinenfall 4 Sterne.

• Oleksandr (2/5): Худший номер за 25 лет моих путешествий - Единственное , что можно к плюсам - это близость данного отеля к морю и пляжу. Идти всего около пяти минут. Я заказывал номер-студио на первом этаже по сезонному предложению(скидка около 75%). В итоге , это оказался номер в подвальном помещении с видом на забор дома напротив. Если это - патио, то очень оригинальное. В номере даже в самое солнечное время дня был полумрак. Только если открываешь дверь на полную - становилось светлее. Но сидеть с открытой дверью постоянно - это нонсенс, когда напротив окна целого многоэтажного дома. Вода в душевой и кухонной раковине проходила с огромным трудом. Кухня укомплектована довольно странным набором из разных предметов(поцарапанная сковорода, три вилки и две столовые ложки, два разных стакана) Если на ночь оставлять что-нибудь из продуктов открытым, то прийдет стая муравьев(оставили накрытым половину арбуза - утром муравьи сидели внутри этой половины). Постельное белье было с желтоватым оттенком. За всю неделю в номере ни разу не убирали и не меняли даже полотенца. Учитывая, что сушилок там не было , просушивать мокрые вещи приходилось на стульях во дворе, в котором нет солнечного света. О номерах на верхних этажах с балконами сказать ничего не могу.Да, и завтрак был довольно однообразный: все в основном жареное, помидоры и огурцы, арбуз, немного выпечки, вареные яйца, кукурузные хлопья, сыр и колбаса. Мы ходили на завтрак пару раз за неделю. В итоге, хотелось бы спросить у Booking : Вы владеете полной информацией о продукте, который предлагаете клиенту? Потому что то, за что я платил и то, что получил в итоге - это две большие разницы. Цена от которой шла сезонная скидка соответствует уровню самых дорогих отелей о.Родос. P.S. Накануне отъезда я пообщался с парой, которая заехала в соседний с нашим номер. Они были в "тихом ужасе" от условий в которые они попали.

La photo sur booking avec la vue sur la marina est trompeuse. Il faut 1 heure marche pour rejoindre la ville. Le bâtiment est mal entretenu, le mobilier est ancien et usé, et l’ensemble est sale. Avec une note supérieure à 8 sur booking, on pouvait s’attendre à beaucoup mieux !

Proche de tous commodité je recommande vivement cette établissement.

• Tomasz (9/5): good hotel with reasonable location if you drive - Good location when you have a car as there are lots of parking options in the streets nearby, there is a very good taverns for late evening dinner and a nice cafe/bakery for extra breakfast or some lunch. The room is not very modern. The room is kinda darkish, there could be more lights. But the size was very good.

• tandemtrike_at (6/5): Alles da was man braucht, kein Luxus. - Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend, für jeden was dabei, die Lage direkt fußläufig zur Marina war für uns sehr angenehm. Auch der Weg zum Badestrand ist einfach und nicht weit. (5 min.) Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, der Papagei hat uns gleich ins Herz geschlossen! Preis - Leistung für ein paar Nächte ohne große Ansprüche bestens. Der Pool war sauber, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Nun - das Hotel ist halt in die Jahre gekommen, Türen klemmen, Farbe bröckelt stellenweise ab. Aber ansonsten für einfache Reisende, die keinen Wert auf Luxus legen und wo die Geldbörse nicht allzu dick ist - perfekt.

• Alexander (8/5): Convenient to New Marina - Convenient location to the New Rhodes Marina. Good sized family apartment with a separate bedroom plus a double bed in the kitchen/dining area. AC works fine. Helpful and kind staff. Some fittings and furniture a bit dated. Breakfast could be better, but still perfectly fine.

It lives in the neighborhood directly behind the hotel. Everyday she visited us and jumped on us and everything. We are not sure whether she belongs to anyone or not. If the cat doesn't have an owner or if you're willing to give it into good hands, we can give it a great life in Germany, both indoors and outdoors. • Lorenzo (6/5): More con's than pro's - - The room is spacious - It is pleasant to spend some time on the terrace. - Breakfast is quite good. - The moquette, covering half of the suite's floor, was dirty. - The personnel working the late afternoon - evening shift did not speak any English. - We were given the wrong code to open the key locker - The room has never been cleaned during our one-week stay.
• steve (7/5): Old school - Dicht bij het strand. Ontbijt ééntonig soms niet aangevuld. Roomservice, één kamermeisje voor het hele hotel????

• Soydal (10/5): Adı gibi konforlu. - Odada ihtiyacım olan herşeyi buldum; oda fazlasıyla geniş, yatak oldukça konforluydu. WC/banyo temiz, kendime yiyecek-içecek hazırlayabildiğim mutfak eşya ve malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Ütüsüne varana dek herşey mevcut. 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde tertemiz bir plaj var. Alışveriş, yeme&içme için civarda pek çok mağaza ve işletme var. Sabah kahvaltısı da cabası... Herhangi olumsuz bir görüşüm yok.

• Hilmar (8/5): Gern wieder. - Sehr nettes Personal. Sie haben dort in dem Hotel einen tollen Vogel Amazone o.ä. Total niedlich. Das war ein tolles Erlebnis.

• Franz (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist eine eher sehr billige Gegend, dafür war es nie ein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden👍. Mitunter sehr gut ausgestattet ( Aula,Lift etc) stehen einen sehr schlichten Küchenblock gegenüber, Frühstücksraum könnte in der Hochsaison zu klein werden, Oktober wars egal. Leider total schmuddeliges Geschirr, daraus will man nicht trinken. Ortsüblich stark chloriertes Wasser, unbedingt Trinkwasser kaufen auch zum Zähneputzen. Leider gibt es nur einen Schlüssel an dem sich die zentrale Stromschaltung befindet. Heißt, nicht im Apartment = kein Kühlschrank und kein Klima👎. Leider wird kein Englisch gesprochen zumindest in der Nebensaison. Meerblick kann es mit der Lage absolut nicht geben nur Hofblick oder Straßenblick. Balkon ca 70cm breit

• Anastasia (5/5): - Hairs located on bed sheets and pillows. When reception advised, female quite stand off-ish, however cleaner came up and changed sheets and was apologetic.

• Piotr (2/5): Okropne doświadczenie. - Jedynie odległość od mariny - mieliśmy z żoną nocleg przed rejsem. Ogólnie nieświeży pokój. Pościel w miarę czysta, narzuta śmierdząca i poplamiona czymś białym, trudno było znaleźć coś co mogło się podobać. Klimatyzacja nie działa. Pilot jest ale nie da się nic regulować. Śniadanie nie warte swojej ceny. Z drugiej strony tak brudne naczynia i patelnia w pokoju że samemu w pokoju też wolałbym nie robić. Jeżeli komuś zależy tylko na jednym noclegu, nie przeszkadza mu brud i zapach nieświeżego pokoju. Cena totalnie nieadekwatna do warunków.

• Dietmar (8/5): - Die Lage zum schönsten Strand ( feiner Sand) in Rhodosstadt. Weshalb ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar und keine Probleme einen Parkplatz zufinden. Und für diesen Preis voll okay. Das eine oder andere könnte man im Zimmer reparieren wie Toilettendeckel wackelt Handtuchhalter Schrauben Lose usw. Kleinigkeiten nur.
• Linda (10/5): Good traditional hotel not far from Old Town. - 20 minutes walk from old town .., very good breakfast. Well worth the price , highly recommended. All good very good value.

• Lars-Arne (7/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt, um Rhodos-Stadt und die Insel zu erkunden. - Große geräumige Wohnung mit eigener Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.
