• Olga (7/5): Value for money - A lot of space for 4 persons and our luggages. Friendly and polite staff. Good location near Istiklal. The kitchen in the room needs renovation. It was uncomfortable to use it, but it was an advantage for us to have it at all. The sofa was strange, almost on the floor, no opportunity to sit, only to lie. The towels were clean, bathroom was comfortable (everything you need). Sometimes a little noisy from the street but using earplugs helps. Breakfast was really good and tasty but Please do not open outdoor when someone is smoking outside and the other having breakfast inside. I have chosen this hotel because of the location and the kitchen. Good value for money!
• Cristina (4/5): - El desayuno y el personal, la recepcionista muy amable y los trabajadores eran muy amables y simpáticos y está a 7 min andando de plaza taksim y a 10 del tranvía puedes ir andando hacia el puerto, la torre de gálata está muy cerca. El lavabo huele muy mal, tuve que quejarme porque el retrete olía a cloaca y las sábanas estaban sucias. Por la noche no se puede dormir hasta las 2-3 de la mañana, la música del Pub de enfrente está altísima y no se puede descansar.

• Dina (9/5): Fabuleux - L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, un grand boulevard très animé avec de nombreux commerces, et un sentiment de sécurité vraiment appréciable. La chambre est superbement décorée, avec beaucoup de rangements. La propreté est irréprochable : le ménage est fait chaque jour, les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement, et des produits d’hygiène ainsi que des bouteilles d’eau sont fournis tous les jours, ce qui est un vrai plus. On trouve également tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le balcon donnant sur la terrasse du petit-déjeuner est très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, tout est positif. L’accueil est chaleureux et souriant. La mascotte de l’hôtel, le chat ZYA, est aussi accueillante que le personnel, ce qui ajoute un charme particulier au séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec beaucoup de salé, ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié. On mange bien, les portions sont suffisantes et les plats changent régulièrement. En revanche, mes enfants auraient préféré davantage de choix sucrés. Il pourrait être intéressant d’en ajouter un peu plus, notamment de la baklava, un dessert typique de Turquie, qui pourrait être proposée de temps en temps au petit-déjeuner afin de faire découvrir aux clients les spécialités locales, plutôt qu’un buffet trop occidental. L'insonorisation était très faible, on entendait les conversations et les bruits des logements voisins ou c'est les gens qui ne font pas attention.

Хотя при заселении проговаривали время уборки! Вообще мы ездили в эту гостиницу минимум 5 раз и уборка была ежедневной, меняли полотенца все, обновляли средства личной гигиены. В этот раз так и не дождались уборки. Не ожидали такого от уже известной нам гостинице. Это еще сильней и расстраивает.

• Evgeny Chepugachev (9/5): Все понравилось и хочется вернуться в этот отель снова! - Понравилось многое, поэтому по пунктам 1) Местоположение. Истикляль 100 метров, немного в гору - на выбор, есть покруче и поближе к метро и Туннелю, есть менее крутой подъем и выход в середине знаменитой улицы. Есть возможность напрямую спуститься к Босфору и попасть к Галатскому порту, в том числе и одноименному ТЦ. Близость продуктовых магазинов. Они небольшие, но купить овощи, фрукты, попить и выпить))) вполне себе можно. Рядом есть бары, довольно интересные и самобытные. Также, но это для любителей, совсем рядом с гостиницей есть магазин винила с отличным выбором (лично я его посещаю уже третью поездку и всегда ухожу с покупкой). 2) Персонал. Русскоговорящих мы не встретили, но английский знают очень хорошо, поэтому проблем с общением не было. Оперативно устранили неполадку газового котла в номере. На все вопросы всегда отвечали и помогали. В целом, доброжелательные и приветливые люди. Уборку (лично мы каждый день оставляли просьбу) проводили ежедневно и пополняли запасы воды и шампуней. 3) Номер. Бронировали двухуровневый суперлюкс (так написано на сайте). Сам номер был на 4 этаже и немножко на пятом) Лифт имеется - полноценный на 4 человека. Ремонт в номере опрятный. Да, уже был сделан давно, но ничего критично не ушатано, все работает, открывается-закрывается, холодит, кипятит и прочее. Нашей дружной компании очень понравился с первого входа). На первом этаже (это который четвертый))) ванная комната, спальные места, кухонный уголок (плита, раковина, микроволновка, холодильник) и балкон (курить можно) с видом во внутренний дворик с лестницами, как на одной очень известной картине. Второй этаж - кровать двухспальная, рабочая зона (пригодилась!) и терраса под открытым небом. Шкафы есть на обоих этажах - на четверых, места вполне хватило + довольно большая входная зона (прихожая). 4) Завтрак. Добротный, вкусный с выбором. Кофе есть, чай есть, десерты - парочка на выбор. Овощи, салаты, сыры, колбасы, скрэмбл (куда же без него))) и прочее. Лично нам все ок. Понравилось всё. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт. Но это уже придирки) Еще раз напишу, что номер был опрятный.

Wasserkocher Die Sauberkeit lässt echt zu wünschen übrig, im Fitnessstudio ist alles alt, das Laufband kaputt, der Crosser kaum zu nutzen, da sich der Schwierigkeitsgrad nicht verändern lässt und man auf extrem hoher Stufe trainieren muss, es wurde immer nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier hingelegt, trotz 8 Nächten Aufenthalt, so dass ich 2x zur Rezeption musste, wo ich dann auch nur je 1 bekommen habe. Das Frühstück ist für die Türkei eher rudimentär, oft wird nicht nachgelegt, die Qualität eher mäßig. Aber die Lage ist toll und Istanbul eben inzwischen sehr teuer

The room could had been a bit better equipped with utensils in the kitchen. I would come back. The breakfast is poor, I got there 30min before closing and couldn't even get a mug. Just 1 guy working that can't keep up. No bread leaft either nor eggs.

• Alisherova (10/5): Fantastic experience, we will return back obviously! - Это был невероятный опыт проживания в отеле, потому что отель находится в самом сердце недалеко от улицы Истикляль, поэтому было удобно исследовать весь Стамбул благодаря транспортной развязки, но потому что он находится в небольшой близости было не сильно шумно, только на выходных вечерами молодежь отдыхала (очень завидуем). Сразу же нам понравилось при регистрации на ресепшене, сотрудница замечательная девушка, помогала нам со всеми вопросами и благодаря ей время проживания было прекрасным! Также понравился сам номер, очень комфортный и удобный по всем нуждам, уборка приемлемая по запросу, также оставляли воду и меняли полотенца. Не пожалели что забронировали с завтраком, он был простым но самое то чтобы зарядиться энергией на весь день. И главная вишенка на торте - рыжий котик на 0 этаже, он просто прелесть! Обязательно вернемся в следующий раз именно в этот отель! Ремонт был немного устаревший, но для меня это настоящий гранж, поэтому для меня это не минус, но тем кто привык к роскошным отелям может не понравится. Также для чувствительных к шуму может быть критично, особенно во время плотного туристического заезда, потому что мы попали в период Рамадана в феврале и было не шумно совсем.
• Maryna (9/5): - Розташування готелю дуже чудове, неподалік вулиці Істікляль, метро Шишхане та Таксим. За 15-20 хвилин можна спуститися до узберіжжя до Галата порту або Кадикьой. Магазини, кафе дуже близько. Номер (441) був зручний, в ньому все є необхідне і навіть більше: мікрохвильова піч, чайник, посуд, плита для приготування їжі, холодильник, кондіціонер. Вайфай працював, ліжко й подушки м'які и зручні для мене. Персонал дуже приємний та доброзичливий. В моєму номері щось сталося з електропостачанням та опаленням, мені запропонували пересилитися в інший номер (більший за попередній та майже аналогічний за зручностями), але 441 номер, як на мене, комфортіший за 1. Сніданки були смачні та ситні. Все сподобалося
• MARYNA (9/5): - Персонал готелю добре розмовляє англійською, дуже приємний і доброзичливий. Зустріли і допомогли заселитися, занести речі до номера. Якщо виникали якісь проблеми, то допомогали їх вирішити. В готелі європейські сніданки у форматі шведсього столу. Вибор досить великий, хоча не дуже різноманитний. Сніданки були смачними й ситними. Дуже сподобалася турецька чорба. Готель розташований у гарному місці: неподалік туристичної вулиці Істікляль, але при цьому в ньому затишно і шум з вулиць не заважав. Хороший большой и чистый номер с ванной, что очень понравилось всем членам семьи во время отдыха и после длительных прогулок по Стамбулу. Вкусный завтрак, который помогает зарядится энергией для прогулок по достопримечательностям. В данном номере предусмотрена кухня. Но кухонных принадлежностей недостаточно для семьи из трех человек. Также были проблемы с отоплением данного номера - его попросту не было, хотя радиаторы отопление установлены.

• Greta (7/5): In every case I like this place a lot and would stay there one more time - It’s my second time staying in this hotel. It’s really good location. Uphill a little bit but near to a lot of Istambul attractions. Was really clean. We had some problems with room and they changed it straight with offer for free breakfast. All the stuff was really polite and helpful. Breakfast was really basic. And some things in the rooms need renovation.

• Deniz (10/5): - Самое лучшее - это месторасположение. Сами апартаменты тоже очень комфортные и чистые. Да не новые, но чистота и аккауратность очень распооогает. Совершенно потрясающая удобная кровать, мы спали как убитые. Отличная ванная с джакузи)) для тех, кто живет в Турции это просто восторг!) Нормальный завтрак. Если сильно придираться, то нет штор только жалюзи и старовата мебель в гостиной зоне.

• Alfredo (5/5): Justo para su precio - El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado y era muy cómodo para moverte por la ciudad en una zona con mucha vida nocturna El desayuno es bastante escaso y faltan codas basicas como un leche o un yogur, muy mala calidad y comida pasada, habitaciones con falta de una limpieza profunda y cambiar los colchones, recomendaciones del personal de recepción muy malas

• Nick (7/5): Prima kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel - Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, hebben ons omdat het rustig was een gratis upgrade gegeven van de kamer. Wij kregen goede uitleg van hun over alle mogelijkheden hier in istanbul.

• Alraies (9/5): Overall, I liked the overall atmosphere. And I'm also grateful to the staff who helped me with all my questions 🫰🏼 - The comfort that is present in the hotel. Also I liked my room 🙂 The hotel has rules that are not specified during booking. In short, if you want to spend one night there with your partner (look for another hotel). Also, even if you know this person and it is just your friend, but you are not of the same gender, you can't check in later, for the same reason. Because the hotel is considered family and this is for the comfort of couples with children.

• gloria (5/5): Passibile ma proprio al limite - La struttura ha una posizione centralissima attaccata alla via principale di Istanbul. Consiglio per chi vuole stare al centro della movida senza sentire troppo rumore. Purtroppo a parte la posizione non mi è piaciuto nulla. 1) la nostra doccia era FREDDA. CONGELATA. siamo scesi la prima sera a comunicare che era fredda ed è venuto su il ragazzo della reception, ha controllato l’acqua, ha detto che aveva sistemato, tempo 5 minuti è tornata congelata. Comunichiamo il problema il giorno dopo al ragazzo della reception (diverso da quello della sera prima) e ci dice che avrebbe mandato l’idraulico. Morale ? L’idraulico non è mai arrivato, doccia totalmente fredda. 2) non rifanno le camere. Ci hanno lasciato la camera totalmente sporca e con i letti senza rifare, il bagno senza pulire, una cosa oscena. 3) la colazione è scarsa. Di dolce praticamente niente, di salato sempre quello. 4) i mobili sono rovinati, tutto un po’ lasciato andare 5) il personale della reception non è per niente gentile e sembra che ti prenda in giro, ad eccezione di SINAN. Lui è un angelo. Mi ha aiutato in qualsiasi cosa, mi ha svitato le lampade le grand bazar per portarmele a casa, mi ha proposto un driver, mi ha spiegato la metropolitana, ha conversato con mio padre che non parla una parola d’inglese e mio padre era felicissimo e sicuramente se ci fosse capitato lui, avrebbe risolto il problema della doccia.

• Jörg Bordan (7/5): - Das Frühstück ist leider nur passabel. Ausserdem hat es 2 Tage gedauert bis man die Heizung in Ordnung gebracht hat. Wir haben zwei Tage gefroren. Istanbul war zu dem Zeitpunkt richtig kalt und es hat sogar geschneit.
• Perots (3/5): Mai più! - Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla via centrale di Istanbul All'arrivo: vaschetta dello scarico acqua non funzionante, tv senza segnale, alcune luci non funzionanti. Segnalato in reception il giorno dopo, inviano il tecnico per sistemare: smontato wc e riparato (ha funzionato un giorno poi di nuovo come prima) per tv e luci, dice che lo farà il giorno dopo (mai fatto). Dopo 2 giorni la macchinetta del caffè Nespresso sparisce misteriosamente. Richiesto di rifare la camera esponendo il pannello sulla porta, fatta 1 volta su 3. Camera bella e spaziosa, ma molto "consumata" e direi priva di manutenzione, con poco occhio alla pulizia. Peccato, un ottimo potenziale buttato al vento.

• VELASCO LINARES (8/5): - La atención del personal en general muy atentos a todas nuestras requisiciones, desayuno rico, habitación confortable. Cerca al área comercial, a veces los taxis no sabían llegar, me paso 2 veces que daban vueltas por el mismo lugar, no entendía porque lo hacían o me dejaban a 2 cuadras. Todo estuvo bien, hasta el último día, cuando nos dimos cuenta de que nos sacaron las maletas y el señor de la recepción fue muy grosero y llamaba insistentemente a una persona que se había hospedado hace días, no me llamo a mí, yo era la que tenía la reserva, solo llamaba porque estaba preocupado por el checkout, la noche anterior acordamos con el señor de la recepción que hace el turno de noche que podíamos salir a la 1pm. Excelente el personal del area de restaurante, siempre preocupado por nuestro desayuno, el señor de la recepción del día, muy grosero, no cortes. En cambio, el señor del turno de la noche, excelente persona.

• Zane (5/5): - The staff were amazing and super friendly. The gym is decent enough to have a suitable workout. The water heating system has to be turned on manually which meant that the first slower I had was barely Luke warm. The heat pump didn't work for heating. This meant we needed the wall heaters which are connected to the water heating system. However, one of the wall heaters doesn't turn off (something wrong with the tap maybe). This meant that I had to manually switch off the water heating system to turn the wall heater off. The bed sheets were very rough and scratchy. The street noise was terrible and unbelievably loud keeping me up until 2am.

• Mohammad amin (9/5): A cozy hotel with excellent location and great staff. - The staff were welcoming and competent. The location was excellent and unique. Speaking of breakfast, it was nice compared to booking fee. In-room service was a little weak for example they didn’t have brush kit.
