- Millender (4/5): - Lady that works in front office is extremely rude
- Randy (10/5): - Great place for the cost
- Willie (10/5): -
- BARTOE (4/5): -
- DAVID (8/5): Close to train -
- Richard (2/5): Would not recommend any families staying here. - Fridge did not work. Bathroom was under construction and very small. Sink did not drain. The other guest were loud and up all night. Way over priced.
- willians (6/5): -
- Clay (10/5): -
- Carly (5/5): - Great furniture in the rooms, a little table and a big dresser The fridge didn’t work, neither did the ice maker. No coffee machine in the room
- Rosaleen (10/5): Surprised and delighted to find a “Mom and Pop” establishment that is so well-run. - This is an older property that is being exceptionally maintained with loving care by its resident owners. I found them friendly, helpful, and most accommodating. This is one of the cleanest motels I’ve stayed in and the fact that everything seems to work is almost shocking. Too many motels have broken ice machines, closed pools, and other issues. Even the air conditioner runs rather quietly. The owners here are “going the extra mile” and taking pride in their efforts. After one night, I extended my stay to a week. It is close to the road, so noise is a slight issue. The solid weather stripping around the door helps mitigate this.
- Alisha (10/5): I will book again! - Great people and awesome stay!
- Dave (4/5): - The WiFi kept turning off and on
- April (5/5): -

- CAT (10/5): Comfy and relaxing stay - Great location, comfy bed, great shower, great staff Nothing
- John (7/5): -
- Tammie (5/5): Clean but very noisy. - The room was clean. Unit had a window AC that sounded like a jet engine when it came on, fortunately the constant sound of train horns and traffic on the major road in front of the motel drowned it out some.
- Teresa (6/5): Decent place to lay your head - It was pretty much as I expected for the money. Not terrible, but not overly great. We needed a night to sleep, it fit the bill. Nothing fancy. The bathroom was very tiny. I didn't shower as the tiles did not look welcoming. I found the bed uncomfortable. Also they were unable to give me a non-smoking room. You could smell smoke.
- Justin (1/5): Was out of power for hours and owner didn’t check in on us or give us an info on what’s going on. The bed is rock hard a - It’s ok Small parking
- Edward (10/5): - Everything was great
- Margaret (6/5): Location good, bed comphy. Clean room. - Loud party going on next door. Hard to go to sleep.
- Rose (2/5): - The bathroom was clean also the rooms smell bed the top sheet smell like it ont get wash
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Mann (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed, bathroom while old basic accommodations was clean. Was only allowed one additional pillow when asked for two please. Noisy outside - thin walls hearing passing traffick all night and other guests conversations outside, several lights in the room did not work so only the bright overhead light was usable and it was very Very bright. A typical motel setting from The 70's but clean, the bed was comfy and we only needed it for one night. Mini fridge kept our beverages cold. AC worked well in the room. For a comfy temp but very loud unit noise.
- Billy (3/5): Served the purpose, but not a go too - Clean, No frills. Hot water took forever. Noise from A C unit as bad as street noise. Could use better locks on door, and curtains instead of worn out vertical shades
- Campbell (8/5): Very good -
- Rafael (8/5): Very good -
- Hendrix (5/5): Passable -
- Kevin (6/5): - They could use proper hand soap for the bathrooms but other than that every thing seemed fine for an average quick stay inn.
- Valerie (10/5): - No hot water in shower for my entire stay. Room very clean. Road noise is heard all night. Train twice a day. Would not recommend this facility
- Keith (3/5): Poor -
- Datka (7/5): Good -
- Mark (10/5): Clean, inexpensive and within walking distance to many restaurants, BOA and a pharmacy. - Very clean. The bed and pillows were heavenly. Well worth the money. The male manager was a tad humorless.
- Nathan (2/5): - Terrible and uncomfortable conditions.
- Vicks (7/5): Good - Isolation The price
- Sheriden (10/5): - Great place to rest my head for the night. We had daily room service which we were not expecting since we only stayed 2 nights. Very clean and had hot water with cold AC. Only downfall I noticed was walls were thin and with it being right off the main road, you do hear traffic and the train tracks that are down the road one day time hits and more cars start driving in the road. Overall, thought it was great for what we needed.
- Rex (6/5): - Overpriced with very few amenities. Not even a coffee pot.
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Clean, well manteined, kind and efficient receptionist
- Sherrie (7/5): Basic clean and safe-feeling accommodations and location without complimentary coffee. - The rooms were clean and accommodating. No coffee pots in the rooms nor complimentary office coffee.
- kelly A (6/5): - Felt unsafe. Truck blocked my car in. Old and worn out motel.
- Bob (8/5): - Would stay again
- Tammy (4/5): Not as expected - I could smoke Very poorly cleaned, staff had bad Additude from the beginning. Gave us a rm with 2 beds was told Do Not use other bed. Which was fine I guess but for $120 a night it was a real shit hole.
- Bunn (8/5): Very good - No blow dryer
- Connole (9/5): Superb -
- Scott (9/5): Superb - For an economical hotel, they were best. Clean, comfortable and great value for the money nothing, everything was great
- William (7/5): Good value - Affordable for the area. The manager promptly addressed a concern. A month long room next to us was occupied by a person barking and swearing, both loudly.. The manager switched our room when asked. He attempted to counsel the person, but it did not take. A mental health issue, which we have reason to be sympathetic with, but not so much as at the cost of a night's sleep.
- Brianna (1/5): Bad - property was clean the people that run it are very rude and watch you through the window wouldn’t recommend
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Basic hotel, nothing special
- Warren (10/5): GREAT OWNERS AND CLEAN -
- Christina (3/5): I would not suggest this place - Location The room smelled like cigarettes. There was a Roach on the bed. The A/C wasn’t good & you could hear everything outside
- Warren (7/5): Good -
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamella (10/5): It was enjoyable - Location Location
- Alex (7/5): Good -
- Emma (1/5): Bad -
- Brenda (7/5): Good -
- Karem (8/5): Very good -
- Ashley (5/5): Worked for a place to sleep for the night - Shower was hot Outdated
- Kg (1/5): Bad -
- William (4/5): Price increase - Not so good a price increase
- Mark (6/5): Loud AC - The place is a 1960s Hotel with moderate renovations to it. The AC runs real loud. There are no black out blinds on the windows. This allows security lights to fill the room with light. Not a very restful nights sleep.
- Avery (6/5): - Its an old property but its was clean and everything functioned.
- Sherry (10/5): Great Value - Great Value
- Bowman (5/5): Passable -
- Jose (1/5): Bad -
- Rick (3/5): Mediocre - Clean bed sheets, good location Traffic noise, window air conditioner was very loud and kept waking me up. Shower slider fell off when I tried to close it.
- Juan (10/5): - Good
- Gregory (8/5): - The temperature control was easy to set to a comfortable lever. The television has all the channels my guests and I wanted and the refrigerator kept our drinks cold. I took one star off in the property category because there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for my guests and I. I also took one star off the staff category because when I asked the receptionist for extra towels, she seemed a little irritable. Everything else was super.
- Edwin (7/5): Pleased! - Room was nice and very clean! Coffee maker would have been ok.
- David (6/5): - Comfortable beds and a spacious walk-in shower. Price was fair for the accomodations. The only problem I had was the hot water would turn cold during my shower. If I turned the water off and waited a minute the water would get hot again. Weird but not a deal breaker.
- Duane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (10/5): Have stayed here two separate times, I like staying here, clean, has what you need, love the price! - Property was well kept, well lit at night, and liked the location
- Ana (4/5): - This was the 1st time we stayed in the property and the condition of the room and bathroom was very poor. The 2 chairs in the room had holes on the padding. The pillow cases were dirty, I had to put a shirt on it in order to sleep. One of the blankets on the bed had a blood spot on it. The bathroom was also terrible. The shower head was more like a pressure washer hose and when we tried switching the setting, the pipe almost came off. There was barely any hot water 1 person muchless for 2 people. The shower doors were also dirty like they were not cleaned. The toilet weat was cracked. The towel you that goes on the floor for when you come out of the shower also had a blood spot on it. I would NOT recommend this property.
- Marcelo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rachael (7/5): Good - It was surprisingly very clean. Although it was "dated" in style and no hair dryer available (just used to having one no matter where we travel) the room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was very spacious
- James (7/5): Comfortable, simple room - The room was simple but comfortable. The telephone in the room didn’t work and the microwave had to be moved in order to be plugged in. One of the owners was a little prickly and inhospitable.
- Donna (4/5): Disappointed for the cost - Bed was comfortable No coffee, old. Road noise.
- Luis (6/5): - For the money that I paid, It did not have breaskfast. Also the rooms did not have a holder when taking a shower. The hotel is to antigue to be a hotel.
- Michael (6/5): - This is an older hotel. Furnishings and building are old. Next to a busy street therefore it is noisy. All we needed was a bed and a shower. You get what you pay for.
- Misook (7/5): Good - Having Microwave oven, refrigrater.working Tv was good Bathroom is so small, and has no counter top. Inside of dresser smell like mold and meldow.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great place to stay -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not my first choice but the last thing available at a cheap rate. Was confusion when checking in I was supposed to have a smoke free room not only did the room stink of smoke there was black mold in the shower no towels or anything in that room. They switched me to another room after I let them know. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- john (8/5): - Nice clean and quiet property.
- Alvaro (10/5): Exceptional - Clean rooms. Good location. Good customer service.
- Astride (9/5): I would definitely stay there again and in the same room! - I like the cleanliness of the room and how surprisingly comfortable the mattress was. Housekeeping is excellent, five stars all the way around! It’s off of a Main Street, so you can hear the traffic, nothing muffles out the sounds. But the location also made it close to everything.
- Robert (8/5): - Very good for a cheap room for the night. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was firm. Video reception was poor, but watchable. Two restaurants within a quarter mile.
- Charles (10/5): Best value stay in Okeechobee - The office always smells delicious.
Mostly a peaceful and quiet stay.
- Wayne (5/5): Passable - Clean room and property Reservation was confirmed for a queen bed with smoking. Got 2 twin bed's, no smoking.
- Michelle (1/5): Crappy - Claimed I peed and deficated the which is a total lie. Owner is a liar The owner was rude
- Bill (5/5): Passable -
- Womack (9/5): Worked well for us - It was excellent and super clean
- Michael (4/5): Rough start - So I get there and I have a king bed,. And I ask to be kept away from the room with the super barking dog., the owner said that I would have to pay more to stay closer to the office cause it’s 2 double beds,. So I toss a $20 on the counter and he says Okay., then I realize that I broke the news to him about the dog and he threw them out before I was in my room and never said they were gone and I could use my original reservation ,.
It was classless business..
I didn’t need another bed I needed a good place to sleep,. It. Cost me an unnecessary $20.. I will say this… If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, it was fine
- Anonymous (7/5): don’t stay - location creepy decor & electric flickered like it had a short
- Michelle (3/5): Poor - Nice people Way too much for a basic room
