• Andreas (9/5): - Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr groß. Das einchecken hat Problemlos funktioniert. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück und die Lage war sehr gut Messegelände und Einkaufsmeile war sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier werden wir auf jedenfall wieder einmal einchecken.

• De Ryck (3/5): Communicatie was van in begin duidelijk niet in orde, kamer ruim - Bed, ruime kamer, Geen idee wanneer men eigenlijk wou langskomen om bedden op te maken maar elke dag op een ander uur buitegegaan met groen bordje, nooit iemand nieuwe badlakens, koffiemachine 1 keer gebruikt: blijkt kort nadien ene vieze groene zweem onderaan te hangen, niet afgewassen geraakt, lavabo niet aangesloten in kast kraan hangt zelfs halflos en de klinken van de kastdeuren ook, zelfde kast te klein om koffertas erin te krijgen, bad gevraagd geen antwoord van hotel gekregen, gewoon kleinste douche dat er maar was gekregen. Tv 1 post ZDF. soort tablet (met daaraan een raar telefoontje dat af en toe midden in de nacht eens oplichte maar voor de rest niets deed) om van alles in te stellen en te bekijken sprong sporadisch aan juist om momenten dat je met wat anders bezig bent. veel gekraak rond de kamer, geluid van rammelend glas, geen lift om tassen makkelijk te transporteren, op zondag opeens om 9u geklop op de kamerdeur terwijl er een bordje niet betreden ophing... badkamer bleef koud aanvoelen ondanks hele tijd verwarming daar opstaand, partner kon niet naar groot toilet want zo'n glazen schuifdeur zorgde niet voor genoeg isolatie voor zowel warmte als geluid. nooit iemand van eigenaars aan bureau gezien behalve op moment bij uitcheck. boven bed enkele vieze bruine plekken,. Met 2 boek je in maar krijgt maar gerief voor 1 persoon 1 koffietas... badkamer producten , leeg in de douche , kwartvol maar aan lavabo, weinig handdoeken, ze moeten drogen en opnieuw elke keer gebruikt. douche liep snel over de hele vloer van badkamer...Excuus hangt tijdens de werkdagen opeens van we zijn aan het verbouwen maar ofwel kunnen ze dat inderdaad met weinig geluid ofwel blijft dat daar ophangen als excuus.

• Katrin (9/5): Sehr schönes,ruhiges Hotel - Das Hotel ist sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem. Das es unten in der LOBBY einen Kühlschrank gab mit kostenlosen Getränken wie Softdrinks aber auch Wein fanden wir ein Super Angebot. Sollten wir nochmal nach Essen Reisen dann kehren wir wieder in diesen Hotel ein. Das Frühstück war sehr klein,wenig. Vielleicht lag es an den wenigen Gästen. Mir hat ein bißchen was frisches gefehlt aber es lagen nur 2Gurkenscheiben und eine halbierte cocktailtomate da.

• Marina (5/5): Komfortables Hotel, leider etwas abgenutzt. Nachts recht laut da an Hauptstrasse. einfaches check in - Zentrale Lage, einfaches einchecken, große Räume, geräumige Dusche, Das Frühstück war ganz Ok. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße, daher auch nachts sehr laut. Die Einrichtung war mal recht komfortabel, ist aber inzwischen recht abgenutzt. Bei der Sauberkeit ist durchaus Luft nach oben. Das Bad ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, könnte aber dringend eine Wartung/Reinigung gebrauchen, Armaturen, Fliesen verkalkt, Glastür schleift, klemmt, Waschtisch etwas abgenutzt usw.

• Angela (8/5): Schönes, ruhiges Hotel - - Reibungsloser Check in über Code - schönes Frühstück - freundliches Personal Unser Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne direkt im Zimmer und die Toilette ist nicht komplett abgeschlossen. Die nette Mitarbeiterin teilte uns mit, dass es auch andere Zimmer gibt.
• Günter (7/5): War für eine Nacht ok, mehr aber auch nicht - Die Lage da wir zur Grugahalle wollten, diese ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Das Zimmer und das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber recht einfach gehalten. Die Parkplatzsituation, da das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze anbietet. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock, alle Etagen sind nur über die Treppen zur ereichen. Das Bad hat eine Glastür, welche noch dazu nicht richtig geschlossen werden konnte!? Allerdings konnte die Tür auch nur zur Hälfte geöffnet werden, da Sie dann auf dem Fußboden aufsetze. Die Logik einer Glastür im Bad eines Doppelzimmer erschliesst sich mir nicht, da ich im Bad schon etwas Privatsphäre haben möchte, wenn diese Tür dann jedoch noch nicht einmalmal richtig geschlossen werden kann, ist es sehr unschön! Wenn wir nach der Ankunft etwas mehr Zeit gehabt hätten und eine Ansprechperson vor Ort gewesen wäre, hätte ich wohl um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten.

• Lena (10/5): - Der Hausherr war so nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Ambiente war super schön. Mein Mann und ich haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt in dem Zimmer. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas schwierig. Dazu kann aber auch die Unterkunft nichts. 😊

• Stephanie (1/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! - Das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Es riecht muffig und das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen,, die Eingangstür zum Zimmer musste sogar abgestützt werden. Möbel und Fliesen waren teilweise defekt. Der Schrank mit Kaffeemaschine und Bar ist sogar aus der Wand gebrochen. Wir haben sofort storniert und sind in ein anderes Hotel. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage, ob aufgrund des katastrophalen Zustandes die Stornierungsgebühr erstattet wird, hat bis heute niemand reagiert.
• Komoss (8/5): Für meine Frau und mich war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. - Sehr gute Lage. Die Messe ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Ebenfalls in Laufweite sind Restaurants und und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. U-Bahn und Tram Haltestellen in der Nähe und zur Autobahn A52 ist es auch nicht weit. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und das Zimmer ist sehr schön, sauber und groß. Die einzigen beiden Nachteile wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann sind, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt und man den Verkehr hört und das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Es sind Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, aber die sind auch für die Anwohner, also wer zuerst kommt….

U-Bahn und Tram in der Nähe. Frühstück ausreichend. Mein Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen, mit kleiner Einschränkung, die Gardine war leider zerrissen und liederlich aufgehangen. Aber das kann sicherlich schnell behoben werden. 4 Etagen-Hotel ohne Fahrstuhl.

• Miriam (7/5): Etwas in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel in guter Lage. - Gute Lage: man ist schnell auf der Rü und dem Grugapark/Messe. Das Bett war bequem, man konnte das Zimmer gut verdunkeln und es gab eine Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Klimaanlage. Auch das Personal war freundlich und der Check-in dank Code unkomplizert. Da mein Zimmer in der 3. Etage war, wäre ein Aufzug toll gewesen oder Hilfe beim Tragen. Die Straße draussen war deutlich zu hören und das Haus schien teilweise sogar zu wackeln. Das Zimmer bräuchte auch dringend einen Hausmeister (Türklinke fiel immer ab, aus Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeile kam kaum ein Tropfen, Vorhänge fielen fast ab usw.) Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre auch super gewesen.
• Fam. Ernst (9/5): Geachmackvoll mit guter Lage - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgeatattetes Zimmer . Betten waren sehr bequem. Peraonal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war frisch , lecker und völlig ausreichend. Parkplatzsituation ist absolut machbar. Haben ohne Probleme nen Parkplatz in den umliegenden Straßen gefunden. Super Preis/Leistung Ganz kleiner mini Meckerpunkt. Schreibtisch , Nachttisch Lampenschirme (Glas) und der Sessel waren schon ordentlich staubig. Trotzdem ne 9 von uns , da es nicht groß gestört hat ( 1 Nacht).

• Lampferhoff (5/5): - Auf den ersten Eindruck ein schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und großes Badezimmer Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. In Zimmer 1 war die Dusche verstopft und man konnte nicht duschen. Das komplette Badezimmer stand unter Wasser. An der Rezeption sofort gemeldet. Wenn wir weg sind würde der Schaden behoben. Sonst keine Reaktion der Dame an der Rezeption. Zimmer 2 Klimaanlage defekt, Toilettensitz ganz locker, Halterung für Toilettenpapier halb aus der Wand. Ich habe die Unterkunft dann angeschrieben aber keine Reaktion. Das ist echt schade aber ein Zimmer für 70€ die Nacht ist nicht wenig und nicht darauf einzugehen ist schwach.

• Alan (4/5): Disappointing and despite the welcoming staff, was not worth the money. - Start with the good... breakfast was decent, plentiful and nutritious. The location for our trip was also good, as it was a short walk to the Messe Halle. The staff on hand were pleasant and helpful. The room was old, tired and needed much work. The carpet was disgusting, and there wasn't even a door between the bedroom & lounge area. The shower also didn't have a door, and the window curtains were torn.

• Zsolt (1/5): Stay away - Nothing I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The main issue was the AC not working properly. I asked to switch rooms, but was told that they couldn’t accommodate that request until the next day. The next day came and went, and I was never offered a new room. To make matters worse, the door didn’t even have a proper lock—which is a basic security feature! The window had no shades either, leaving the room exposed and uncomfortable. On top of all that, the room was a bit dirty around the bathroom area, which gave a poor first impression. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Michał (8/5): Very good - Great localization very close to fairs (Essen Messe) and some restaurants. You can find coffee express and tea kettle in the room. Nice and clean rooms, access with digital code anytime you want (to the hotel and to the room). Very loud road with traffic next to the hotel. Remember to order breakfast in advance otherwise you can be surprised in the morning ;-)
• Marc (6/5): Good location for the Messe Hall but just a bit tired. - The location was good for the Messe Hall and local restaurants and bars and the staff were friendly. The breakfast room was dark and a little tired looking in terms of decoration fixtures and furniture. Similarly, I stayed in a single room with poor lighting, faulty curtains, tired looking fixtures and fittings, no desk and a toilet door that didn't shut. The hotel is on a main road and my room was particularly noisy. Despite the inclusion of a giraffe themed light fitting which was just a bit weird, this did not make for a boutique hotel experience. My colleagues had larger rooms that were better so maybe I was unlucky in my room selection.
• Luca Marie (10/5): - Die Whirlpoolbadewanne in der Deluxe Suite ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Die vollausgestatte Küche und der große Fernseher im Wohnzimmerbereich sind auch perfekt geeignet für längere Aufenthalte. Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren, haben wir nur für uns ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet bekommen:) Check-in und out waren sehr entspannt und einfach per Zahlenkombination möglich. Bei den Parkplätzen um das Hotel herum, muss man etwas Glück haben, da diese nicht nur für das Hotel bestimmt sind. Wenn man bereit ist zwei-drei Runden zu fahren und zu suchen wird man jedoch fündig. Ansonsten sind auch viele Parkhäuser in der näheren Umgebung

• JOSE MARIO (2/5): - Ao chegar não há ninguem pra receber a gente, simplesmente um código de acesso para porta de entrada e quarto. Logo que chegamos tivemos problema com o chuveiro que não esquentava, espirrava agua pra todo lado, tivemos que ligar para um telefone de emergencia e solicitar mudança de quarto. O novo quarto então tivemos problema com a fechadura eletronica que não funcionava. Café da manhã pobre, basico, sem opção e igual todos os dias. Realmente não vale a pena essa opção. Hotel velho e mal cuidado. Maquina de café estragou de manha. A noite eles desligam aquecedor do quarto, banheiro e chuveiro. REALMENTE PÉSSIMO

• Mickeymastermouse (8/5): Spacious room with great comfort and location - Big, comfy bed, very friendly man at the reception who helped with lots of things and extended my checkout, big size of the room with high standard, small kitchenette in room, checkin fully electronic, close to Messe and other big companies, small but tasty breakfast Shower partly moldy and needs a bit of refurbishment, location at main street sometimes quite noisy
• Richard (4/5): - When I arrived it was 85 degrees F in the room and the AC did not work. I was moved to a much smaller room and no one mentioned any kind of adjustment in price.
