• Sarah (10/5): Highly recommend staying in a cabin. Clean, quiet and relaxing. - We had 1st rented the motel room option. When we arrived we could here others very clearly through the connecting rooms. We contacted the number given to see if we could upgrade to the cabin. It was so worth it. Both options were very clean I might add. We were able to have a camp fire at the cabin. I would definitely recommend the cabin. They are close together, but we heard nothing when inside the cabin. Beautiful quiet location close to where we were visiting. Would stay here if visiting the area no hesitation. Customer Service was top notch also. I don't have any complaints.

• Claire (8/5): - We just needed a place to sleep so we could get up and hit the trailhead, and there weren’t many options in the area. Booked this place not expecting much and it was honestly really nice! The room was spacious and very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. It was everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The only issue was the air conditioner. It works fine and it was really needed (we were there when it was extremely hot and humid), but it’s really loud and blows air directly onto the bed at head level, and the vents aren’t adjustable. So we had loud bursts of very cold air followed by silence and still, hot air all night long, so we barely slept and ended up with stuffy noses. So if you don’t need to use the a/c, this place is wonderful!

• Niki (9/5): Fabulous stay! - The cabin was clean and well kitted out with a kitchen, dining area and two double beds. There's also a covered porch with table and chairs. The beds, pillows and linen were very comfortable. The kitchen has an induction hob and toaster as well as a huge fridge freezer and microwave. The parking is right outside your cabin. Nice and peaceful location. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, a fabulous wee place.

My only problem was that they only left half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 nights and didn’t give any extra. Additionally, there was a scent plug in that EXTREMELY strong, while it smelled nice it was over powering and I couldn’t enter the room until it aired out. The one window was nailed shut (seems like a safety hazard in case of emergency) so we just had to rely on the door. Otherwise it’s an overall great place to stay, small town, easy access to trails and the sand pits. Staff was quick to give me a code to another room to grab toilet paper from.

• Stephen (10/5): A True Maine Experience - The place was just as pictured, in quiet, woodsy surroundings. The trip into Greenville was easy and uncomplicated - we went back and forth at different times of day with no problem. We had everything we needed in the cabin. We would recommend it for sure. Excellent value for the money.

• Russell (8/5): - I know Covid did hurt the local economy and there were verry few places eat. Perhaps building out-door cooking stations would help in the future. I have done a lot of traveling in Australia and almost all camping properties dedicate a building for cooking and dinning and cleaning up. the cooking halls are stocked with pots and pans and several sinks with soap. some have refrigerators.
