The room smelled, the bathroom was extremely dirty, shower curtain nasty, the key to the room did not work. There was no front desk, instead you talk to a machine with an operator who is a different country. No one was expecting the Four Seasons, but this was just beyond unacceptable, even for a night.

We were told that there would refrigerators and microwaves in our hotel room, but we arrived and there was no refrigerator, no microwave in our room with 2 beds all of our food was wasted. I didn't like how neighbors was complaining about us making too much noise and wasn't allowed to smoke inside my room and the heater took along time to kick it and the sink water was a lil to hot almost burnt my hands.

I've never stayed at a Motel 6 that was this uncared for... 😤 Check-in started okay, they have this contraption that keeps the employee from having to deal with the guest directly, looks expensive. They could put some money into the rooms before trying to make their job easier. I walked into my room and it smelled like a dirty mop 🤢, turned on the TV and it was dark. I went to the front and the nice gentleman moved me. The second room at least didn't smell like a dirty mop, but that's because they didn't mop! 🤷♀️ But it was minor, so whatever. The furniture is old and visibly worn, the bed in my room was so used it was flat... thankfully there was another bed. The toilet seat had a burn that is easily replaceable, the shower curtain was dirty and old, and there were burns everywhere for a NON-SMOKING ROOM. I was disappointed... 😔

- Serrano (1/5): This place doesn't care about you or your health - The ladies at the front desk were very sympathetic and kind i tipped them well The room was filthy the shower flooded the toilet and mold in the bathroom it was disgusting I will never stay here again the shower head had tape on it . The light bulb had black flakes on them and didn't work all the lights were dingy.this place sucks ...

- Teresa (7/5): - They were having plumbing issues but because I'm handicapped they got me in a room sooner than later. The next door neighbor seems to be a long term resident but they have family members that come at all hours of the day and night. I was woken up after midnight and kept up by coming and going and horn honking and knocking on doors. They didn't seem to care that anyone else was there and they didn't respect other people and late hours.

- Calondra (4/5): Good for the price but this room specifically kind of sucked. - Alex is amazing and really helped me feel welcome here. Smoke alarm in someone else’s room kept going off. I started to wonder if I was safe. I called front desk and they said they’d address it, that she was heading over there. The heater does not work. It is cold tonight. Thank God I brought an extra blanket. I touched it out rather than ask to switch rooms. The front door has a gap that allows air and bugs. I can see outside light. The shower floor looks like something from a Freddy Krueger movie. Oh and WiFi password isn’t correct.
