Yandiel (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Nothing Very disrespectful worker lady had me waiting for 4 hours almost since 1:00am to 4:00am and the room was disgusting and smelled like tobacco and humid and stains all over the sheets and walls and floors and bathroom

Norman (4/5): Fine but Dirty! - The property is actually fine. Staff was great. But the room was filthy. I spilled some water and used a towel to wipe it up. The dirt and grime and nasty hair on the towel after I wiped the floor was disgusting. Also it does not always attract the best clientele. But there were no major issues. Just loud “activities” at odd hours. Overall building conditions.

Brett (9/5): A very affordable and pleasant place to stay for numerous reasons - Close to everything , yet secluded enough to be quiet and not busy. The front yard is mcdonald's and three other Restaurants. Have had wifi outages managed by vendor who was a bit slow to repair. There are rare , very short brief power outages as would be expected , but today was a major outage for the area that lasted several hours, Again, the issue was the provider and not the motel.Obviously.

The room was extremely small, the stairs and floor are absolutely disgusting filled with spit and other weird liquids… it appears people live there and treat that place like garbage. Need to do better it was a filthy place overall. Never staying there again.

Alice (7/5): It served the purpose. - The location was close to where we were visiting at old town. The room had a horrible smell of smoke and dogs. The people staying right next-door to us had a dog that barked quite a bit until about 1:30 in the morning when the people got home.

louis (3/5): You get what you pay for, but I don't pay for roaches! - The only good thing about this hotel was the location compared to WDW and the staff were very nice. ROACHES! ROACHES EVERYWHERE! We only stayed two nights and had to kill at least three every time we came back in the room. The beds had cigarette burns in a non-smoking room. The "neighbors" stood outside until three in the morning talking right outside the windows, although I concede the hotel has little control over what guests do at three in the morning.
Carlos (5/5): No escatimo en Hoteles, Hostales, Pero no vale lo que cuesta y ademas muy Sucio y huele mucho a Humo afuera y adentro ol - Nada, Olian a Humo, El baño tenia restos de excremento, las instalaciones cerca a las escalerass llenas de colillas de cogarrillos ( No me volvería a quedar ahí con mis hijos) mi hija casi se va a dormir al carro, No se fue xq afuera habia una gente libado licor y gritando Help, Tuve que llamar al 911 y llego en el acto En Realidad, Nada, Lo dejaría como última opción , me quedé en otros lugares ahi mismo en Florida, Mas baratos y más limpios y daba hasta desayuno

Charles (4/5): - Broken door latch in the room. Asked to get moved to another room. No extra toilet paper in the nee room. Also broken shower rod and barely any hot water in the shower. The sink didn't have any hot water at all.

Michelle (1/5): It was an unpleasant stay, the children running around keeping us up. - The pool and the staff person who checked us in. Dirty, unsupervised children, toilet seat was broken. The towels were dirty, the door to the room did not sit all the way at the top, and the bed sheets and pillows were not clean.

Samantha (9/5): Overall jr was good, the room is okay. - I liked the staff at the motel. I also liked the rook. I didn’t like the location. I also didn’t like the noise.
Susan (1/5): It was disappointing and frustrating. - Location The air conditioning was not working and toilet would not flush properly. We only spent one night but none of us hardly slept because the room was so hot. I would not recommend staying here. We reported the issues the front desk and the weren’t much help. Maintenance came and partly fixed the toilet but it was not a good experience. BTW they said we would have to deal with the room because we they were booked and the room was already dirty for the night because we already went in it. Additionally the room was so small that one bed was literally pressed against the air conditioning unit. Maintenance told us to slip the bed a little but it still didn’t fix the heat issue. After slipping the bed away from the a/c unit the space between the beds became so narrow we had to turn side ways to walk between the two beds.

realimageo (2/5): Very disappointing experience one year experience. - My husband and I stayed at this location for approximately one year and two weeks, paying weekly and monthly. During our extended stay, we experienced several serious issues. Some important mails addressed to us were mishandled on multiple occasions and we were informed that our mails were destroyed instead of being returned to the postal service. One of my bank cards was delivered, the mail was torn exposing my banking information and it took three weeks for me to receive it. A few packages addressed to us were opened before given to us. When my husband respectfully requested important mail, including his bank card and insurance card, the manager responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, my husband was told by the manager that, management did not want anyone to "established residence," and frankly speaking, Motel 6 is no where to establish residence. Despite the fact that we had been long-term paying guests for over a year, the tone and manner in this was communicated were unprofessional and humiliating. The room had a significant bug infestation creating unsanitary living conditions during our stay. After a year of consistent payments without issue, a simple one hour extension during temporary payment difficulty was denied without consideration. While I would like to acknowledge the front desk staff members Shaina, Ryan and Dawn were very professional and respectful. The overall management experience was disgusting and disappointing.

Ady (1/5): - Location! This is used to be my number choice when going to Orlando because of the location. But now, it’s just a really bad place to stay. Not safe, people outside using drugs, cockroaches inside and outside. Dirty rooms, broken doors.
