Hall Jr. (1/5): Stay away! - Complete roach/crack motel. When I had first arrived, the table was dirty, and it smelled bad. I said something to the lady I had checked in with, and she claimed not to be able to locate her staff. She cleaned the table, sprayed something, and left. Obviously, the smell didn't leave. I saw a bug. Didn't think much of it. It's florida. Killed it. Went to walmart and got cleaning supplies. On my hands and knees cleaned the floor. Put a wax melt on. Nothing helped. Slept. Woke up to a family of 50 roaches, basically translucent running around in the tub. After killing them all so my family wasn't infected, I tried to go to the office to say something. It was locked with other people also waiting to complain. My family and I left for a better place. Made it about 10 hours of a 3 day trip. Wasted the 300 here spent 550 elsewhere. Was terrible. Absolutely avoid. Should be condemned.

baillargeon (1/5): I paid for five nights worry five nights of my life there's a phone didn't work inside the room it w - Worst nights for sleep in my entire life the beds were spraying and horrible staff was drilling holes going to go off and I was on the phone stuff was banging and feeling walls every wall connected connected to my room. The management was the worst I've ever experienced in my life I will never stay in motel 6 ever. Replace the whole staff of motel 6 there was a worse I ever come across not one time did they clean my room or give me fresh towels absolutely nothing I asked for I couldn't even get Ice somebody from the ice machine because they only keep it open at certain times to their convenience.

The front desk staff was deplorable we checked out a day early checked out early 10am and they refused to refund the night because front desk said a manager had to process that and didn’t know when they’d return? Ana (1/5): COCKROACH INFESTED! - Cockroaches and rude staff made anything that would have been likeable irrelevant. COCKROACH INFESTED. Within the hour (as I was bringing our things into the room) a cockroach had found its way onto my and my daughter's lunch that I'd placed on the room's desk. I called the front office to tell them they had roaches in the room. They said they would switch my room to which I asked if I could get the key to the new room so I could move my things directly into it, but was told "No," I had to put my things out of the current room first (I was on the 2nd floor and had already spent 30 minutes transfering my and my daughters things to the room going up and down the stairs and would have to load it all in my vehicle again before being given the key card to the next room). I then asked if the other room had been treated more recently for bugs and the woman on the phone hung up on me. I then went downstairs to the office and was told cockroaches being in the room was my "opinion" and that no one else who was in the room before had complained. After asking, I was told the next room had not been treated any more recently for bugs so I told them I'd like to cancel my reservation. They told me they were going to charge me for the first night. I asked them how can they do that when the room is unfit for guests. I would not have canceled otherwise. The woman at the register said she'd ask the manager but the manager who was in back said "she's paying for the first night." I asked when the money would be returned and was told 7 to 10 business days. I told the woman that left me with nothing to get another hotel that week and asked if they could return it in cash. The answer was no, so I had to leave not knowing where me and my daughter were going to stay that night and week. I was able to borrow the money from a family member and we were able to get a room elsewhere. Had it not been for my family member we would have been homeless that week.

Jonathan (8/5): Motel 6 had a great, attentive, caring staff that carried the experience. - Stayed at this Motel 6 and honestly the staff carried the whole experience (in a good way). Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We lost our room keys a few times and every single time they replaced them fast, free, and with a smile. Really appreciated how chill and patient they were. Would stay again just because of the service. Some of the neighbors were loud, but staff handled diligently.

Instead of helping us find a solution, the front desk staff was extremely rude — the receptionist yelled at us, and they even called the police to remove us from the property. It was the worst experience of my life. We were left feeling humiliated and frustrated. Completely unacceptable behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Unlike other Motel6 that I have stayed at this is the absolute worst.Filthy floors and countertops,bathroom had no toilet paper,the bathtub/shower was dirty.And roaches running everywhere across the floors at night. The floors were so filthy that I literally drove to a store and bought 409, Bleach with Cleaner,and rubber gloves and a bucket to clean the floors,the water was literally black from the filth and not being cleaned.The room itself smelled like a filthy ashtray as well,so much so that I had to wash the clothing in my overnight bag just to get the smell of cigarettes out.This was a huge mistake staying here and the only reason was because of location and price. I would never ever recommend staying here to anyone.Its poorly run and managed

The ones who they know are selling drugs out there they will not put them out though but the ones who work hard they do. I will not refer anyone to this location. Staff steals from the guest and you take your id to the office for the iron your id get stolen and it is a inside job from the employees but everyone act like they don’t know what is going on when your identification is asked for then one staff member told us the other employee have the id and that she was supposed to to bring it to us but it never got to us. The whole staff all scammers and it will be reported to better business bureau what is going on at this property.
