From the moment we viewed the property, we were struck by its timeless beauty. The lush surroundings, breathtaking beauty of the main garden, stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that felt both romantic and relaxing sold it for us. The ambience truly set the perfect tone for such a special occasion. We knew immediately that this was going to be our wedding venue. On the day of the event, what stood out just as much as the scenery was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and professional, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and cared for throughout the entire experience. My husband and I do extend a special form of gratitude to Miss Kelly, the wedding planner, who was absolutely incredible. She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything running smoothly and made sure that our vision came to life perfectly. Her dedication, organization, and calm presence made all the difference, and we are so grateful to her and her amazing team for making our day so seamless and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important milestone. • Meander638074 (4/5): Poor customer service - The hotel would have been good value for money if they returned my £100 deposit I paid on the day of arrival. Despite several emails I have received no response! In addition, when I arrived for check in I had to wait over 1 hour before being allowed to check in to my room, as compensation they allowed a later check out.

The hot water wasn’t as hot and it doesn’t work at all late at night. So I would advise anyone to shower before 12AM. The bed was okay, it was king size with 3 flat pillows and it didn’t have any blankets. What I loved about the property was that it had great entertainment every night and great food at the buffet. The workers were very friendly and nice as well

• caroltA5836VO (2/5): Don't Bother to Waste Your Money - The room was filthy- very filthy. For instance, the shower head was dirty and muck dripped from it. The situation was so revolting that my son refused to take a shower.Eventually a kind housekeeper arrived and scrubbed the muck from the shower head.As Additionally, as soon as we entered the room, my son and I started coughing and sneezing. My eyes got red, swollen and started watering. I later discovered that the filters in the air conditioners were so filthy and heavily coated with dust and dead insects which subsequently littered the bed as my husband removed them to have them had to clean them. The hotel's management is either non-existent or believe that it is a wanton waste of time to respond to customers' queries and requests to speak with them. I called the front office several times while I was at the hotel and even before writing this review, and no manager has attempted to reach out. The games room is laughable, and I was also unable to secure any tennis rackets play on the newly upgraded tennis court. The only commendable aspects of the experience were the food, live entertainment, and the jocular staff that works in the dining areas and bars. Finally, forget this hotel if you have children older than 10- my son was bored stiff. As I have conveyed in my conversations with the staff at the front office-San the manager- customers work very hard for their money and hence deserve at minimum- a decent experience.

They have a formal Italian air-conditioned restaurant which is very nice, so be sure to make reservations at the lobby desk near the buffet restaurant after you check-in, as time slots go quickly (first seating 7pm).

There were a handful of people that was nice and provided good service. The property (grounds)is beautiful. The rooms are too old and needs upgrades. The lobby area needs paint and new furniture. The buffet is the only place that had a modern look to it. We had 5 different rooms and only one room was up to par. My friends had no hot water the whole time we were there. The light went out one day and the generator ran out of gas. Food was okay. Some days they made good stuff other days were not great. The house keeping staff is horrible....I had to chase them every night for wash clothes. When you ask for something that's supposed to be in the room, the answer will be we will send it right over only to have to ask or go in person a few times. If you want a great beach and 1 star service then this is your place.

• Jaydeeella (2/5): Absolute shocking - It was never stated we had a balcony which overlooked a building site with constant banging and dust,, we spent most holiday with me water in tap or shower , maintenance guy said it’s due to low pressure and we’ll have to make do with it,,, the air con was blocked and leaking water onto the plug socket, asked 3 times to be moved rooms and just got palmed off ,,, and the bar staff shinique and Tony was really rude and arrogant ,, they’d constantly stare at you talk to each other and laugh,, it made us feel really uncomfortable and awkward,, we went away for our wedding anniversary and ended up spending most of the time stuck in the hotel room as that was the only bar on resort and got made to feel unwelcome,,,, never ever going back to this hotel and to top it off the desk in the lobby where you book taxi $10 for a return trip to the super market ( Spiceworld ) I asked would it be safe as I’m scared to go off resort,, the guy then said it’ll be $20 and they’ll make sure I get back safe,,,, what a con,,, the whole experience was a shambles

• Myra (2/5): - Booked two rooms one on Expedia. The smelled moldy, sink would not drain, had to put my hands in the dirty water to drain the sink, no TV remote. The second room, booked directly with the hotel, had to put your hand in the back of the toilet to flush it, AC didn’t work, and went an ate dinner the food was tasteless and my daughter ate something that made her sick. The front desk was horrible, took over an hour to check is in. We reported everything right away and got no response, we checked out the next day and they refused to give me all my money back. I lost four days.

It checks all the boxes when it comes to a resort stay. My only complaint is the front desk staff are not just taking their time they are dismissive and a little rude.

There were two great breakfast waitress that provided great service on Thursday morning, I can remember their names but they understood the importance of connecting with the guest. • Anonymous (5/5): I did enjoy the entertainment nights. - Needed more variety. The location was good The room wasn't to our suite didn't like at all. The air condition wasn't working properly you could see what was going on the outside.

I like the ambiance of the property, but some of the staff have poor customer service; they do not know to communicate with people. Also, the water pressure in my room was not the best, it took me longer to shower than it should have. Overall, it was better than I expected.

• Kelly Havis (6/5): - I really liked the friendliness of most staff. The buffet was mostly tasty, but needs to be shuffled a bit more. The grounds were kept very clean. Some of the bigger areas could use central air.
• Melinda (8/5): - I did appreciate Shantel breakfast and lunch very creative with her resources to accommodate our vegan lifestyle. Food was always fresh and appealing. Check in very annoyingly, unacceptably slow

• Teneka (8/5): - I enjoyed my 4 days stay at Sea Garden Resort. It is not a luxury hotel but the rooms were clean and well kept. Let’s talk about the food and wait staff, my palate was never disappointed. The food was excellent and the staff courteous, polite and professional. I didn’t encounter any rude staff. It’s good to go back home and experience this level of service. I was thoroughly satisfied.
• Dionne (10/5): Awesome Stay - The food was great they had a lot of options. The lasagna was awesome in the Italian restaurant. The beds are comfortable just could use a comforter because the rooms are cold. Overall everything was great.

• Nina (6/5): - Check-in was a mess. I didn't get the room I requested, it wasnt ready at 3om check-in. The bell boy carried my male friends bags, and ignored mine. Made me carry my own bags all the way to our room which was upstairs (no elevator) and far from lobby! Food in main dining was subpar. Skip.
• Anonymous (6/5): It was OK. - The food ws good The environment was small and intimate which I loved. The bellman were amazing. The entertainment was superb. Some of the staff were awesome My bathroom had a bathtub and slippery which was fine but no provision was made for the slippery tub almost fell. No towels were in my bathroom had to call several time before we got bathtowels. The waitress in the Jasmin were unpleasant. Took forever before I got somthing to drink each time. I was wondering if they were short staff. Went to the beach in the afternoon was told they were out of towels so I couldn't enjoy the evening beach.
• Jones (8/5): Very good - The quietness of the place. The staff was friendly. I liked that there were adjoining rooms. The buffet could have much more variety. The entertainment was mundane. Did not find the night time entertaining
• Pioneer37008908517 (10/5): Relaxing Couple Vacation - I love everything about the SeaGarden Beach Resort. It’s very convenient to get to, close to the airport the strip and clubs. The staff were amazing very attentive to your needs, the private beach is so relaxing and beautiful, I love lying down watching the plans come in. I recommend this resort.

• Tam (10/5): Beautiful weekend getaway - I enjoyed the food, the beach was breathtakingly beautiful and the entertainment was great. Didn't like the fact that there wasn't any drink in the the room I was staying only water.
