Žinoma, vaizdai ir visa teritorija buvo tai, dėl ko čia apsistojome. Esi Lisabonos centre, tačiau jausmas tarsi būtum kažkur gamtos apsuptyje esančiame kurorte. Vaizdai ir atmosfera viešbučio teritorijoje, tiesiog užburianti, gali valandas sėdėti ir grožėtis. Labai gerai sukurtos erdvės viešbučio teritorijoje, nors ji nėra didelė, tačiau sukurtas privatumas kiekviename kampelyje. Visur jaučiama kokybė - nuo kambarių iki pusryčių meniu. Personalas labai paslaugus ir betarpiškai bendraujantis, kas sukuria tokią laisvą ir draugišką atmosferą. Kambarys buvo labai patogus, stilingas, lova super patogi. Pusryčiai labai kokybiški, atmosfera ir vaizdai valgomajame taip pat kerintys. Buvimas viešbutyje yra tiesiog relaksuojantis, įtraukiantis, nelabai norisi kažkur ir eiti iš jo :)

Deborah (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! - Firstly, the staff were amazing! Special thanks to Pedro, Anna and Sisi who made sure this 60th birthday trip of mine felt special . They indulged me with warm , handwritten greetings cards , beautiful balloons, gourmet chocolates, natas ( pastries) and wine - thank you so much!! Our room had character, the bed was super comfy, all amenities were provided. Breakfast (as a vegan) was excellent with a fair selection of delicious, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds, whole-wheat bread, sautéed mushrooms and herbed roasted potatoes, good cappuccinos with a variety of plant milks to chose from. Of course, there was lots more food on the buffet for all those who eat everything plus an eggs menu you could order from. It would have been nice if they could’ve provided at least one option of a vegan pastry ( there are vegan pastries available at various bakeries in Lisbon ) but obviously not essential. The hotel has lovely views of the old city and one can see the river in the distance too. And the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful.

Usagé hivernal certainement moins sympa que l’été avec les piscines avec vue. Si le personnel est jeune et sympa, il n’apporte pas (encore ?) le service d’un « palace » de cette catégorie : surtout au restaurant.

Q7756GZteresas (10/5): Beautiful downtown Lisbon location - This hotel is beautiful and has a fabulous view of Lisbon city. The rooms are quaint and comfortable. I was able to hear the person in the room nearby having a very loud phone call so I'd say the walls are fairly thin. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We didn't get to experience all of the amenities, but it was cold and rainy when we arrived, so we really enjoyed spending time in the sauna.

L'odeur dans salle de bain mais sûrement a causes des fortes pluies les semaines précédentes. Froid dans ́la salle de bain (une chauffe serviette serait super!). Mais c'est des détails. Le seule gros problème: la qualité du restaurant dans le "pavillon noir". Absolument pas digne de cet hôtel. Nous sommes été très étonnés! Du genre Sodexo...

I honestly do not know where to begin, because I cannot express enough how amazing this stay was for me and my fiancée. I planned a surprise proposal for my fiancée at the hotel and reached out to the team in advance for help bringing everything together. What they delivered was beyond anything I could have hoped for. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, engaged, and genuinely invested in making my vision come to life. They helped me arrange access to special locations, decoration, a specially prepared dinner, a photographer, and so many thoughtful details that made the whole moment unforgettable. The proposal itself was everything we had dreamed of. I am so grateful that they helped me create this for my fiancée, and she absolutely loved it. It was such a special and emotional moment for us, and the way the team handled everything made it even more magical than I could have imagined. After that, the rest of our stay continued in the same exceptional way. The staff looked after us with such warmth and care, making sure we could fully enjoy this beautiful moment together and celebrate in peace. Our room was absolutely stunning, with an incredible view over beautiful Lisbon. The amenities were wonderful, the bath was perfect, and the aesthetics of the building, the rooms, and the interiors were simply superb. Every corner of the hotel felt elegant, thoughtful, and full of character. The attention to detail throughout the entire property was truly impressive. I also want to give a very special thank you to Cristina Sargento, Igor Lopes, and above all, Inês Feijão, the restaurant manager at Black Pavilion, together with her whole team. Inês went above and beyond to help me with this very special request and moment. Her communication was excellent, she was incredibly thoughtful, and she made sure everything happened exactly according to plan. I genuinely could not have asked for anyone better to help me create such an important memory. For that, I want to send my deepest thanks to Inês and the entire Torel Palace and Black Pavilion team for turning this once-in-a-lifetime moment into a core memory that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Fiquei em outro hotel da rede Torel e claramente havia funcionários de menos no café da manhã: pedidos demoram, às vezes chegam diferentes do que foi solicitado e parece ser pelo limitado número de funcionários diante do número de hóspedes. Vale citar, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis.

Annie (8/5): bref mais agréable séjour dans un bel endroit - Bon petit déjeuner (buffet) belle situation, jardin, agréable à différents niveaux , avec vue sur la ville et les hauteurs.. personnel, très serviable restaurant, correct, malgré mes petites remarques critique, je recommanderais cet hôtel Il serait souhaitable et je l’ai dit à la réception qu’il y ait des fiches explicatives pour se servir de la clim. Par exemple d’un hôtel à l’autre, ce ne sont pas les mêmes appareils et les fonctionnements diffèrent. Une chambre soir les toits nous a été attribuée, très belle vue ,il me semble que qu’il serait souhaitable de demander aux clients s’il peut monter l’escalier au dernier étage qui est assez raide, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Or mon mari et moi nous avons 82 83 ans et il se trouve que j’avais très mal aux pieds ce jour là, mais ce n’est pas grave pour une nuit, ce n’est pas un problème

Has one of the best views in lisbon, loved the place too, the only thing I could suggest is if they could renovate the rooms and villa, since some of the interiors were worn off already. we stayed at the villa, the villa was nice but o think the toilet needs proper ventilation too. but overall our stay was great. thank you!

581manishat (10/5): Absolutely delightful and fantastic stay, loved the place - The hotel stay was totally an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the suite, the value, cleanliness, service, friendliness of the staff, all the amenities, the restaurant, it was all fabulous. The day we arrived, we were early, and our check in was not due until afternoon, however the suite was ready for us, which was great news and also we were upgraded which was awesome. The suite was wonderful, and we had views across all the sides which was incredible. It was also peaceful and quiet and lovely atmosphere all around. We had booked the Black Pavilion restaurant for dinner one day and such a wonderful experience it was. The chef made special vegan dish for me even though there was no vegan option on the menu. I thought that was so lovely. The breakfast was great, with lots of options on the buffet and choice of omelettes. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all of the lovely people at Torel Palace Lisbon :)
tomerg897 (10/5): I'd like to keep it a secret - quiet possibly the best hotel property I've yet stayed at - I've had the pleasure of staying at Torel a few times now while in Lisbon. I cannot say enough. In fact, I don't want to say too much as to keep this amazing place all to myself :), I can honestly say it is my favorite property I've yet stayed at. The hotel itself, the quality of the food, the rooms, the location, view, and most importantly the amazing staff! If you have a chance while in Lisbon to stay in quiet luxury, a place that feels like home, without pretension, and bathing in old-school class, there is no alternative. And the fact that it always smells so good there, coupled with thoughtful playlists that keep your five senses in daily harmony, is simply devine! thank you :)

Pedro and the bartender Diddi didn’t just offer service, they offered pure magic. They were the kind of people who make you want to move in permanently! The food? A delight. The view? Easily the best in Lisbon—no competition! But the real star is the staff: kind, phenomenal, and so accommodating you’d think they invented hospitality. Oh, and the new cacao spa treatment? It’s a must-try. If you miss it, you’ll regret it forever! Muito Obrigada! I am definitely coming back and this is the only place to stay in no doubt.

Kenza (2/5): I got scammed thinking this was what it said it was ! - 3 People - from the Staff, the receptionist who did the check-in and the restaurant manager and waitress . The view from the restaurant terrace . 1. WARNING !! THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR PROPERTY a winter hotel 2. The Place is ancient and needs to be freshened up, and is NOT a winter destination hotel. 3. The doors are so small you go in sideways (including room doors) 4. The plants are dead everywhere, including in the reception and bedrooms , it’s depressing ! 5. In order to reach the restaurants and bar, you need to leave your building and walk in the cold and rain through a passageway - it gets dark early - There is zero light and I had to use my phone torch to get across safely back and forth. 6. They are understaffed. 7. Room service trays lying around in hallways and under stairwells. 8. No sheet change for 3 nights 9. Tiny soap bar for 3 days, had to use shampoo to wash my hands. 10. Very dirty fabrics in rooms. 11. You can’t watch tv from your bed as the tv is located in the bar area of the room. 12. Socket protection pannel fell while plugging in charger, creating an electrical current. 13. There is only filtered water available , no bottled flat mineral water available at the property. Bring your own.

Wat ik jammer vond is dat er geen algemeen verblijf bij is, waar je een koffie kunt pakken of lekker kunt zitten. Wel is er een bar, maar die is alleen savonds open. Er is een restaurant maar die zit niet in hetzelfde gebouw. Dus als het regent is dat niet gezellig. dat er geen algemeen verblijf is waar je kunt vertoeven

Maria Del Mar (10/5): A Stay You Never Want to Leave - This wasn’t our first time at Torel Palace Lisbon, and once again, our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views of Lisbon are unbeatable, and yet the city center is just a stone’s throw away. Our room was simply perfect, a space you never want to leave. From the mattress to the bathroom, shower, and bathtub, every detail is carefully considered. Everything feels exactly right, with nothing too much and nothing missing. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and warm, always available to make your stay even better. The breakfast and restaurant service are exceptional. We’re already looking for our next opportunity to return to Lisbon and stay at Torel Palace again! :)

gmary1 (10/5): A stunning five star hotel experience - This is a truly unique and fantastic hotel. This was our 2nd stay here for my birthday, and won't be the last. The property is beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of the City, with amazing views. The staff are all wonderful - kind, professional and genuinely interested in giving you the best time. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade to a stunning room, very hard to leave :) . Breakfast is great, and we ate at the 2monkeys which was exceptional.

millerh2026 (10/5): Excellent Property and Location in Lisbon - Over a 10 day trip from Porto to Lisbon, this was our final stay, which was an excellent ending to our journey. An incredibly kind staff with an excellent location to walk within the key areas of Lisbon. Although I don't believe it's stated on their site, they have a spire that overlooks the whole city from 360 degrees. I cannot extend my appreciation for this being a highlight of our trip to Portugal. For reference to other locations we stayed during our trip: - Maison Albar - Le Monumental - Vintage House - Torel Quinta de Vacaria (also would highly recommend)
