Avalon (10/5): I've stayed there often for convenience and location. - Location Location Location and Front Desk staff as well as Housekeeping team. All very Nice and Accommodating. Rooms need THREE pillows and need to be a bit better cleanned. I hate to find long hairs in the shower and on one of the clean towels. ALSO the bargain price of all Motel 6's has gone up enough that one would expect rooms to get an updated look if price is not longer way lower than other low cost motels in the area.

William (5/5): Reasonable price and great location. That's all it's got. - The location was great. The staff worked hard to keep the place clean. Didn't use the pool but others did and it looked very nice The mattress was horrible and the towels were threadbare cast-offs from Hilton. I realize it's a budget-friendly place but it seems to have been taken a bit too far.

Danie (5/5): Get what you budget for - Location was so cental. A hummingbirds nest outside the window. Nice views Staff were young but friendly Other people waking us up screaming on their phones about bedbugs in their rooms. Didn't have bedbugs in my room however the place wasn't exactly the cleanest with basic to no facilities. Tiny brittle towels, the roof was caving in, broken electrical sockets, and it stank of cigarette smoke.

Paul (1/5): I think enough already said. The worst hotel/motel experience in my life. - Nothing. Rude staff. Both the smoking (we are not smokers but some how managed to book a smoking room) and non smoking rooms were horrible. Paint peeling, awful smells of cleaning/chemicals, bed mattress looked like a thin piece of toast. Felt un safe with strange men in hoodies prowling the corridors. Everywhere smelt of pot. We didn't stay as we generally felt unsafe, not to mention the rooms which felt like they hadn't been painted or up-graded since the 60"s. Apart from the location, can not say one positive thing.

Jim (9/5): Overall Good! - Location, fairly reasonable rate, Clean, staff helpful and friendly. Air conditioner fan in the room ran 24 seven and noisy. Get a BIG trashcan near the coffee pot so you can throw your paper & creamer cups in the trash and not all over the floor as the current trashcan is useless! Provide napkins on the coffee table so You can wipe up your spills and not leave it messy for the next person.

Scott (3/5): All this property has going for it is the location near downtown PS! - The maid service was good however floors did not appear to be regularly cleaned, nor the refrigerator in the one room we had where there was one. Very loud and disrespectful guests in nearby rooms were partying all Sat night with loud music and loud talking. Staff should have known about this and done something. In our two nights there we witnesses one arrest and one ambulance carry-away! No microwave or fridge in our room, no in-room coffee service, no facial tissues, no mini shampoo—NOTHING!! Way overpriced!

Deborah (1/5): Never ever again. - Zero Horrible experience. Not one thing was ok. Drive up motel filthy, loud, ac horrible noises all night as well as people above partying all night. Coffee bar in lobby in am totally empty. Cup lids not fitting cups. Trash overflowing. Urine smell everywhere. Hair in sink cannot walk two people in the room. Wall to wall beds. Mystery on how beds are made at all they’re so close together and close to walls. Leak patches everywhere. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Could go on and on. But final issue… drive up motel wanting parking charges that were not disclosed.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. En plein hiver, nous avons dormi tout habillé. Il faisait 2 degrés dehors! Nous n’avons même pas osé demander à changer de chambre, tellement la réceptionniste n’était pas aimable.

Jeffrey (1/5): Worst Motel in the history of traveling! Motel 666 - The Broken AC at least kept the room under 90...I guess it could have been worse. Bringing our luggage to the room, someone was hosing off upper level decks and all the garbage, dirt and cigarette butts were flowing down all around us. AC was broke, No screens on Windows, box springs for mattresses. We called in Motel 666. Avoid this place at all costs. My wife woke up at 2am and woke me up and said we are getting out of this hell hole right now. So we packed up and got out of there...OMG. What a nightmare.

Durelle (6/5): Basic but convenient - Convenient to the area I visited. On my emailed reservation it showed parking included but once I arrived it was a $5 a day + tax for parking. The room had what appeared to be glitter glue on the floor and table. Felt like it was a lack of care to get it up. Other than this stay wasn’t bad.

Paul (2/5): Rude staff, literal s**t in the elevator, parking/housekeeping not included (both were advertised) - Room was clean, was in a great location. So many issues with our stay -- first of all the staff were very rude and dismissive. The rate I book explicitly said "1 parking spot included" even when I showed this to the staff they told me "yes, but that's what I'm telling you, it isn't included". On the first night we're there, someone had defecated (pooped) in the elevator. This wasn't cleaned up for the entire duration of our stay! We, and other guests we spoke to, reported this to reception, but nothing was done about it! The room rate included daily cleaning, however neither of our rooms were made up between the two nights. When I went to reception to ask about it they said it was "usually" daily housekeeping, but we should have asked specifically to get our room cleaned. Again, very rude. They did let us change our towels. After checkin, one of our two rooms had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke (the other room was fine). We asked to change rooms and were told that room was a smoking room (we weren't told this when we booked/checked in) - they moved rooms however charged us extra for the new room because it had two beds in it (we only booked, and only needed, a double room). This was hands-down the worst hotel/motel experience I've ever had anywhere. This is also the first time in 30+ years of travelling that I have left a review like this. I really hope this place cleans up its act and your stay is better than mine.

Jean (6/5): - I asked for the quietest room and I got it! It was very quiet and that is important to me. My bathroom light (where the mirror is) didn't work which was a pain but I didn't feel like having a stranger in my room fixing it.

I have stayed her many times,you get what you pay for.Im sick of the $15.00 parking charge,this isnt Vegas or Beverly Hills...Get rid of it!!!
