• Tyler (5/5): Neighbor was on drugs and screaming half the nights right outside our door. Staff doesn’t seem to pay a whole lot of att - Central to a lot of what I wanted to do. Terrible location to have a dog. The community microwave was like 3 microwaves pieced together and burnt most things.

The coffee tasted like hot water with powdered creamer. It was obviously very diluted. There were homeless people staying there and I felt very unsafe. Afraid to leave the room after dark.

Also, He’s very professional and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here that his service made me extend! - Its close to everything anyone needs. 1, Room Key Card doesn’t work efficiently but that’s a machine problem. 2. Virtual Assistant Machine didn’t know how “Print” a parking pass and that was scary for my car & wife’s car to maybe get towed.

• Ashley (5/5): While the staff Jamila was lovely and was able to get us checked in early to get ready for the festival, was overpriced - Location was alright for Coachella off to the side of Palm Springs so it was nice location Room smelled badly of cigarettes, 1 lightbulb working… yes just 1 in the whole room. no tv remote.. room key stopped working, the second night, had to go back to the front and reactivate after a long day, took like 5 minutes to open door, would not open. Eventually unlocked.

The best I experience is that the manager on duty is accommodating and very helpful to his employees in times of busy hours. Well done, Mr. Maged. The location is not comfortable for sleeping due to very close to highway.

Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room - there was coffee in the main office but every-time I went to get some it was out.

What you paid is what you get but with extra consideration on cleanliness. The space in between are thin walls, you hear everything from your neighbors. Bring ear plugs 👍☺️

• Glee (5/5): One of the few affordable options in Rancho Mirage - Clean rooms, hard working cleaning staff. Not the friendliest management. I realize it's a budget motel and I am supportive of the low income worker dudes basing themselves there. Some reviews mention cops and/or security frequently driving through the parking lot but this wasn't really true during my 3 night stay. I observed drug dealing going down and transients hanging out in the parking lot. Management needs to get serious about addressing these issues.
