- Wulf (9/5): Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen - Sowohl das späte Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren von bester Qualität. Das Personal ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei passender Gelegenheit würde ich mich wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. Das Bett bzw. Matratze im EZ.

- Michael (3/5): Schlimmer Aufenthalt - Die Lage Zum ersten Mal mussten wir direkt beim einchecken bezahlen. Als Begründung wurde gesagt das es Gäste gibt die morgens nicht bezahlen. Mein Hinweis das wir regelmäßig kommen, und auch alle Daten vorliegen, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Wir hätten ja über booking.com gebucht. Ich verlangte dann eine Rechnung, die mir verweigert wurde mit den Hinweis, die gibt es erst morgen. Nachts bekam ich dann die Rechnung per Mail. In Summe war das Verhalten schnippisch, arrogant und als Gast fühlten wir uns nicht. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Bis auf das Bett. Es fehlten Nachttische. Dafür war eine breite feste Umrandung um das Bett. Da wir schon alt sind, war die „ Kletterübung“ nichts für uns.

- Lotte (9/5): Fijn hotel - Het eten en de bediening in het restaurant was boven verwachting! Kamer was schoon, fijn balkon, goede service, degelijk, eenvoudig maar praktisch. Het oog wil ook wat, voor ons had het interieur iets “hipper” gemogen. Nu is het praktisch en hufter proof. Maar ondanks dat zouden wij zit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

- Kai (8/5): Schönes Hotel nit großem Zimmer - Großes Zimmer mit 2 (etwas älteren ) Fernsehern. Modernes Badezimmer und kleiner Terasse . Schöne Bar, wo wir auch Tagsüber etwas zu essen bekommen haben. Pool und Sauna waren uns am Ende zu klein, bzw. für echtes Wellness Feeling nicht ausreichend. Umfeld bietet aber Möglichkeiten un spazieren zu gehen.

Meaning its kids friendly perfect for family vacation, the food superb ! And above all the staff very accomodating ..they made us feel we are home away from home . The extra bed we requested was a bit slim for me , the Grandma . I let the kids use the big bed ! And they love it ! We had a great view from our room balcony , sunset was awe-inspiring ! So yes , we want the same room again , but probably i wont need an extra bed because the couch was comfortable enough .
- Cucu (8/5): voor herhaling vaatbaar - Mooi hotel dicht bij Essen maar aan de rustige kant dicht bij de natuur. de spa gedeelte was prima en alles werkte naar behoren. het restaurant had lekkere gerechten van hoge kwaliteit en het ontbijt was lekker uitgebreid en vele dingen zelfs biologisch. De laadpalen werkten niet met onze belgische laadkaart. (die zijn niet van het hotel maar gewoon dat je het weet) de vloer van de kamer was in tapijt wat het een beetje minder hyhienisch maakte. er is geen conditioner voorzien door het hotel.

Nach Anreise abends wurde extra die Sauna nochmal angemacht - Pool und Sauna bis 22 Uhr offen. Im Zimmer war extra eine Tasche mit Bademantel und Handtüchern. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.

- Kramer (6/5): - Wir hatten eine Suite. Diese hatte natürlich eine super Größe und eine schöne Aufteilung. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, 2 Fernseher, eine kleine Terasse und auch das Bad war wirklich groß mit Dusche und Badewanne. Frühstück war okay, aber nichts besonderes. Leider war der Kühlschrank total dreckig, sah aus wie Schimmel. Das Tablet, auf dem die Glastassen für Kaffee und Tee standen war dreckig und leider auch das Bad ließ an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Ich laufe sehr gerne Barfuß, daran merkt man natürlich wenn die Böden nicht sauber sind. Teilweise waren die offenen Fächer staubig. Für den stolzen Preis von 234,00€ für eine Nacht, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Als Entschädigung wurde uns eine Flasche Wein angeboten, da wir jedoch keinen trinken bekamen wir 2 winzige Schachteln mit undefinierbarer Schokolade.

Nachbesserungsbedarf beim Raumklima in den Zimmern (zu - Tolles Unterstellmöglichkeit für Räder; super Gastronomie; sehr nettes Personal Sehr stickige Zimmer (wir hatten 2); leider keine Klimaanlage - Fenster nicht ganz zu öffnen, da man sich dann wie auf einem Präsentierteller fühlte (durch die direkt gegenüberliegenden Zimmer und den Ausgang vom Schwimmbad)
