- Robert (4/5): Very disappointing and certainly could not recommend to anybody considering staying there - Breakfast room and food was very good Property sadly lacked maintenance. Basin in bathroom was cracked . Drapes were off track making it difficult to block light out of a morning. Bathroom was not attended to each day and supplies were not replenished. Bed was hard and pillows even harder, no good sleep. Rubbish bins were not emptied in the 3 days we stayed there. Split levels of floors meant too much stair climbing.

Very few things that warranted negative feedback but for clarity some areas of the hotel just need some DIY! A rusty radiator in the showeroom & the window overlooking back carpark was covered in condensation! These issues did not bother us.

Das war’s auch schon Insgesamt war das Haus eine Enttäuschung für uns: schwer zu finden (keine Beschilderung frontseitig), ungepflegtes Entree, abgebrochene Laterne am Eingang, keine Sitzmöbel draußen, Terrassenplatten ungepflegt, Frühstück im Keller, zugestellte Fluchtwege, extrem enger Parkplatz auf der Rückseite, Zufahrt kaum zu erkennen, Rezeption nicht sehr hilfsbereit.

- pauline (7/5): - We have stayed at this hotel many many times, but this time was okay, I'm disappointed with the breakfast arrangement, since covid hotel ask what time you would like to have breakfast.which is fine,but on our last stay we gave a time a d first morning no problems, second morning was awful, every one was in restaurant at same time, no one had stuck to there Time, there was know one to organise any one. Stuff was running out eggs other items, but know.one was replacing the food that quick. Having to wait about. In end left with out having any breakfast, To many people at breakfast at same time and running out of food, and not being replaced quick enough

You had to go down a flight of stairs and back up another. This was no problem for myself and my son but mother has mobility issues. Very limited parking at the back of the hotel.

The breakfast is superb and what really makes it special are the staff, as they are just so welcoming and helpful. We have stayed 4 times now over the last 6 months as we love the hotel plus the area. Nothing it was great.

We had such an amazing time, and the hotel and staff have massively contributed to our wonderful stay. I liked everything.
- Lindaw4731 (8/5): Lladudno stay - Very friendly. Bedrooms are quite modern just odd finishing touch missing. Overall they werr ok. Breakfast room was nice and a good selection of food both hot and cold. Reception and entrance could do with a refresh. Toilets are downstairs.

Extremely narrow entrance to the car park .. poor signage, hard to reed as in a corner not visible from the road . … staff on arrival did not speak very good English not very friendly and would not show us the room without filling a form in , and only proceeded to show us the room after we’ve done all the book in forms Shower room in very poor condition as big step up and down when getting in and out of shower my wife almost fell there The door small opening walk in to shower control only suitable for a small persons. Cups and glass tops on table cabinets very dirty kettle dangerous lose fitting to base this room is not a superior room very poor overall not happy at all never book this hotel again room not advertised be warned

- darren (6/5): - View was nice, we paid for a sea view room, all other rooms overlook the carpark at the back of the building We had a 'superior triple sea view room, the room was small with furniture that was too big for the room, the beds had a wooden skirting on which we were constantly hurting ourselves on and the bathroom was very badly done and looked dirty, our room was also directly above the front door to the hotel which was slammed loudly and often at all times of the day and night
- michelleleeds (10/5): Ignore negative reviews we will definitely book again - We stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter break with our 9 year old. Ignore negative reviews yes, it's a bit dated in parts but we don't go to a hotel to look at the decor. We had a great location, free parking and a great nights sleep each night and great hospitality so what's not to love. It's the second time stayed at this hotel and the last time was when our little one was a baby. We will definitely book again. A big shout-out to the two guys who worked the breakfast area. The guy with the short dark hair was so welcoming and the guy with the ginger hair in a pony tail, you were fantastic and a credit to this hotel. Absolutely fantastic guys and truly made us feel at home and what a great breakfast. My only negative and I'm picky was the coffee wasn't to my taste but besides that a great place, thank you!!!
