- David Ahern (5/5): - Nice staff. Good location. Good value for money. I've stayed here many times with no complaints but definitely time for lots of the hotel to be serviced. Toilet, shower and old furniture. Still a great hotel and I will stay here again in the future but needs upkeep.

- praveen (3/5): - Location was closer to Malls. The hotel needs renovations as most fitting and furniture are old fashioned. The Hot water tap was confusing and needed a staff help to sort it out. They didn't provide any cutlery so couldnt have takeout food.

- Ian (5/5): Two very sleepless nights - The hotel was fine clean and tidy I was given the room on the roadside. It was extremely noisy throughout the night and on both nights I stayed there the air-conditioning machine froze and sounded like a jackhammer going off in the room.

- Aykut (1/5): Bad - Location The wifi was not working. They tried to give me a room other than the one I booked. The room they gave me had not been cleaned and was very noisy and dark. The elevator did not work without the employee card. The staff said these problems were temporary but they made me suffer because I stayed for 2 days. In the photo I uploaded, you can see other people's used shower supplies.

- Marian (9/5): Affordable hotel for shopping lovers - Near to night market, platinum mall, decembers mall, tofu shop. Plenty of food choices on the road to the hotel. Plenty of massage stalls along the way also. 7 eleven nearby as well. The beds were comfortable. There is a water heater as well. The road leading to the hotel is almost always congested with all types of vehicles. It can be quite a challenge if you have luggages in tow. I recommend hiring a tuktuk, taxi or car to get to the hotel if you have luggages especially big ones. The train station is roughly 10 mins away by foot.

- Nel (3/5): Worst stay ever. Doesn’t worth the value. One and last time. Don’t recommend it at all. - Honestly nothing Lobby was very dark n doesn’t feel cosy. Room sound proof was very bad. Woke up few times, either noise make by the staff or other hotel guest check in/out. Room aircond was the worst. They even make a notice in the lift mentioned that you’re not allow to use the aircond at low temperate or use it for too long. My room for instance, the aircond is leaking water for whole night, eventho I didn’t use the aircond when I’m not in the room. Temperature was set at 22degree. Which is still considered super warm in Thailand. The toilet has weird smell all the time. Water pressure was very bad too. There’s also no amenities provided at all…

We need to walk to the nearest laundrette to iron our clothes. Provide a glass with no stir, or a spoon when we requested they said we don't have one. They give room key only one. If you request or left inside reception will follow u to the room and open it for u. Check out also early. 11.30am u need to left the property
