• Lidija (10/5): - Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben mochte ich das freundliche Personal, das leckere Frühstück und die traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Der schöne Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den See war ein absolutes Highlight und hat der Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die tolle Aussicht sorgen für pure Erholung. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

• Michael (3/5): Vorsicht bei vergessenen Wertgegenständen – Enttäuschender Service - Top Lage! Eigentlich war der Aufenthalt okay, aber was sich nach dem Check-out abspielte, ist absolut inakzeptabel und der Grund für die minimale Punktzahl beim Personal. Ich habe meine AirPods im Zimmer vergessen. Obwohl das Personal die Kopfhörer laut eigener Aussage gefunden hat, erfolgte keinerlei proaktive Information an mich. Erst als ich mich selbst um 17:12 Uhr meldete, wurde der Fund bestätigt. Das Schlimmste: Für eine Versandgebühr von 31 € wurden mir AirPods zugeschickt, die nicht meine waren. Ich erhielt ein altes, stark verschmutztes Paar. Dank der Wo-ist-App kann ich meine eigenen AirPods eindeutig orten – sie befinden sich noch immer im Hotel. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde ich lediglich vertröstet. Außer leeren Versprechungen ist seit Freitag nichts passiert. Dass man mir „versehentlich“ fremden Müll zuschickt und meine Originale trotz Ortungsnachweis einbehält, hinterlässt einen sehr bitteren Beigeschmack. Ein „Missgeschick“ sieht für mich anders aus. Ich warte bis heute auf meine rechtmäßigen Kopfhörer.

Basen za dodatkową opłatą poprosisz szlafrok lub ręcznik też musisz zapłacić rowery gratis i to duży plus bo wypożyczysz i jeździsz po okolicznych miejscach. Pamiętaj że tam wieje dla korzystających z wody to plus dla zwiedzających to udręka.

• Sandra (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel wieder buchen. - Es ist ein tolles Hotel direkt am Wasser. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit Blick auf den See. Das Personal im Hotel war äußerst freundlich und beim Frühstück immer hinterher, sobald etwas gefehlt hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel wieder buchen. Sehr schön wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

• Celeste (1/5): extremely disappointing - Nothing. Minutes after entering the hotel for a six-night, two-room, stay, I got a truly devastating phone call that meant my family had to leave immediately. The hotel didn't offer any compassion in our grief, which was painful and disappointing. We did not expect a full refund, as the room was non-refundable, but any gesture that would have shown compassion would have been appreciated. Booking didn't offer any help either, though I made it clear we needed to make alternate travel arrangements. As a genius three client of Booking and also as a human being going through a tragedy, I would have expected more. I hope all the people involved get better treatment in times of similar hardship for them and their families.
• Stephan (10/5): Daytrip hat sich gelohnt. Kommen gerne wieder. - Bis auf die schreienden Kinder, die von ihren Eltern weder ermahnt, noch kontrolliert werden, war das Frühstück entspannt. Es gab eine nicht all zu große Auswahl, jedoch für jeden Etwas. Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und hatten eine funktionierende, gut riechende Klimaanlage. Front Desk Service top. Bar Service / Staff lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, musste meine Flasche Wein selbst öffnen - nein, ist kein Problem, aber wenn ich eine Flasche Wein bestellen kann, sollte man das Personal doch zumindest auf Weinservice trainiert haben.
• Selina (8/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Zu Beginn gab es für jeden unserer Hunde ein Willkommensgeschenk (siehe Bild). Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr Gute Lage und alles sehr sauber. Frühstück war gut, könnte aber besser sein. Der Spa Bereich war mit Dampfbad, zwei Saunen und einem Pool gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr hundefreundliches Hotel. Tolle Lage, direkt am See und viele Restaurant in der direkten Umgebung. Die Zimmer und der Flur waren sehr klein und eng. Im Badezimmer wenig Ablagefläche. Ein Restaurant gibt es nur bis 16:30 Uhr. Somit muss man zum Abendessen das Hotel verlassen.

• H0P-Around (10/5): Amazing Hotel, Brilliant Location and Views! - The hotel is wonderful - the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff are helpful, welcoming and warm - especially the reception staff. The hotel location is perfect - directly on the lake with its own private garden and private beach. Sun loungers, parasols and little tables are available to guests. The gardens and outside areas are clean, maintained and very scenic. We also used the free canoes and had a lovely morning on the lake. The room we stayed in was with a balcony overlooking the lake which was beyond beautiful. Decent size balcony but the view was priceless. The breakfast was very good with an abundance on offer - fresh pastries, hot food, breads, fruit, cheese, meats, cereals etc. All very well labelled for allergens and vegan options available. The wellness centre included in the stay was fantastic! A lovely sized indoor pool, two saunas, steam room, ice shower. Really relaxing and a great place to unwind. We absolutely loved our stay of a week here and would 100% recommend to anyone.

• Torsten (8/5): Unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Lage macht einfach alles zum positiven Urlaubs. Super liebes Personal! - Das Frühstück ist gut. Für mich persönlich war es sogar sehr gut. Aber ich esse zum Frühstück nur Marmelade. Was fehlt am sehr gut für das Frühstück? Der angebotene Saft, war gefühlt aus der günstigsten Ecke im Supermarkt. Wer gerne tierische Produkte zum Frühstück mag, muss sich mit einem überschaubarem Angebot anfreunden. Aber, und das sollte man wirklich wissen! Ich behaupte diese Hotel hat am ganzen nördlichen Gardasee die beste Lage! Was auch hervorzuheben ist, sind die kostenlosen Fahrräder im Hotel und die integrierte Surfschule. Dort kann man kostenlos sein privaten Wassersportutensilien abstellen (gesichert). Bei dem Preis, den wir gezahlt hatten, hätte ich eigentlich kein Standard Zimmer erwartet. Das war eigentlich zu wenig. Das könnte man auch auf das Frühstück beziehen. Aber, es war nicht wirklich schlecht. Liegt dann eher an den eigenen Ansprüchen.

We appreciated the cleanliness in the rooms and in all parts of the hotel. Everything feels premium and especially the attentive staff who spread care and comfort for the guests. Andriana in the reception and her hospitality is very representative for the hotel in general.

The staff is extremely friendly. During peak season, it can get very crowded, and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, they do not offer dinner. If you’re planning to learn surfing, don’t choose the neighboring surf school without comparing prices with several other surf schools.

• Georgina (8/5): Quiet hotel right by the lake - perfect if you plan to windsurf! - The hotel is located right on the water, so fabulous view and could sit on the balcony and enjoy. Room was large and very clean and was quiet. There is a good walking path right in front of the hotel as well that gets you to a bigger city area where you can take a ferry to other cities along the lake if you like. Parking is included and secured at night. Staff was friendly. There is a restaurant, but they stop serving in the afternoon. We arrived around 9:30pm and had to go offsite to get some food. There was a place a short walk away - and we got in just as they were about to stop serving. Bar also stopped serving at 10pm. I don't know if this is because we were there later in the season? Also, unless you booked directly with the hotel, there was an extra £10 charge if you wanted to use the pool/spa area.

The location is perfect, and the laid-back atmosphere of the hotel lent to a very relaxing vacation. There was a good buffet for breakfast. Use of bikes and kayak was great The small garden area with sun loungers was full by 8.30 on our last 2 mornings, some umbrellas to take onto the beach with the loungers would have been great.

Lake and mountain view from the room and balcony was magnificent. Breakfast was fair enough. Personnel was kind and attentive. The size of the room was on the brink of comfort.

Peraonal var vänlig och hjälpsam. Nästa gång väljer vi rum med utsikt över sjön. Fantastisk utsikt. Ända negativa är att de inte serverar mat efter 17 på hotellet. Lite stening strand men så är det vid garda. Kommer tillbaka.
• LAtravelover1 (10/5): First Rate Classy Hotel - Classy hotel at the edge of town away from busy streets but perfect to watch the windsurfers. If you are in town to windsurf this is def the place to stay! just a ten minute walk to town with plenty of restaurants and bars. Also short drive to Limone Del Sul which is beautiful.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Location is just amazing, right on the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was on a road cycling trip, and they had a complete grooming kit, Bike lock and secure bike locker.
