Guest Reviews
- Marcin (10/5): - Miła obsługa i znakomite śniadania
- Izabela (8/5): Można zainstalować windę i główny problem byłby rozwiązany. - Klimatyczne wnętrza i czystość Brak windy i zawyżona cena śniadania.
Wszystkie udogodnienia zgodne z opisem. Miłym akcentem był powitalny napój (kawa, herbata, lampka wina - do wyboru). Personel bardzo miły, pomocny.
- Chowaniec Elżbieta (10/5): - Super hotel ma fajny klimat, obsługa extra, śniadania smaczne polecam Wszystko ok
- Erika (9/5): - The breakfast was fantastic and the local.

Centralne polozenie.

- Stanislaw (10/5): - Zachęcam do odwiedzin Pensjonatu Malopolanka
- Leszek (9/5): Super relaxing holidays - The hotel has that fantastic atmosphere of the 1920s, 1930s, interior and decorations. Breakfast was superb. Perfect location.
- Piotr (10/5): - Pysznie.

- Robert (7/5): - Super 3 piętro bez windy
- Grace (5/5): - Very poor in bathroom smallest soup is not acceptable for 2days ! Furniture very dated, lkichen section very poor , room need renovation!!! Booking didn’t give me information, breakfast isn’t included???
- Karolina (5/5): - Kawiarnia ma bogatą ofertę - pyszne ciasta i kawa. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Restauracja i spa czynne relatywnie krótko.
- Leszek (8/5): -
- Kateryna (9/5): - Bardzo miła obsługa, cudowne spa. Dobra lokalizacja.
Była przechowywania dla nart. Poduszka w pokoju to jakaś porażka
- Paweł (10/5): - Klimat, ludzie , obsługa, pyszne jedzenie Że ta krótko byłem
- Agnieszka (9/5): -

- Wioleta (10/5): -
- Anna (7/5): -
- jean (9/5): The host is most obviously with taste and artistic flair. - Super. Above and beyond if central location isn't important. Arriving at night in the dark.|
- Marcin (10/5): -
Zupa grzybowa do poprawy.
- Klabis (9/5): - Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Pięknie usytuowane. Czysto, miła obsługa. Śniadania niezbyt różnorodne ale bardzo dobre. Na miejscu restauracja i bar/kawiarnia z muzyką na żywo. Parking dodatkowo płatny na tyłach hotelu. Zejście z parkingu do hotelu po stromych schodach.
- Anna (10/5): Idealna lokalizacja na weekend w przepięknej Krynicy Zdrój - Lokalizacja
- Nayel (8/5): It was good stay - Location The upstairs issue with no lift and the weak internet in upper floors
- Pawel G (9/5): -
- Piotr (10/5): - Super Wszystko
- HALINA (9/5): -
- Róbert (10/5): -
- Agnieszka (8/5): Lovely stay - Location, the cafe and breakfast The old squeaky floor in the room
- Anna (9/5): -
- Margoska (10/5): -
- Jadwiga (5/5): -
Wspaniałe wędliny dojrzewające i sery. Jedzenie (obiady) w restauracji niezwykle smaczne. Do tego wszystkiego niezwykle przyjazny i uprzejmy personel. Napewno tam wrócę. NIC, wszystko jest OK.
- Pavel (10/5): -
Personel pomocny, dogodne godziny doby hotelowej. Polecam

- Tomasz (6/5): There was a potential for good stay but it was disapointing - Great location, clean My wife has a walking problem. They have no elevator and we got a room on the third floor. The place was almost empty but they were „ not able to accomodate us” at the lower floor. This was very disapointing. We got a good price via booking.com and maybe this was the reason. The breakfast service was so-so.
- Charlesworth (8/5): A good quality hotel in which to have a relaxing stay. - Central location, good breakfasts, helpful staff, clean and fresh. Room was a bit small and dated
- Ewa (9/5): great hotel - I think we stayed in budget rooms, which were a bit small but you get what you pay for. The location and staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The hotel serves the best breakfast we've ever had. Everything was fresh, and there were more than plenty of choices. Everything also tasted healthier - salad dressings weren't too salty or fatty, juice was freshly squeezed, they even had homemade ginger syrup. There weren't enough shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. I think this is something that doesn't cost much so perhaps worth adding it. Also, the suitcase had to be left on the floor. Shame there wasn't a.piece of furniture for this.
- Alexfavorov (10/5): Great vintage hotel - The hotel had a nice and cozy vintage atmosphere, interior and decorations. Breakfast was superb, and the hotel restaurant was also tasty and accommodating to dietary requirements. Perfect location in the very downtown.
- Eva (7/5): Stylish but way overpriced - Beautiful, stylish hotel in a great location on the spa promenade. Pet friendly and had its own parking. Fantastic breakfast. Kind staff. No excuses for these prices. One of our rooms was really small. Breakfast at 18 € is very steep (although worth it), the adjacent restaurant and bar were quite overpriced. Spa procedures from 100 € upwards.
- Julian (8/5): - Nice location but no air conditioning.
- Luisfortes (10/5): Exceptional - - friendly stuff
- very good premium level breakfast
- very nice restaurant on the spot with tasteful polish meals
- perfect location, directly in the center
- paid parking close to the property
- pet friendly - building without elevator
- Marek (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and service
- Eva (10/5): Absolutely fabulous, we even extended our stay 2 more days. - Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect location, the best breakfast buffet ever, and literally the nicest staff we ever encountered. Very spacious room with 2 balconies and an amazing view of the promenade and the mountains around. Squeaking wooden floors and inconvenient parking location
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Decor and staff
- John (10/5): Very relaxing short break. - Very good breakfast buffet, cooked breakfasts also available.
Great central location and easy access to car park.
Spa facilities.
Good restaurant.
Bar / Cafe with light meals available. Nothing
- Leszek (5/5): Nothing to brag about it - Really bad Perfect location
- Dorothe (10/5): Exceptional - White towel and linen. Clean bathroom.Staff helpful and nice. Amazing almond latte. 80zl for breakfast for one person is far too much.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (8/5): Very good -
- Egidijusn (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was superb. We really liked live music at the lobby in the evenings. SPA zone is also better than you could expect in a such historical building. There are some things for improvement in the rooms (we have spent a week in this hotel and stayed in two different rooms) but in general I would strongly recommend it because of the restaurant, spa and, what is most important, good vibe.
- Oleksandra (10/5): Enjoyed a lot :) - Excellent service, delicious perfect breakfasts and an sophisticated restaurant, live music in the evening that fits very harmoniously into the evening mood. A luxurious sauna was included in the price of the hotel.
- Mieczyslaw (10/5): - Very nice area, very frendly staff, fantastc food.
- Bastiaan (9/5): Good - The breakfast was fantastic. And what we've loved the most, was the beautifull surroundings to go hiking The (missing) curtains in the room. There are some screens, but in the morning there's quite some sunlicht penetrating through in the room. And if you wanna have a long sleep, this is a breakpoint.
- steliosr966 (10/5): Most comfortable and enjoyable stay! - The hotel perfectly combines a warm retro character with modern-day comfort.
Clean, cosy, quiet rooms in 3 categories, standard, premium and suites, all very good. Look at the reproductions of Tamara Lempicka paintings in your room and in the lounge! Enjoy the full, lavish breakfast served by polite, professional staff. Relax with coffee and sweet in the atmospheric lounge bar, with live music in the evening, or have an excellent dinner in the restaurant.
Various spa and cosmetics services.
Central, convenient location in order to move around Krynica.
Admittedly an unforgettable stay!
- Agata (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mickael (8/5): Grandson's wedding everything fantastic - Location atmostphere All ok
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Markus (9/5): The perfect hotel & spa in the heart of Krynica-Zdrój - A real "all-in-one" hotel with restaurant, cafe/bar, lounge, spa at a perfect location next to the park. Working was possible thanks to the fast internet connection via WiFi. Tourist attractions of Krynica-Zdrój are literally at your doorstep. Great! I didn't like that I had to leave after 4 days only ...
- Dara (7/5): Good -
- iceman_icestreet (8/5): Summer Relaxation - We eat at the restaurant and the desserts were very tasty and filling, with delicious tea to accompany the desserts.
The staff were friendly and this provided a very relaxed stop on a sunny walking day.
Well placed in the town, besides the small stream that runs through, the summer atmosphere was just what we needed.
- Karen (10/5): 1930’s era elegance with modern convenience, a jewel at the heart of Krynica. - Central to everything, elegant decor, very comfortable beds (even the pull out sofa!) Breakfast, cafe and restaurant all excellent! The stairs to our third floor room were a challenge to one of our party. Internet was spotty.
- Joshua (9/5): Superb -
- Denis479 (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and view and lovely restaurant Room was quite tiny
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teodorman (3/5): Poor -
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
- i47 (10/5): Special place to stay in Krynica-Zdroj - Just had 4 nights, off-season in Krynica. Chose to stay at this hotel because of reviews on Trip Advisor, good traveller common sense and intuition! Pensjonat Malopolanka is super central, quiet, and has all the historic, bohemian class you would expect in a historic spa town. The staff are ever-so helpful, all very pretty too! Rooms are dated - but in the good way. Beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, terraces, tall window, comfortable squeaky beds. This is authentic Krynica. A Hotel with soul, heart, and charm. This hotel gives you the best of Krynica, not the communist architecture vibe of some of the other hotels/sanatoriums, and also not the 1990's awkward "modern" hotels you can also find in the area that try to be americanized. This is the hip, boutique continental Krynica. A hotel that reminds you of former elegance, romance, and when important travelers came here to get away from it all! So: practical things...Internet works fine, Breakfast is generous, tasty, served in the charming restaurant. Bar and lounge areas very pleasant to sit in, especially by the window people watching. Parking possible above the hotel, and you are right in the middle of town, with a good nights sleep. Prices not bad either. Will definitely return and thoroughly recommend. Perfect place to get away from it all!
