Tannaz (1/5): Terrible experience don’t trust this hotel - Nothing Awful Experience – Don’t Trust This Hotel I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Their customer service was extremely poor. After a 24-hour flight, I arrived and found out that the connected family room I had booked didn’t even exist. Instead, they showed me a completely different room in the basement that was smelly and humid. This hotel doesn’t have any connected family rooms at all, so I don’t understand how it has such a high rating. I saw many other guests arguing with the staff and complaining about similar issues. When I asked for a refund, they refused, and I had to move to another hotel, which cost me much more. Do not trust this hotel – it’s nothing like what they advertise.
Abbass (1/5): It was a very disapointing visit to the hotel we really regret doing a reservation there. - Only its location 1. The rooms were much smaller than expected 2. Lobby has really bad smell got my wife to vomit twice ( smell of rotten eggs) 3. You can hear everything from the rooms (neighbor having a shower as if it was in your bathroom)+(the normal neighbor talking voice)+(had insects inside the room) 4. The bathroom has a really really bas smell (sewage smell) 5. Bad inroom lighting system 6. Bad staff 7. The room is so far from the lobby i literally had to walk about 10 mins to get to the room and its all without any lifts The view was some garbage containers
Ateş (1/5): - Niks Alles, eerst kreeg ik een verschrikkelijke kamer in de kelder met een bieze geur. Na het klagen hebben ze de kamer veranderd naar de 2 deverdiep die viel nog mee. Maar heeft niets te maken met de foto's. Hygiene was ook nul in heel het hotel. Zeker niet aan te raden. En het hotel heeft grand star hotel ze hebben achteraan een bord gezet gelijk het 2 hotels zijn. Ingang is nirt duidelijk.

Christopher (3/5): Lied about having gym, poor condition, tons of noise - Location and view at breakfast was good Listing said they have a gym. There is no gym. Room had broken bits with some being held together with tape. Only one semi-working elevator. Incredible loud noise from a club at night.

Dusche alt und eklig. Drähte hängen aus Telefon im Bad. Steckdose funktioniert nicht. (alles unten mit Bildern belegt!) Das Personal ist nett. Die Lage ist gut.

Salih (1/5): - Nothing It was horrible. The mattress was fully pissed, dirty with hairs and the bathroom was dirty. It was very dusty and bad smell in the room. It was extremely unhygienic. Broken interior with safety issues was also there.

Enrica (5/5): Do not book standard room - The first night they upgraded us to a room with a nice view (9th floor), we had to move the day after. The standard room are underground. The toilet door does not close and it stinks. It’s very noisy with loud music until late night 1-2pm. The spa looked dirty and dodgy.

Alexei (7/5): Summarising all + and - we had good time to stay due to fantastic view from balcony. - Fantastic view from sea view rooms to Bosporus. There was undeveloped lobby - bar and restaurant areas. The lady in the restaurant needs a hospitality training. Terrace with fantastic view for evening restaurant was out of use at all. Elevator was very small (4 persons) and had very strange programming. There was some spare stuff on the floors (boxes). Next door terrace restaurant had unbelievably loud music till 2.00am.
Therese (5/5): Mmmm probably wouldn’t recommend - Very friendly staff. We weren’t informed entrance to hotel was through another hotel in a different street. Taxi driver couldn’t find it and dropped us off in a back street. We had luggage and no idea where to go. Door was locked. Staff were obliging and came to our rescue and upgraded our room (hate to think what original room was like). Main Lifts being repaired. Could only use very small 4 person lift. Sometimes had to wait a long time. Breakfast was deplorable with most guests not using tongs but their fingers to get food from buffet. No instructions were given about hotel facilities.
