• miriam (7/5): Besides the 2 nights I was awaken at 3 AM great - I like that the manager showed up to explain use of the key pad. It appears he is on site . i like that there are cameras I was awaken at 3 AM by a noisy guest. some things cannot be controlled

• Guest (1/5): Run. I felt like I was in a half way house. - The room was clean. The pics were misleading. It came off as though the bathroom and shower was in inside. When indeed it’s wasn’t. The bathroom and shower being separate then put the room. Lead to no since of privacy.

• Davis (5/5): - It was the location. it was perfect. very close to public transportation and stores. Clean room linen and towels. The TV was not working. It powered on, but there was no streaming at all or cable. The person in the next room made so much noise at night, it made me uncomfortable and a little startled. There was no lotion bottle, small tooth paste, or tooth brush.

I contacted the provided number, but the individual declined to offer directions, stating they would only do so after I completed a form requesting my credit card information. I chose not to provide these details as I had already settled the payment for the reservation, and I believed any additional matters could be resolved upon arrival at the property. This situation appears to be a fraudulent scheme.

• Morales (2/5): Not really a bad place, but turned off well no parking and the fact that no microwave even in the room as well as seeing - The room was OK is what I liked about the property as in comfortability of the bed Did not like the fact that the rooms didn’t have microwaves to heat up your food or put anything in the refrigerator as well that the the shower the floor mat that you stand on after you’re done and stuff was the same floor mat for everybody to use there was no individually. You have your own floormat and take it into the sheer showers. Everybody share the same thing and that to me was hygienically wrong.

• Samuel (7/5): - It's in the Bronx, so think old NYC from the 80's, when it was a grittier, realer place (would not recommend walking from the subway after midnight). the building is nice, the place was superclean. The subway stations are a short walk and a direct shot downtown, but note that the 4 northbound does not stop at the burnside ave. stop due to construction. Overall good, but holy heck the steam heat radiators were LOUD. our room was otherwise quite pleasantly quiet, but there was a room on our hall that if we had been next to it, we would have been angry (loud TV all night; which was blasting super loud each time I walked down the hall to the bathroom)

• King (1/5): I don’t think I’ll book again . - I didn’t get breakfast. There wasn’t any microwave or refrigerator to store food for my 2 day stay. I clicked 2 guest on my pre check in and he still charged me $35 for each guest I invited over which was 1. The room is very cold that the heat keeps turning off. I chose to smoke outside and cleaned up before I left but I have a strong feeling he isn’t going to send my $75 refund deposit.

You don't know that it's a hotel because it just looks like a row house in order to get in you have to wait for somebody to let you in it took me four times calling the place just for them to keep sending me a text just to get in the building and to get a code to get in the room it felt more like a dorm than an actual hotel you don't see anybody the bathroom was very clean the shower was tiny it's more like a closet in the hallway.. in all actuality the best thing about the place was the bed smell like tied it was very clean.

• necoula (1/5): Not recommended - Nothing good the owner was keeping asking for money during my stay sent more than 10 emails for insurance $75 dollars. Emails sent from the owners and also asking for money.

• Calado (3/5): - The owner did not establish clear communication. I had to wait several days for monosyllabic replies. I and to fill out a form outside booking, upload documents and credit card details for a deposit. Even though I had filled out a late check in form, once I got to the apartment around 3am, the electronic locker was out of battery. I couldn't get inside the room. They have never apologised for the incident and have shown a lack on hospitality and consideration for the guest. Furthermore, the heater in the room kept cracking throughout the night, it was super noisy. Overall the worst experience I've had. Imagine getting somewhere late at night and not knowing if you'll make it in cause the host couldn't be bothered to check the battery of the locker.
