• ANGELIQUE (10/5): Magique ! - La suite familiale est magnifique, confortable, lits de très bonne qualité. Très propre, bravo au service de ménage ! La suite est très très bien située au plus près de la place d’Espagne. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, message avant l’arrivée, conseils sur les restaurants que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Notamment pour les petits déjeuners qui ne sont pas servis en suite. Un bel endroit pour un beau séjour à Rome ! Plutôt une suggestion : nous aurions apprécié une bouteille d’eau et quelques boissons dans le frigo ainsi que quelques capsules de café. Le prix de la nuit est très élevée, cela nous semblait être le minimum.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit Natalia und ihrer Familie. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und kompetent - Persönlich und per WhatsApp umgehend geantwortet, und wir konnten den Urlaub sorgenfrei genießen. Shuttle zum Flughafen war perfekt organisiert. The owner, Natalie, barges into rooms unannounced—even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign up. Left the room for a couple minutes, came back saw things were moved, she had shut off lights, and when confronted, smugly said, “I’m the owner, I can check whenever I want.” Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Happened to both our rooms. Never again.

We thought it was a small hotel with a lobby and maybe a bar and we could have brought our luggage right up to the front but no we had to carry the luggage from 100 ft away to this place and had no idea. Room was beautiful, very modern, completely remodeled and impeccable clean. Would have loved to stay more days and definitely will go back. Felt like home. Nothing.

• Majed (10/5): Hidden comfort steps away from the Steps - The rooms were nicely decorated with high quality finishes all around. The location is literally a few steps from Piazza Di Spagna. Natalia was very hospitable asking every day about our comfort and if we needed anything. Diana made sure our rooms were cleaned quickly and even when we came back from breakfast the room was done. The little fridge in the room meant we could keep fruits and cold drinks that we bought from the local shops. We used it to store the cheese we bought to take home. Nothing really. I would definitely choose to stay there again.
