• Verified traveler (8/5): コンパクトな個室 - ビルの外観、エントランス、エレベーターはかなり古く見えましたが、部屋はベッド、トイレ・シャワーがあるコンパクトで香港でよくあるスタイル。エアコンもお風呂の湯沸かし器も不具合なく使えました。シャワーの水圧も水はけも良好でした。 トイレ・シャワーは同室。シャワーでトイレがベショベショになったーという日本人の書き込みをよく見かけますがアジアのスタイルなのでそれが理解できない日本人にはおすすめしません。 2台のエレベーターの右側は5階に止まりませんので左側ので5階にあがってください。11番のブースに行くまでの6番ブースに亜洲旅遊賓館の看板がありますが、レセプションは通りこした11番です！ フロントの人が設備案内をちゃんとしてくれたので戸惑うことはなかったです。

• ElynFoo (10/5): - This place is really good. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean as well. There is a deposit of HKD100 to be placed when checked in which can be redeemed at check out. Rubbish are cleared from room everyday. Electric kettle and hair dryer was available as well. Building seems old but safe with lift that had camera and security guard. Location is right in the middle of Jordan and Yau Ma Tei, walking distance to MTR. Supermarket and bus to airport is nearby as well. It was nice that staff let us place our luggage with them after check out because we have a later flight. Downside would be rooms and bathroom are pretty small and walls are thin but that’s pretty much how they are in Hong Kong especially with Budget hotels, and we have already expected it. Overall, we are pretty happy with the place.

• Kaneto (4/5): 今回はちょっとがっかり - 2回目の宿泊。前回値段の割に満足度が高かったので再度宿泊したが、今回は失望した。部屋によるのかもしれないが、宿泊した部屋は排水溝の流れが悪く、シャワー浴びるとすぐに浴室が水び出しとなった。また、建物のエレベータが5-6人乗るとブザーが鳴ってしまう為、常に混雑していた。フロントのおじさん達は親切なのだが、次回は微妙かな。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 價格便宜，乾淨的住宿 - 房間很小，但整體而言算是乾淨。床很好睡，但隔音不是很好，早上可能會聽到附近房間的聲音。周圍交通方便，離佐敦跟油麻地地鐵站大約都500公尺就到了，離廟街夜市也挺近的，女生就近要去的話還是建議攜伴比較好（聽在地人說廟街環境比較複雜）。整體來說以這樣的價格算是合理了！

Many good local foods available near the House & near shopping areas. 2) House's owner (Ricky Sze) offered me a bigger room for 3 pax and very friendly staff.

• Rene J (6/5): If your on a budget this hostel would be good. - We have to use the stairs since since one of the elevator is not functional. Internet was down there was no staff to fix it. The building was old and hallway smells bad. But the room was clean.

• p (2/5): Terrible experiences , not recommended. - The hotel located in a old dirty condo. A family run business. Bed sheet and tooth brush are not replaced on a daily basis at least you requested. Some rooms do not have a window. The hotel owners are very rude. When asked the them questions . They never gave a straight and easy answers. The building has many hotel. Elevators are easily break down. Sometimes Each elevator could not even hold 3 persons with luggages. Which need long time to wait in the queues when checking in and out when you have luggages. When I check out the hotel. The female owner even try to jump in front of the queue after I waited for more than 15 mins to boarded the elevator. They have no respect to their customers.

• Manuel (8/5): No estuvo mal - Considerando lo caro que es HK, pues este lugar no está mal se se viaja solo en plan backpacker ya que las habitaciones son extremadamente Pequeñas. El ascensor es viejo y además sube mucha gente con cosas que utilizan para montar puestos. La ubicación es muy buena, tienes el MRT súper cerca.
• Heather (8/5): Small, but clean & good location! - We stayed in a twin room and although it was tiny it was fine for the amount of time we spent in the room. There was some noise at night and in the early morning, but for the price we paid and the central location we could accept that. The staff were very friendly and helped us out when we had problems with the wifi. I would definitely stay here again on a short weekend trip to HK.
• CM (8/5): Convenient location, helpful staff - Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lady in charge even offerred to provide MYR exchange for our convenience. Though lifts may be small, security camera for the lift provides sense of security.
• James (6/5): Quiet hostel in urban area - There were windows but no view. The area of the suite was not large but just enough for couples . No hair dryer at the room . Many restaurants and shops nearby . There's a crowded night market too .

• Lerry (6/5): Strategic location but don't expect too much - When we arrived at Hongkong ferry, the cab driver had a hard time navigating the place, we had to ask help from guard..we were surprise of the accommodation because it is located on a building with lots of other tenants and lodging houses..elevator was kinda scary beacuse will bounce when it stops in every floor..room was small and the bathroom is very tiny, so if ur a big built person, u won't fit, its like u use the toilet and shower at the same time coz the shower is at the top of toilet bowl..if ur with family, better look for another place coz the place is really small, u cant even place ur luggage on the sides..I think the location is the only advantage coz MTR station is near, bus stop is near, surrounded by restos, night market and jade market is near..

• ホリデイ (6/5): 香港のゲストハウスとしては高評価です - ホテルではなく、簡易宿泊所として評価します。バックパッカー向けのこのような宿としては非常に快適です。部屋に窓があるのは6室ある部屋のうち２室のみです。窓があるツインの部屋に滞在しましたが、やはり窓があると部屋は狭くても快適度は格段にアップします。キンバリーロードに面しているので、静かではありませんが深夜早朝は気になるほどの騒音ではなかったです。窓のあるもう1室はトリプルでした。ハウスキーピングは毎日ありました。ベッドメイクとタオルの交換、室内清掃です。シーツ、布団カバーは毎日取り換えでした。フロントは同じフロアーですが、宿泊場所とは違うところにあります。広くないフロアなのですぐに見つかるでしょう。スタッフの女性は英語ができませんが、親身に対応してくれます。また男性スタッフは英語を話せました。チェックイン時に１００HKDのデポジットを取られましたが、預かり証を発行してくれ、チェックアウト時に預かり証と引き換えにデポジットは戻ってきます。預かり証を失くしたら戻ってこないとの説明がありました。3泊しましたが最終夜に中国系のお客同士が口論になりかなり騒がしかったのですが、チェックアウト時にフロントで騒音に対して何度もなんども謝ってくれました。フロントの対応も部屋の清潔度も、この金額では満足度の高い部屋だと思います。 佐敦、油麻地の駅の中間ですが、どちらの駅からも徒歩で６～７分です。近隣には飲食店も多く、バックパッカーには利用価値大の宿でした。

• ken (8/5): Outside looks chaotic, but room is nice. - Stayed 3 nights with friends. The building is combined with many shops and other hotels, and the entrance is next to a shop. Room is tiny, but enough space to just stay. Facilities, including toilet and shower, are very clean. (I've never seen cockroach, nor felt bad smell!) Shower has enough amount of water and can keep hot. Drier and outlet transformer for worldwide are available, which is very convenient. Good hospitality.

• Jp (6/5): Good for stopover but not for families - Hotel located in centre and close to shopping street. Ideal for stopover of one or two nights but not more. Certainly not recommended for families but ideal for backpackers looking for cheap stay in centre. Rooms are very small, just good for a sleep over. Corridors and lift are terrible. Positive point is helpful staff talking english and location near to food and shopping streets.

• Emilie (6/5): Central Hong Kong and Convenient - You get what you pay for and the price we pay is really worth the stay. Room is small but clean and the best part of it is the location between two MTR station which both can be reach with less than 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants and streets food can be found nearby, even 24 hours MacDonald within 3 minutes walk. I like quietness during my sleep, therefore the sound of the air-con does bother me but my husband has no issue with it. Another thing is the water heater, the capacity of the hot water probably enough to shower nice hot warm water for less than 10 minutes or less I feel. You just have to shower quick if you don't want to get cold. ^_^

• rachel (8/5): Good budget hotel - Stayed for 3nights with my 6yrs old daughter. Pleasant staff and clean environment. Some noises each night around 1am but lasted for a short while only. Abt 8mins walk to nearest mtr station.
• Jan (2/5): No windows, loud noises - This is my third place I stayed at in Hong Kong. The overall experience was not great, and I left after staying there only for two nights. I'm a student on a low budget, so I don't expect hotel quality, but still, there are better places for the same price. The owner was nice. The cleanliness was sufficient. But that's about it for the positive things. On the downside, there were no windows. The room was small. Yes, this is Hong Kong, but even for Hong Kong standards it was small (and also felt small due to the earlier mentioned lack of windows). I booked a room with a large bed, instead I got two single beds. The beds were also small, with an annoying higher wooden panel at the bottom end, so your feet can't stick out. The bed also creaked a lot, the panel below the matrass wasn't flat, and sometimes came down with a loud slam when you moved your feet. about the noise, all the walls were thin. I could hear when my neighbour got a text message. In front of the outer door is a metal door with a loud opening and closing noise. So I woke up every time someone entered or left the hallway to the rooms. When asked, you do get a towel, but it was small, thin and did not smell completely fresh. When I asked for a clothes iron, I got a leaking one. So in conclusion: find another place for the same money.
• TigerTiger (8/5): Everything you need at a fair price - Stayed here for 7 nights. Room is very small but bed was comfy for 1. Room had a TV/DVD, AC and very small private bathroom. Clean (but kind of old) towels daily, room cleaned daily, good free wifi and toiletries. Very reasonably priced laundry service ($40HKD per bag of laundry!). 5 mins walk from Jordan MTR and various 7/11s nearby. Lift can be slow but stairs aren't too bad. Overall staff very friendly and professional. Rooms have everything you need and are pretty quiet despite the location. If you're going to HK to get out and about, this place will be fine for you. If you're going to HK to stay in your hotel room all day, this may not be ideal.
