• Delina (6/5): - I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage.

• Vic (8/5): - Place was clean and the staff friendly. Food was nice and fresh. Internet was though sketchy at places and had it’s off and on moments.
• Lo (8/5): - If you just want a place to sleep and leave your stuff so you can travel the city, then this is the place for you. The room is comfortably cold and spaceous. But... there are dead roaches. There is a window that cannot close. There is a stench that takes a while for one to get used to. The shower is sketchy. The towels are washed but still looks dirty. Oh, and the wifi is so weak. I have to sit at the lobby where sometimes the A/C is not on so flies are everywhere. I had a good time at this hotel because I just needed a place to sleep. Ohhhh and they have those travel package things where they can hook you up with a personal driver to take you to Agra, Jaipur or around Delhi.
• Peter (8/5): Good location, friendly staff, good food :) - This hotel is in a handy location that makes it easy to venture out and explore the city. It is on a busy street, so you hear lots of blaring car horns from your room...but that's just the music of the big cities in India ;) The food from the restaurant in the hotel was delicious (but did take a while...so be patient). The staff were all very friendly and nice, and there was a security guard stationed outside at all times, so it felt very safe.

• liz (10/5): Hectic location but excellent staff and restaurant - Stayed here for Davali and our first night in India! The street that Staywell is located on was chaotic and messy but the hotel was excellent! The rooms were clean, cosy and the bed extremely comfortable! The staff were friendly and accomodating. They even gave us chocolates for Divali and complimentary ice cream! We had a great time in the restaurant with beers, butter chicken and watching fireworks from the rooftop.
• Surendev (10/5): Good place!! - Overall, it was a good place. Staffs were very warm and friendly. Room is just like shown in the website, what you see is what you get. Clean and comfortable. Busy street in front with plenty of places to eat.

The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to offer suggestions, answered all our questions and arranged taxi with a smile. The location is convenient, the train station is only a 15 minute walk away.
• Christian (8/5): Cleanliness and near the train station  - General cleanliness was great. Good location, from the train station you only need about a 15 minute walk to get to the hotel. The staff spoke very good English. We stayed in a standard room which was spacious and brigh, and the beds were very comfortable. Food was very expensive, but delicious, and service was friendly.
• Timothy (10/5): Great for an overnight city stay - Stayed for an overnight to catch our early morning train. Close to the train station, it hardly took 10 minutes to walk. Rooms clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was good, but the only problem we had with the shower which was draining very slowly
• Marcus (8/5): Perfect location, good price - Perfect location, all public transport nearby. Staff was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and we booked a short trip from them. Space in the room was adequate and it was very quiet.

A short taxi ride to the city center and historic sites and shopping places. Area around the hotel was noisy but inside was quiet and clean. Room good, not too big but fine. The bathroom needs a makeover as it seems a bit dull, the shower was very weak and some faucets did not work well.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Difficult place to stay - Hotel seems oriented to serving visitors from other parts of India rather than other countries. Room had unpleasant odor (mothballs placed in sink for some reason contributed) & room was never cleaned during 4 night stay. Area around hotel is sketchy despite proximity to metro & railway station. I did not see any signs of smoke detector or other fire safety features & room had no secondary egress like window.
• Marco (10/5): An ideal hotel for this price - Provide simple but good food. WiFi worked well throughout the stay. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean inside the room. Our first room was quite small, so we changed our room. Our room next room was great, with too much space. The staff were always helpful, and their knowledge about the area was excellent.

The food that was delivered to our room was nice, the room was extremely good and clean with a large bathroom. Perfect location for train and leisure travelers as both the city center and train station are nearby.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced, Disappointing, - Toilet with diarrhoea, bathroom dirty, dirty towel on the floor, very slow, ordered coffee and tea at 7am and follow up at half past 7 never arrived. The only good is the bed which is comfortable. Overall it is overpriced.
• Catrina (8/5): Centrally located and helpful staff - Hotel is located in a very nice location, the train station is about 15 minutes walk away and it is also close to a couple of good restaurants. The hotel room was really good with all the necessary amenities, and the staff were helpful, provided us with maps of the city and called a taxi for us when we needed it.

And the train station is only a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all courteous and tried to help us with all the problem we encountered during our stay.

• Isidora (8/5): Comfort at a reasonable price - The rooms were of a good size, tasteful, comfortable and well decorated, with everything you need for a stay of any length. The location of this hotel is good. Easy access to the metro station which make it easy to travel to anywhere where in town.

Every staff member was so nice and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable right away. If you book here, ask for a room that ends with 8 (108, 208, 308). The neighbourhood is super noisy and crowded but with the room that is further from the street ( -8) you will sleep better. Very confortable bed, incredible room service, good food and just a few steps away from the train Andy metro station, which is very convenient if you stay in Delhi for a short stay.

We arrived via train from the Agra to the main railway station, and this hotel is just 10 minutes' walk away from the station. The room was of good size and well maintained.

Location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Just close to the metro station and you can find loads of taxis and tuk-tuks outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

• Debashish (8/5): - I was satisfied with my 3-night stay there with my family. It's a decent bargain for a room in that price (paid about Rs 2K per night). Do note that this hotel is for budget travellers. If you are expecting luxury, you will be disappointed. But I found it very comfortable nonetheless. I didn't use any in-house services like food and ravel desk, so cannot comment on those. Pros: * Spacious, clean bathrooms * Mini fridge in the room (extremely important if you travelling to Delhi in summer) * Location very good for budget travellers. Close proximity (3-5 kms) to many street shopping destinations and metro stations. You get autos and Ola/Uber at very short waiting time. So I did not have to spend too much on local transport. * Walkable distance from New Delhi Railway Station * Decent housekeeping services - rooms and linen are clean. Cons: * Wifi signals are poor at times - goes on and off * Rooms are not as spacious and luxurious as shown in the photographs

• Mohan (6/5): No complaints about hotel staff/facilities/ room c - There has to be some misunderstanding between Hotel Staywell and travel confirmation Itin#7162538600279. At checkout i was rudly asked to pay an additional 15% LUXURY TAX and 8.7% CITY ENTRY TAX?? To avoid embarrasment in front of my South African guests, i paid the additional 23.7% amounting to Rs.5275.00. on receiving their Bill no. 15924, i enquired why was their Tariff rate Rs1855, the guy at the desk said that is their rate and excludes taxes and other charges! My 6 guests and i have travelled to most of the Holy pilgrimage sites, 12 Hotels and 11 Domestic flights, sadly, just 1 HOTEL!! Not a nice feeling knowing u are being ripped off. Delhi Tourism Board can explain City Entry Tax, also shouldn't an establishment have sign to say they deal in Foreign Exchange? I expect an answer from Expedia.co.in i also expect Staywell to refund me with Rs.5275.00. Best regards Mohan Arjoon
• Manas (2/5): Worst Nightmare! never book this hotel.... - Dont even think of staying in this hotel. I have booked this hotel via hotel.com and it was the worst possible experience one can ever had. The Hotel manager simply denied my confirmation on arrival and after 20 minutes we were forced to search for another hotel in nearby area.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Had a very pleasant stay there for about a week. The room was clean and well air-conditioned. The restaurant was good.
• Lauren (4/5): Ok stay if just for sleep - Think twice about staying here. It's noisy, right on a busy street that I'm told is dangerous for foreigners. Motorcyclists have no qualms about riding on the sidewalks (what sidewalks there are) You have to auto/tuk-tuk/metro everywhere. If you aren't planning to spend much time in the hotel itself, its a great price. Room is small and quaint though could be cleaner. The linens are stained. Hotel staff is ok.
• mingszu (6/5): Good, but - Staff are good, front desk efficient,restaurant Indian main dish good, Indian bread OK, priced good, workers good. I stay in a inside room without window. The advantage of inner room is less noise from busy road that horn forever, But the problem was the room had some strong odor mixed with sandalwood, Mothballs, Sewer smell and were not able to eliminate by opening window. I guess they may try to use some fragrant to cover the sewer odor, but it get worse, too strong and too pungent for my dull nose. Since I just stay for two days and going out all day, I didn't ask them to change room with noise risk. Otherwise, I like this hotel. Low room rate U$ 27 per day is affordable. Room, bed, and bathroom are clean. Only issue is the smell not good for me, but may be OK for you. If there is anyway to eliminate the smell in room, I will go back again.

• Luis Ricardo (8/5): Good hotel , rough surroundings - Besides the fact that the area close to the station is just rough , this hotel is a good value for money proposition . Wifi works , room was clean ,and three blocks or less form the station , perfect for an early train

• Arsen (8/5): Great value. - Very good choice if you have a trip to the delhi city. As for me I really liked this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very neat and clean and the location was very convenient, you can walk to the main market and the center of the city and good restaurant.
• NANOO (8/5): Delhi Hotel Stay - Room was very clean & tidy. However, there was no Mineral water or Coffee Pot in the Room. Room service was good, location was good near to N.Delhi Station.
• DAHLENE (10/5): Budget hotel in center of the city. - Good budget hotel. It has everything you need in a 3 star hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, tv, tea-coffee making facilities etc. The shower has good water pressure and a good supply of hot water. Location was great, you can easily get around the city as its located in center of the town.
• Catalin (8/5): Pretty nice hotel with great staff. - Stayed for a single night in this pretty hotel. Location was OK; not really in central to the shopping areas, but with taxis being cheap and convenient, getting to places was never a problem. Decor was modern and clean and we were lucky to get an upgrade coz we were three. They provided us a another room which was bigger than previous one with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and selection was small but varied.
• Rampal (10/5): Very satisifed with the place - This hotel is all about the location, in the heart of the city & all it has to offer. Room was great size, had excellent beds & was spotlessly clean. 
• Vaishali (8/5): “A great stay” - Friendly staff, very nice room and generally pleasant ambience. Breakfast was good too, but we didn't have any other meals, so can't comment on those. Overall a great stay.
• Irina (10/5): Excellent value. - I would like to highlight the fact that the hotel is very close to metro station; and it was so easy to travel. The staff are very pleasant, especially a man at front desk who helped us in all matters and could speak clear english.

• James (8/5): Budget friendly hotel. - Room were small in size but well cleaned, nicely decorated and quiet. Service was very quick. Staff were well trained and professional. If you are in the city and looking for budget hotel near main train station, this hotel is the best one.
