• Marat (7/5): - Friendly staff, very cleanliness, snack corner was good! The hotel has a quiet backyard garden where you can relax. Rattling extractor fan. The shower doors won't close properly. The bathroom sink is very uncomfortable to use. The room was damp and chilly, probably because they are cutting corners on heating.

• Marika (7/5): Personale disponibile e accogliente. - Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di caffè, snack varie e frutta. La stanza abbastanza grande. Il bagno veramente troppo piccolo e non rifinito, credo che la pulizia si possa curare un po' di più. La posizione non vicinissima alla metro ed è in una stradina interna.
• Daniella (10/5): I had a great stay at Tiburtina House! Great value for money! - Anto and Alina were great, very helpful and professional. They upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. The room was clean and well equipped. The location is great - quiet but very near a great bakery, the metro and buses. There was a little snack corner, with drinks, fruit and muffins.
• Annukka (9/5): Hyvä majoitus rauhallisella alueella - Huone sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella. Jos haluat pois turistihälinästä mutta lähelle keskustaa, tämä on paikkasi. Metro lähellä, kadut rauhallisia. Majoittaja piti hyvin yhteyttä. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Siisti!

A Alina merece todos os elogios, é super atenciosa e solícita a todo momento. Trocam as toalhas todos os dias, e dão até um chinelo pantufa para usar durante a estadia. Localização excelente próximo ao metrô e vários pontos de ônibus. 10/10

• Chiara (10/5): - Avevo già avuto modo di soggiornare in questa struttura e dato che mi ero trovata molto bene ho deciso di alloggiarvi nuovamente. Struttura nuova, molto pulita, ordinata, Servizio di accoglienza eccellente, staff sempre a disposizione per soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Kit di benvenuto con asciugamani e pantofole, letto molto comodo, condizionatore/inverter anche per l'aria calda. Zona silenziosa (strada interna), si dorme tranquillamente. C'è anche un mini frigorifero con bottiglia di acqua in omaggio. TV a parete molto comoda da vedere dal letto, tavolino, armadio capiente. Se si pernotta più giorni, ogni giorno la camera viene pulita, il letto rifatto e anche il bagno sistemato. Bagno con bidè e doccia. Nell'ingresso c'è un comodo divanetto e un punto ristoro dove poter gustare un the, una camomilla o un caffè di ottima qualità, succhi di frutta, brioches e frutta fresca ogni giorno. Consiglio vivamente.

• Vanessa (9/5): Roma cerca de todo - La atención de Alina! Encantadora. Merece un 10. Y la limpieza excelente. Las cosas que te dejan de cortesía como el café, el agua o los dulces. Muy cerca de la metro Bologna y vas a todos lados. Solo que el sábado a la mañana había mucho ruido de los vecinos. Pero fue circunstancial. Lo demás excelente.

Я выполнила свою программу по юбилейным базиликам и даже « одолела» 28 ступе - Я могу только присоединиться ко всем положительным отзывам, сделанным до меня. Отметить еще раз внимательность Антонио к запросам , был отремонтирован светильник настенный, пока я проводила весь день в городе, хотя я и не просила об этом. В сочетании с люстрой настенные бра создают атмосферу уюта древнего города. Спасибо также Алине за ее сочувствие к моему здоровью. Такого нет

• lin (10/5): Great location and comfortable for Solo Traveler - Hotel was located 2-5 minute walk from Bologna Metro station which is a real plus. The owner was will to wait for your arrival if you are late as reception closes at 8:00 pm. I had a flight delay and he was very co-operative . The room #3 was clean and spacious. There is daily housekeeping. The towels were luscious and big; not one of those cheap thin towels. I was given complimentary 2 bottles of water everyday since it’s very hot in Rome in July and August. The owner is willing to accommodate within reason any request you need to make your stay comfortable. The location is in a safe location for a Solo Traveler.

• Anwyl (9/5): Clean, comfortable & good value for money in a great area with helpful staff. - Clear key-collection instructions from Antonio; professional, friendly & hard-working day-time manager, Alina, on-hand for any queries; pretty shaded terrace which would be great in the summer; wi-fi worked well; cats in the garden; quiet area & building (for Rome); teas, coffee, juices & cakes available in the hall (bring your own mug or buy one locally if you like a big cup! Just tiny Italian coffee cups are available); the fuse blew on the kettle and Antonio fixed it within minutes. I had booked a single room, so was pleasantly surprised that I had a double bed and the room was bigger than I'd expected. I really liked this area of Rome, as it was outside the tourist centre, so had locals' bars, restaurants & shops; it felt safe and the locals were friendly. I walked into the centre or caught the No.62 bus. The room was dark, as not much natural light, but I imagine this means it would be refreshingly cool in the summer. I was there in November and the room turned cold on the last two nights (to be expected). I'd come prepared, though, with my hot water bottle!
• Kate (8/5): Very good - The room was on the ground floor and super close to the metro station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the room had everything we needed for a short stay. Quick and easy access to the main attractions of Rome. It is a quiet street with no traffic and incredible secure. The bathroom and room were clean and tidy. Coffe and croissants provided in the communal area for breakfast The room would have benefitted from a bit better cleaning, there were many hairs on the floors of the room and bathroom.
