• Liad (7/5): It was very good overall, but it was frustrating to have to send messages almost every day about the smell of the water. - The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Their response time was very fast, within just a few minutes. There are many restaurants in the area around the hotel. Public transportation is relatively close by. It’s about half an hour from the airport. The water pressure in the shower was simply not good, in my opinion it was too strong, and it was very difficult to control the flow. The water had a very unpleasant smell, both from the sink faucet and in the shower, so even when I washed my hands or took a shower, there was a bad odor because of the water. I contacted the staff, and they sent the housekeeper several times. Toward the end of my stay, the smell slightly disappeared, but it returned very quickly, so it was simply unpleasant to shower and wash my hands or face.

• Anastasiia (8/5): - The location is perfect. You can reach all the places for visit by walking through the old town streets. The street itself is remarkable as a part of Jewish ghetto. There are a lot of Jewish tourists visiting it, that's why restaurants offer kosher dishes beside the Italian kitchen as well.
• Martina (5/5): Sconsiglio ! - Niente, a parte Il silenzio dell' appartamento. Siamo arrivati con 4 ore di anticipo alla reception e solo 4 ore dopo, e dopo averci fatto fare mille volte le scale con le valigie e una bimba piccola, ci hanno detto che la nostra prenotazione era in un'altra struttura. Black and white ha 3 piani di scale ed è privo di ascensore; quindi abbiamo continuato a fare ancora scale, sempre con valigie e una bimba piccola. La struttura si dispone su due piani, quindi ancora scale. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, così come l'arredo soprattutto del bagno che sarebbe da rivedere. La caldaia non funzionava bene e l'acqua durante la doccia usciva per metà bollente e per metà fredda. Inoltre, le asciugamani ci sono state fornite una sola volta e non bastavano neanche, e non ci sono mai state cambiate. Abbiamo pagato 260€ per due notti e quantomeno mi aspetto che mi diano le asciugamani e che funzioni la caldaia. Riscontro negativo, non lo consiglio

• Estefania (9/5): Muy buena ubicación y bonito - La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación es muy amplia y está limpia, el personal muy amable. En la habitación hay cafetera y te ponen dos cápsulas de cortesía y un agua. El baño estaba regulin, la ducha no estaba limpia había restos de artículos de los anteriores. La alcachofa del techo no funcionaba y las juntas estaban llenas de moho.

Apartment is on 3rd floor. Total nightmare. Would not stay there again unless I was 20 years old and can carry up 3 long flights suitcases, trolleys, carriages. Staff said it was unsafe to leave downstairs. You must do sonething about this because it ruins the entire experience. Check out was so early, had luggage room 3 flights down 2 minute walk at reception. Impossible to do such a thing without getting totally sick.

• Marta (4/5): Bien ubicado pero no repetiría - La cama era comoda y la ubbicacion perfecta Habia una cantidad exagerada de mosquitos en la habitacion, ademas habian insectos. Se fue el agua caliente durante 24h y tuvimos que esperar a que viniesen a arreglarlo hasta el dia siguiente. La manpara de la ducha se atascaba y tambien tuvieron que venir a arreglarlo. No era nada luminosa. La caja fuerte falló y tambien tuvieron que venir a abrirla, menosmal que nuestro vuelo salia por la tarde porque no tienen atencion 24h.

• Salvo (10/5): Posizionae centrale per la visita della città - La struttura è collocata in posizione centrale e vicina a molte dei monumenti e delle strutture della città. La posizione è strategica per la visita dei monumenti (a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e del Circo Massimo). La camera è molto ampia e distribuita tra due piani. L'offerta di strutture di ristorazione nei paraggi è molto vasta. La posizione strategica non permette di raggiungere velocemente la struttura in metro. Comunque la zona è ben servita dal servizio di bus.

• Taylor (1/5): Awful experience with this apartment - The location Terrible experience, we stayed for a long weekend and there was something wrong on each day. The towels in the room were awful, they malted all over you once you dried yourself, specs of towel on all our clothes. After messaging the reception if we could get replacement towels, they just read and ignored the message. The aircon unit in the room is awful, doesn’t work and when we got it to work after about 20 minutes it pumped out warm air. The house keeper came to supposedly ‘clean the room’. That never happened, all the malt and dust from the towels was all over the place, bins left full. The only thing we could see they attempted was to put the duvet back over the bed, but wasn’t neat at all, which leads me onto my final point… To top it all off, we got back on Saturday night and the door to the room was wide open! I message them to see what had happened, luckily nothing was stolen but the excuse they used was ‘the housekeeper was in a rush’. Shocking to be honest! The security of a property should be their number 1 priority. Only positive I’ll give is the location of the apartment.

• Штефан (10/5): - The apartment is located in the very center of Rome and has a very convenient location. It takes very little time to reach all the main and important tourist attractions on foot. The apartment was very comfortably equipped with everything necessary. -
• Empar (9/5): Amplio, comodo, limpio y ubicacion excelente - La ubicacion es excelente, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios de interes en Roma. Nos encanto lo grande que era la habitacion y la cama. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Se agradece el hecho de que vengan a ordenar la habitacion todos los dias y cambiarte las toallas si lo necesitas. Tambien nos ha gustado el detalle de ofrecer cafetera nespresso y kettle junto con tazas para poder prepararte tu cafe/infusion por la mañana. El baño tambien es amplio y muy bien avastecido de todo. La unica pega (por decir algo) es que olia un poco a alcantarilla, pero nada que no se pueda soportar. Muchas gracias por todo.

• Victor (9/5): Great apartment in the heart of Rome close to all tourist points. - Perfect location for short stay (1 or 2 nights). Big room, a lot of space. Full equiped. Water, coffe machine, safe box, tv, ac, full equiped. The locaton is awsome. In the heart of the Jewish neighborhood, close to everything on walking distance. Great assistance for autonomous check-in and check-out. Owner all the time in contact and very flexible depending on your needs/times. Shower need to be maintained due to the hardness of the roman water so the shower it’s a bit strong.

The mattress of the bed was very old and sank in the middle making the bed very uncomfortable. The heating in the bathroom did not work. Requests to refill soaps and shampoos had to be made twice. Linens and towels were not changed when requested. In the end towels were brought (bath towel only, not hand towels) but linens were not changed the entire 5 night stay.

• Brian (5/5): Quirky, but I might stay there again, now knowing what to expect. - Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Great location as every one of the major sights was within waling distance. Good restaurants nearby. The room that we had did match up to a couple of the pictures shown on the web site, but there were none of the kitchen facilites and table and chairs to sit at to eat that are shown There was no recepption and we had to telephone to get someone to come and let us in. In our 'suite', if you are tall, watch your head as you get off the loo as you might bang your head on the hot water boiler.

• Giannis (2/5): - Staff was very friendly and responced at once There's was a terrible smell and we couldn't use bathroom during our stay we reported the problem at arrival they used a spray propably but after when we return the smell was worse We didn't have shower and my kids used toilets from near restaurants Also if u are not a family the apartment is totally unincovinient The bathroom is upstairs in front of the man bedroom with no door u have to use the stairs and enter the upstairs bedroom to use toilet not recommended at all we pay over 200 euros and we had the worst stay ever at Rome
