No towels or anything. When I called about it all, they brought me towels and a blanket, the blanket had a HOLE and they don’t even take the stained items. The TV was about to fall. It was horrible and disgusting. Cops were there three times.

Michael (1/5): Horrible - Nothing My room wasn’t clean. Front desk staff were rude and disrespectful. The property attempted to withdraw money from my account prior to my arrival.without my consent. When I booked, I requested to pay at property. This caused my booking to be cancelled even though I spoke with representative from the property and was advised that my reservation was fine and I can pay when I check in. This place does a bait and switch scheme and charges you more when you arrive. The people at the front desk are shady. And honestly I want my money back.

The room was not prepared with fresh linens we had to ask for towels. The pillows are literally plastic. There was dust everywhere and the toilet seat looked to have been broken and repaired poorly several times. The toilet paper roll had what appeared to be dried bloody finger prints on it.

Jorge (1/5): Don’t do it. - Nothing just the price a little because $80 is not worth it. Very ghetto, lots of drug activity and prostitution. Had to put a mattress against the window and door to feel safe. Same as above.

paola (1/5): Horrible service, shitty rooms. - absolutely nothing. I hated every single minute being there. There were cockroaches in our room, I paid for a queen bed and they gave us a twin size room. The room didn't have towels, I waited three hours for one towel. The receptionist didn't understand english and therefore couldn't communicate with us properly leading everyone to stress about our stay. We had a 4 day reservation and spoke to their manager about our arrival being one in the morning, he confirmed and notified us that, we had until 4am to get there. When we arrived at 1am, he had given our room to someone else and made it seem like we never booked a room. We even reminded him of the conversation we had prior to us arriving and he said he didn't remember. He blamed it on customer support, but when we called back he answered the phone in front of us. Horrible employee.

The room has no telephone. How about if there’s an emergency how the visitor call the front if no phone in the room.

Lesnak-Walton (5/5): Pluses and minuses - Nice staff, ample parking, good location near Route 5. Many good restaurants nearby. Not as busy as San Diego, but close enough to drive there. There is also a trolley station nearby, if you don't feel like driving. This is one of the cheapest places to stay with your dogs in the area. Handicapped parking in front of rooms. Don't plan on being barefoot in your room - the floors are filthy! Anytime I walked barefoot, my soles became black. Although dogs are allowed, there are not places provided for them to be walked. There is only a tiny strip of garden across the parking lot. In addition, the room was very small and there were no safety bars, or anything to hold onto, in the shower, even though I had messaged ahead saying that I am physically disabled. Often the handicapped parking spaces were taken by vehicles with no handicapped placards or plates - much more difficult to maneuver to the room.

Cops were called for a stabbing and next you see people running out of rooms to cars or the streets to get away from there. What a joke 😡

veronica (2/5): I felt like I was going to get sick from sleeping there. I was scared for my kids. - Nothing It was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. Paint stains on the floor, the mattress was bigger than the frame, it looks like the bath tub had pee stains. Paint stains on the curtains. No remote control. No towels. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet.
