WIOLETTA (8/5): Alles gut - Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr positiven Eindruck auf mich gemacht, auch wenn es etwas abgelegen ist. Bereits beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine ausreichende Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr große Badezimmer. Auch das Frühstück überzeugt: Die Auswahl ist vielfältig, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas abgelegene Lage.

Julia (10/5): - Jedynym minusem była niewielka ilość kontaktów w pokoju. Ale przedluzacz był dostępny.
Jacek (1/5): Rozczarowanie, niezadowolenie i oszukanie. Nie polecamy. - Cóż dokonałem rezerwacji 15.03 na 16.03 pokoju 2 os. do wyboru miałem pokój z dostępem do spa, który był droższy a naszą intencją było skorzystanie po przyjedzie ze spa i basenu i takiej oferty szukaliśmy. Po przyjeździe po godz. 18 otrzymaliśmy informacje że spa pracuje do godziny 18. Takiej informacji na profilu hotelu na bookingu nie było i nie było takiej informacji przy rezerwacji dedykowanego pokoju z dostępem do spa. Poczuliśmy sie rozczarowani i tak na prawde oszukani. Chcieliśmy spędzić wieczór w saunach i na basenie a tu okazało się że z winy hotelu jest to niemożliwe. Było zbyt późno na szukanie innego hotelu w okolicy więc zostaliśmy będąc rozczarowanymi i zniesmaczonymi. Zaproponowano nam po złożeniu reklamacji zwrot kwoty 60 zł/os za wstęp do spa. Nikt nie pomyślał o tym że zepsuto nam wieczór. Nie takiej rekompensaty oczekiwaliśmy, hotel tylko i wyłącznie deklaruje zwrot wstępu do spa a gdzie jest poszanowanie gości. Sam jestem hotelarzem prowadzę trzy obiekty na terenie Kudowy, Polanicy i Dusznik Zdrój i jestem w szoku jak można Gościa tak zlekceważyć. Kierownictwu hotelu wydaje sie że zwrot za wstęp do spa załatwi sprawę. Otóż NIE. A gdzie rekompensata za rozczarowanie, wprowadzenie w błąd ? Kompletny brak szacunku.

Kornelia (3/5): De informatie op de website over de airconditioning is misleidend. - Restaurants goede eten zeer vriendelijk personeel Ik had het hotel geboekt omdat op de website stond vermeld dat de kamers waren voorzien van airconditioning. Wij vinden het prettig om in een goed gekoelde kamer te slapen. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat de airco in alle kamers op verwarmen stond. De kamer was klein en erg warm. We hebben geprobeerd om van kamer te wisselen, maar dat was helaas niet mogelijk. Na een kort gesprek met een ander hotel (Court Hotel) kregen we daar gelukkig een kamer met een werkende airco.

Verified traveler (10/5): Relaxing and Interesting - Hotel Hugo is a nice, clean, quiet, interesting hotel. While the rooms are very modern, the exterior is very old because it was formerly a hospital, and renovations are ongoing in some parts. The grounds are lovely, and the restaurant is both convenient and inexpensive. I'd definitely stay here again.
Markku (8/5): Hieno kokonaisuus rauhallisella alueella - Hotelli on kenties 3 tähteä, mutta ravintola 5 tähteä. Erinomainen ruoka, parasta hanhea, jota olen syönyt. Siitä kiitos keittiöön. Ruoka ei tule pöytään pikavauhtia, mutta on sitten sitäkin maukkaampaa. Kuuluvat Slow Food Poland:iin. Spa osasto on kokeilemisen arvoinen.
