El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que uno necesite. Además, el hotel huele muy rico en todo los pasillos. El desayuno buffet es increíble y muy rico. 10/10 El restaurante es impuntual con la hora de abrir, se supone que osea la cena se abre de 6pm a 10pm y en los días que estuve su abrió casi a las 7pm. Los precios son caros, hay mejores opciones para comer cerca del hotel en la misma zona hotelera. La cama del hotel es un poco dura.

zoew629 (8/5): Was a good short break - The hotel was good, staff friendly. We were staying one week for new year. Breakfast was quite limited not much selection Hotel pool is heated which baffled us as was unbearable to use, the weather was 30plus so no need for a heated pool a waste of energy, a shame as our daughter couldn't use it and also doesn't like the sea so this was disappointing as spent alot of time cooling down in the room. Rooms cleaned daily. Good location to get to and from Rio city , uber was very reasonable. Overall a good break but wouldn't return to this hotel due to the pool situation.

He was very nice, welcoming, and spoke smooth English, which made communication easy. He helped me a lot during my visit to Brazil and made my stay much more comfortable. I really appreciate his kindness and excellent service.
Cristiane (8/5): - A piscina e o jakussi são ótimos. O café da manhã é excelente e o almoço também muito bom. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. A localização é fantástica. Tive problema com a hidromassagem do quarto que fique, i porque ao ligar a água saiu com um cheiro desagradável. O elevador do hotel está fazendo muito barulho o que dava um certo medo.

João (8/5): Excelente hotel - Hotel muito bem localizado, basta atravessar a rua e chega-se na praia. O quarto é confortável, o ar condicionado é muito bom e a cama também. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são educados. A academia quebra o galho, mas poderia ser mais bem equipada. O único ponto ruim é o wifi que funciona bem mais ou menos.

111sebastiani (10/5): Super comfortable hotel for staying in Barra! - I had a great experience at the Riale Brisa Barra! I stayed there for a conference at Riocentro and it was perfect location - less than 20 minutes away even with morning traffic and it was so nice to just cross the street to the beach after a long day at the conference. Everything at the hotel was excellent for a conference - rooms were clean, the included breakfast was tasty, and I found all of the staff super helpful. Special shoutout to Alex Barbalho in the restaurant, who made sure I got a quick dinner in before I had to leave for my flight! Price was also super fair for what I got all-around.

No hablan ni entienden ni español ni ingles. - No hablan español ni entienden ingles, en recepción están entrenando gente al momento del check in y de hecho se quedaban con mi documento, no prestan atención, de español no saben nada y de inglés tampoco, le consulté por una silla y no sabián decir silla ni en español ni en inglés. Cabe destacar la atención y amabilidad de Eduardo Silva en la zona de piscina. El piscinero está de adorno, está paseando es un sueldo totalmente prescindible. El desayuno correcto y variado. La zona linda y segura. Ya respondí con el mensaje anterior.

Las habitaciones un poco chicas; para estadías largas; pero como nosotros solo dos ; estuvo perfecto. En el comedor y el bar atendidos por personas que no eran muy diligentes en la atención y comprensión de lo solicitado; y por suerte éramos la única mesa en el comedor; luego la comida muy 👍 buena!. A tener también en cuenta; el hotel; una sucursal de argentinos 🤭.

Sree (1/5): Patético- Não desperdice seu dinheiro - Evite Evite Evite Avaliação: 1/10 Uma estadia extremamente ruim e inaceitável do início ao fim, completamente abaixo do padrão para um hotel que cobra cerca de US$ 135 por noite. Desde a chegada, a experiência foi desorganizada e pouco profissional. Não fomos recebidos na recepção e o check-in levou aproximadamente 2 horas e meia, sem comunicação clara, pedido de desculpas ou senso de urgência. A falta de hospitalidade básica foi imediatamente evidente. Em seguida, nos alocaram um quarto incorreto (um quarto conjugado que não era o que tínhamos reservado e que não havia sido informado em nenhum momento). Em vez de resolver o problema adequadamente, fomos praticamente obrigados a pagar R$ 480 adicionais para sermos transferidos para um quarto que correspondesse à nossa reserva. Isso foi inteiramente causado pela má administração do hotel. Segundo o hotel, todos os quartos com "vista lateral para o mar" são conjugados, portanto, a privacidade é nula e você ouvirá tudo o que acontece do outro lado. NÃO RESERVE. Também houve uma grave falta de transparência em relação aos custos adicionais. O aluguel de cadeiras de praia (R$ 50 por pessoa por dia, aproximadamente R$ 400 no total) nunca foi mencionado no Booking.com nem no check-in. Essas taxas ocultas tornaram a estadia significativamente mais cara do que o anunciado e minaram completamente a confiança. Dica: Vá à praia - há quiosques que vendem comida e bebida e permitem que você se sente nas espreguiçadeiras ou cadeiras de praia gratuitamente (você não precisa comprar nada). Procure o Alvarho - ele resolverá isso para você. Problemas graves de saúde e contaminação cruzada de alimentos - veja a imagem. Uma única pinça para todos os tipos de doces. Mofo e musgo no banheiro, ar condicionado com vazamento, móveis antigos, cortinas imundas, portas e corrimãos do banheiro mofados, vedação com vazamento, sujeira por toda parte. Simplesmente evite este lugar superfaturado chamado hotel!
