Giuseppe (8/5): Lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri. - Appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo. Ha tutte le comodità di cui si può necessitare. La zona è molto ben servita: a tre minuti a piedi si hanno tantissimi supermercati e una zona commerciale ben fornita.

Frank (8/5): - Oven en douce WiFi was zeer slecht. Tv deed het niet wat hij had geen WiFi/internet aansluiting en was verder niet aangesloten.

Caroline (6/5): Okay but don't think I would stay again. - We stayed in Flat 4 with our 3 teenage daughters. The property was spacious and well equipped. It was convenient for the tube and the high street. The window in my daughters bedroom didn't lock securely and we had to try and secure it with furniture propped up against it. The showers weren't great the pressure was poor. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms for dressing or grooming. Couldn't use the hairdryer with a mirror as the mirrors were in the bathroom which quite rightly had no electrical sockets. I was bitten all over by bed bugs. On the morning we were leaving my daughter saw one jumping off the bed.

MattJoDD (5/5): nichts für Gäste mit normalen Erwartungen - der kurze Weg zu U-Bahn Wood Green Wohnung 5. Dreckige Bettlaken, zu wenige Handtücher, kein Geschirrtuch, abgenutztes Mobiliar, keine Garderobe, Gastemappe beschränkt sich auf den WLAN Zugang. Safes waren nicht einmal an der Wand fixiert und wogen ca. 1 kg.... da stört es nicht dass sie nicht funktionierten. Wasserkocher kam kurz nach telefonischer Bestellung. In einem Zimmer müssen 2 Betten ohne Nachttisch so nah beieinander stehen, dass man von hinten hineinsteigen muss.

Muy poco menaje de cocina (sólo 2 cucharas pequeñas y 4 tenedores para 7 personas) y una sola toalla de lavabo para todos...

Nice sized apartment for a family of 4,, and good price for London. The pillows were like rocks, definitely need to be replaced!! Complimentary coffee in the kitchen cupboard, but it went out of date 8 months ago!

Rui (2/5): Apartamento com má localização e com muito mau conforto, desde os colchões, almofada, não recomendo. - As camas e as almofadas são muito más. As janelas não dão para fechar e não dá para tapar a claridade, o que origina o quarto às 5 da manhã estar todo iluminado.

ANTONIO (9/5): Perfecto para familias - Íbamos 6 personas y nos facilitaron el apartamento de planta baja, lo que facilito mucha nuestra estancia. El equipamiento en perfecto estado. La calefacción de 10. La ubicación, a pesar de estar lejos, está a 5min. andando del metro. Algo de personal como referencia por eventuales problemas. Algo menor, echamos de menos una cafetera.

Laura (5/5): Decepcionante - La ubicacion al lado del metro es muy comoda. Alquilamos un apartamento para 4. Pero en la mesa habia 3 sillas, 3 cucharas, 3 tazas... fue un poco decepcionante cenar de pie el primer dia. El apartamento no es fiel a las fotografias, esta poco cuidado. Las mantas del sofa cama estaban manchadas, las dos.... la verdad es que nos ha decepcionado. Nos esperabamos un poco mas de calidad en las instalaciones y el trato.

Nico (7/5): Für ein Aufenthalt um die Dart WM im Alexandra Palace zu besuchen war es super und ausreichend. - Die Lage zum Alexandra Palace (Dart WM) war top. Auch der Weg zur nächsten U-Bahn die einem in die Stadt gebracht hat war super. Bei einem anfänglichen Problem hat der Vermieter sofort geholfen. Das Badezimmer sollte vielleicht in Apartment 1 gemacht werden.

Lali (5/5): - Cuando llegamos nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para poder acceder a las llaves , molestando a vecinos y gracias a que mi hija se medio defiende ,sino no se. Y luego no hay indicaciones de wifi, que para nosotros era importante,ya que no pudimos llevar esim en varios terminales por incompatibilidad. El último día lo conseguimos
Sánchez Gómez (5/5): - Ubicacion y temperatura,el apartamento era muy calentito Pocas facilidades para recoger las llaves. es cierto que el vuelo se retrasó y por ello llegamos despues de las 21:00, pero sobre las 19:30 hablamos por telefono con el anfitrion, le pedi el codigo para recoger las llaves y nos dijo que podiamos llegar en cualquier momento y que le llamasemos para recoger las llaves. Las llaves estan en un locker, es sencillo mandar la clave a traves de booking para facilitar la recogida. Sin embargo al llegar llamamos mas de 40 veces, nadie nos cogia el telefono y estuvimos una hora sin poder entrar, con un niño de 3 años. Lo normal es que respondan a los mensajes de booking (cosa que no hacen) y que faciliten la clave por este medio antes de tu llegada, sin necesidad de tener que estar llamando. Por otro lado contacte con atención al cliente de booking y no me ofrecieron ninguna solución, es más , justificaban al propietario por que llegamos despues de las 9. terrible experiencia.

BEATRIZ (8/5): Alojamiento recomendable - Alojamiento espacioso y bien equipado a media hora de metro de las grandes atracciones turísticas de Londres. Ubicado en una zona tranquila, pero a la vuelta de la esquina de restaurantes y comercios. Podrían renovar algunos equipamientos en cocina y baños y dejar cepillo, recogedor y fregona en el apartamento.

VANESA (9/5): Perfecto - El apartamento muy amplio, con todo lo necesario, sitio tranquilo cerca de bares, centro comercial y boca del metro de Wood Green. Fácil acceso y tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Check in rápido y sin complicaciones.
Rahma (5/5): Great location but need to do better on the cleaning and contact with the guests. - Close to everything and all the things we wanted to do. It was very cold in the rooms and if we turned on the heat it got automatically turned off few minutes later, our small children were freezing. The sheets and blankets were dirty and had makeup and hair on. We even asked for a baby bed but didn’t get any answer.

We had flat 1 it was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay there. Nothing really , only one small thing. The pillows for the bed and sofa bed could be done with getting replaced , The ones we had were very thin and lumpy , I ended up buying a cushion to use . And the blinds in the living room don't bit to open them is missing .

LORELEI (7/5): Séjour très plaisant à Londres malgré la pluie. Appartements à5/10 min à pied. Quartier assez calme. - L emplacement, la taille des appartements , la literie, la propreté. Beaucoup de dégradations dans les appartements, pas beaucoup de pression dans les douches , manque d’une notice de l appartement , pas de lumière pour le lit ( wifi, comment rendre les clés, l endroit des poubelles ….)

Pieter (5/5): Van Londen hebben we genoten en daarvoor kwamen we natuurlijk. - Op zich goed en snel contact met de verhuurder. Op aanvraag extra handdoeken gekregen (er waren 4 voor 4 personen voor een week). De metro is dichtbij net als een supermarkt. Geen keuken- en theedoeken aanwezig en ook geen koffiezet apparaat. De foto's van de site waren van een ander appartement. Het appartement waar wij in zaten was erg verouderd. De bedden lagen erg slecht (dat zal ook persoonlijk zijn). De buren hadden de 1e nacht een zeer luidruchtig feestje, maar daar kan de verhuurder weinig aan doen, het was wel vervelend na een dag reizen.

Yolanda (7/5): Bien situado. Recomendable - El apartamento está un barrio tranquilo y muy cerca del metro, fácil para moverte por la ciudad, cerca de supermercados y lugares para tomar algo. Camas cómodas, en general está bastante bien para pasar 3-4 noches. La entrada a la primera planta la moqueta olía fatal.

Daniel K (10/5): - This is our second time here. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. The location is in a pleasant neighborhood, and the tube station is just a 5–6 minute walk away. Excellent value for money. Maybe some pieces of furniture could use a bit of refurbishing, but that didn’t bother us.

Veronica (7/5): - La cucina era molto attrezzata. I letti abbastanza comodi. Ci sono numerosi supermercati e fast food nelle vicinanze. La metro a 10 minuti a piedi. Il wi-fi inutilizzabile per segnale troppo basso. 2 bagnoschiuma da 20 ml per 6 persone per un soggiorno di 5 giorni non sono sufficienti,1 asciugamano a persona per viso e corpo direi non sufficiente.
