• Val (10/5): Excellent stay -Thanks you Hans! - Location excellent, close to everything. Hans was marvellous both before & when we arrived, patient with questions and friendly. We had everything we needed and more in apartment with a terrace to sit outside and free tea, coffee & biscuits in reception. The layout was very good with plugs and mirrors sited in the right places and towels and bedding were very good. There was nothing lacking at all and we’d stay there again if visiting Bruges.

The location is excellent.... in the heart of Bruges, making it easy to get out early mornings and in the evenings when the tour crowds are gone.. Nice patio for relaxing away from the crowds and very quiet at night. Everything was good. The apartments are basic, but well organized and clean.

The lift was great for us on the 2nd floor. I guess just the one toilet in the bathroom off the living area might be a problem for some and down 2 steps?

• Philip (10/5): Great location, friendly and helpful host, spacious clean apartment, parking available. - We stayed at Bonobo Apartments for 4 nights while visiting the beautiful city of Bruges. It was the perfect base for our trip. The apartment was a good size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Location is very central. Wifi was good (important when you're travelling to research places to eat and things to do). Patricia, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having parking on site (Bruges is not a car friendly city!) was also extremely useful. We're already planning another trip to see all the things we missed, and this is where we hope to stay. N/A

• peter (10/5): Amazing stay in Bruges. - Everything about Bonobo was exceptional. Hans the owner was available at all times even to the point of organising a tv repair guy on a public holiday. Interesting guy to talk to talk to about local history to suggestions on how to spend our time. Btuges is a beautiful town with so much to do and see. Nothing. Bonobo is 5 star plus as is Bruges.

Ivan on reception was welcoming and explained all the details of our stay very clearly. We felt 'at home' straight away. We liked the terrace and could imagine making great use of it in warmer weather. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. We particulary liked being able to adjust the heating to suit our requirements. The central location meant the city's attractions were within easy walking distance. We didn't know how to operate the coffee machine. We could have asked about it if it was critical, but free coffee was available in reception so it wasn't a problem.

Easy access to central Bruges and rail station. Sights and attractions are close, plenty of shopping nearby as well. Very charming. Tout était parfait : les échanges avec les propriétaires avant le séjour ; la récupération des clés ; le logement très bien équipé, spacieux, literie confortable, propre, la terrasse au calme ; l'accueil de Nick avec ses conseils de visites ; la situation géographique du logement proche de la gare, des transports en commun et des lieux de visites, deux supermarchés et nombreux restaurants à proximité. Tout est fait pour que le voyageur se sente bien !
• federico (9/5): Comfortable and quiet apartment in the heart of Bruges with a common terrace to relax on. - The apartment is located in the very center of the town but at the same time it is very quiet and relaxing. Despite being a ground floor you could not hear anything from the street. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to cook. The bedroom separate from the main room has a spacious, clean and equipped ensuite bathroom. In addition, the building has a beautiful common terrace where you can have a coffee or infusion courtesy of the house. The owners are very attentive, friendly and will do everything possible to solve any inconvenience. Nothing worth mentioning.

• AllyBlue78 (10/5): Soggiorno stupendo nel cuore di Bruges - L'appartamento é davvero splendido e ha 3 stanze: camera da letto spaziosa, bel bagno con tutto il necessario compreso asciugacapelli e ampia cucina con angolo cottura, tavolo e salotto. L'ambiente era grande, caldo e molto funzionale per 2 persone. Abbiamo chiesto 2 cuscini e 2 coperte in più e ci sono state date immediatamente, inoltre il proprietario è cortese, disponibile e molto discreto. Frigo grande, tostapane, microonde, bollitore, piatti e tutto il necessario La struttura ha una sala dove mette a disposizione degli ospiti te, caffè e bevande di cui si può usufruire gratuitamente. La sera di capodanno ci hanno lasciato davanti alla porta anche una bottiglia di spumante per brindare al nuovo anno. Il gestore è stato disponibile a tenere le nostre valigie e l'ultimo giorno ci ha praticamente lasciato L'appartamento per un'altra giornata gratuitamente per tenere i bagagli fino alla partenza. Non aveva arrivi in programma e ci ha gentilmente fatto questo regalo. La posizione è ottima: praticamente a die passi da tutto e consente di visitare comodamente la città a piedi. Personalmente ho trovato il materasso un pò troppo duro (ho problemi alla schiena) e ho faticato un pò ad abituarmi. Suggerimento: toglierei la tenda nella vasca e metterei un vetro, testa più pulito e ordinato. Aggiungerei almeno un'altra padella antiaderente, per il resto non posso davvero dire nulla.

There was very close to the center and at the same time easy to access and get out of the center by car. There was also a locked parking on the yard of the building. Great value for money Nothing of any importance.
• Filippousi (9/5): - Ιδανική τοποθεσία, όλα σε απόσταση πολύ κοντινή με τα πόδια. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, άνετα κρεβάτια, μεγάλο μπάνιο. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το πιστολάκι μαλλιών είναι πολύ παλίο και μυρίζει καμένο όταν το ανοίγεις. Δεδομένο του πόσο κρύο κάνει για γυναίκες με μακριά μαλλιά είναι βασικό. Εφόσον παρέχεται τουλάχιστον να μπορούμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε.

• Ζιωγα (10/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος αλλά παράλληλα ήσυχο. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και μεγάλο, το προσωπικό και οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να σου δώσουν όποια πληροφορία χρειαζόταν. Εμείς μείναμε 4 βράδυα, γνώριζα πως δεν υπάρχει υπηρεσία καθαριότητας κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής φυσικά, πιστεύω όμως πως τη 2η ημέρα διαμονής ή για όσο μείνει ο καθένας, καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει κάπου στο ενδιάμεσο μια τυπική καθαριότητα. Απλά μια φιλική συμβουλή γιατί το κατάλυμα είναι πραγματικά υπέροχο

An absolutely wonderful place to stay, and one we would happily return to. No bad comments. All very positive. nothing negative to say. We genuinely have no negative comments to make — everything about our stay exceeded expectations.

• CAROLE (10/5): Super apartment, enjoyed our stay. - What a wonderful apartment. It was super clean, super modern,super warm, and well equipped. The location is excellent ,you are only a few minutes walk from the centre and there is a local small supermarket just around the corner, but is in a lovely quiet backstreet. Downstairs when reception is open there is free coffee,and a lovely courtyard garden which must be lovely in warmer months. All our contact with Hans was very helpful. He even warned us that there was a national strike planned on the day we were due to arrive. We were delighted to meet him. In summary it is a lovely apartment in a lovely city .It had everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay, toiletries, wash up liquid,toilet rolls extra blankets and pillows, and basic cupboard supplies. I wish every holiday rental was as well thought out as this one.! Up until the last day I would have said a full length mirror would be good till I realised it was behind the bedroom door!!!! SO, only negative was having to leave!!

• clive (10/5): Perfect location for the Christmas markets and resteraunts - The secure parking is €15 per day (Nov 25). Nice big spaces and has two charging points, 5 minute walk from the Bistrobar Boreas Very close to a variety of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets The lift is small, that said it is an old building, we were surprised it had one. The kitchen although clean only had very basic utensils which I am sure had we needed them we could have asked, we went the for the Christmas Markets not to cook :-)

We had a small kitchen so we were able to have our breakfast. Nice outside garden area. We love Brugees I liked everything!

• Arafuran (4/5): Very ordinary accommodation with little privacy in the overpriced Disneyland that Bruges has become - Located in the old city centre Hosts were nice Rooms like a monk’ cell. Windows faced the street, had to keep curtains closed for privacy with hundreds of people passing by each day and adjacent higher buildings with direct view into the rooms. Bathroom shower in a small bathtub with a plastic curtain No freezer, only a fridge that did not keep food cold enough. No smart TV only regional TV channels - no streaming access
• Russell (7/5): A comfortable and quiet convenient place to stay which is within easy walking distance of the places to stay. - Great local information provided by the very friendly host, including information about the property, was happy to also book a taxi for our departure, very good location. Also enjoyed and made use of the terrace area out the back of the property which was an added benefit. Times of availability for reception access made it a bit unclear and uncertain as to how to pay for the property as we had to leave early. Pillows a bit thin which need sorting as the mattress is very comfy. Bruges is full of cobbled streets which makes life very difficult with suitcases but that’s nit the fault of the property.

Clean (very clean), close to attractions, right in the middle of the old town, hosts ready to solve any issue. The apartment has a safe deposit box where my big laptop fitted perfectly. Two complete bahtrooms with shower (one of the with a small tub). Comfortable living room with a sofa, a table and a small desk. A complete kitchen with a stove, microwave and a fridge. There is an elevator for the 1st floor (2nd floor in US terms) Everything was perfect
