- Marconi (9/5): - La struttura, per quanto constatato, si presenta in condizioni generali adeguate, risultando pulita e il signore alla reception è stato molto cortese. Con la presente si intende segnalare una criticità riscontrata in relazione alle informazioni precontrattuali fornite dalla struttura Hotel Continental, con particolare riferimento alla disciplina dei supplementi applicati in caso di animali domestici. Si evidenzia una possibile carenza sotto il profilo della trasparenza informativa, rilevante ai sensi del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), con particolare riferimento agli articoli 49 e seguenti, nonché agli articoli 20, 21 e 22 relativi alle pratiche commerciali scorrette, ingannevoli od omissive. In particolare, nella stessa serata precedente alla prenotazione tramite piattaforma Booking, la sottoscritta contattava telefonicamente la struttura per ottenere informazioni circa la presenza di un animale domestico. In tale occasione, l’operatrice riferiva che per il soggiorno con un cane sarebbe stato applicato un supplemento pari ad €20 e che tale importo sarebbe stato dovuto anche nel caso di prenotazione effettuata tramite la piattaforma Booking. Successivamente, in fase di prenotazione tramite la piattaforma Booking, non risultava tuttavia alcuna indicazione chiara, esplicita e univoca circa tale costo aggiuntivo, essendo richiesto unicamente di segnalare la presenza dell’animale domestico senza specificazione di eventuali oneri economici. Tale difformità informativa tra quanto comunicato telefonicamente dalla struttura e quanto riportato sul canale di prenotazione online appare idonea a generare incertezza circa il prezzo effettivo complessivo del soggiorno e le relative condizioni economiche. La suddetta situazione potrebbe risultare non conforme agli obblighi di informazione precontrattuale previsti dagli artt. 49, 51 e 52 del Codice del Consumo, in particolare con riferimento alla necessità di indicare in modo chiaro e comprensibile il prezzo totale del servizio e gli eventuali costi aggiuntivi prima della conclusione del contratto.

- EgisMa (8/5): - Location is good as is is not far away from Bergamo airport. For 1 night - ok. Has parking. Hotel quit old. All good, just could be cheaper for this quality. Hotel is not 4*, only 2-3*. To expensive for this quality in comparison to other hotels in North Italy. Room was cold as fridge, humid, smelled like sothing old, but heating was working, so after 1 hour was ok. Our room was very dark, windows were so small and located neare the ceiling. Table needs cleaning. Tawels - ok.

- de Palma (6/5): - The space inside is really impressive and the antique furniture around gives the ambience a sort of elegance The bedroom had a table on the side of one of the bed. Positioned on it a fridge, therefore not bedside table for the actual bed. Not so important as we only had to use the room for one night but it could be an issue for longer stay. We had dinner at the restaurant as we checked the menu earlier on and thought it sounded good We had the burger (menu of the day). It was very tasteless and dry; the Cesar salad had very dry and tough chicken and the Panna cotta was more like whipped cream ...never the less the staff was always excellent and attentive.

- Giada (8/5): Sicuro torneremo perché perfetto per chi va a leolandia - Camera grande, moderna e molto pulita. Peccato senza balcone e rivolta verso la strada un po’ rumorosa la sera. A pochi minuti di auto da Leolandia. Il personale potrebbe essere un po’ piu cortese, la ricezionista che ci ha accolto era la stessa alla partenza e nemmeno ci ha chiesto come ci eravamo trovati e se fosse andato tutto bene.

- Brethour (1/5): Lousy and a complete waste of money. - Unfortunately, we didn't realize that we had to arrive by 9 p.m. We saw that the booking was confirmed so we just headed to the hotel, but it was closed and we didn't get to stay there. It was extremely upsetting. I will be contacting expedia to complain about the fact that they should put the time limits right in the first bit of information. You could have an emergency number for people who arrive after 9 p.m.

- Kenia (10/5): We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to go back. Thank you for being so helpful and kind to us. - We received such a warm welcome by Carmen. She made us feel like we were part of the family. All the staff were also so kind and helpful. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed, soft bed sheets and good pillows. There’s also an amazing scent throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and delicious coffee. We had a rental car and were thankful for the peace of mind of parking in their underground garage. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property and our stay.
- A (9/5): Superb - Close proximity to an event we went to, comfy beds, great bathroom, and shower. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Staff was hospitable to book us a taxi and to allow to leave the baggage after checkout until our event finished. Nothing.

- Claudio (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. You can park the car inside the property or in the garage in the basement. The location is good but it is better to have a car. By car you can easily visit Bergamo (about 20 min. drive), Leolandia, Crespi sull'Adda or other destinations nearby. Nearby you will find plenty of shopping malls and fast food. The Hotel is located on an high-traffic street. Traveling to and from Bergamo during week days, you can easily get stuck in the traffic jam

The staffs are not friendly,, racist for sure and my friend and I spent the two nights without heating in our room the room was cold as a hell so I'm not satisfied at all, the quality isn't worthy it for the money that I pay

- Ganastro (2/5): Rumoroso - Saturday Night is apparently the retired community's Karaoke and dancing night until 23:30. This was a family week-end to go to Leolandia. We arrived late on Friday night and there was no issue. The problem came on Saturday night. We'd chosen the hotel for the simplicity of having an in-house restaurant. Big mistake. There were 2 parties, one of which for retirees, with a noise level that was unpleasant even in a separate part of the restaurant. In addition it took us 1 hour to get the meal to our table. The fun part was when we got to our room which was directly above one of the two parties. Basically no one slept until 23h30. I know there's been Covid and they need to work, but I'm sure that once Covid has passed and we're back to normal, they'll still be renting the rooms of the 1st floor while having parties galore.

La televisione permette di vedere i canali Sky (non tutti ma sport e cinema ci sono). Anche se davanti passa una strada provinciale l'insonorizzazione è buona. Ristorante di buona qualità.

- lesleys231 (8/5): Great hotel for a trip to the Italian Grand Prix - We arrived late at night and discovered that the hotel only had a reservation for 1 person instead of 2. Fortunately they had me (not us) booked into a twin room. The wonderful reception staff sorted this out for us the next morning and moved us to a beautiful double room All staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spotless clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food available Plenty of free parking on site

- Kevin (6/5): Not bad, but could do better - Generally a fine hotel. Room is extremely spacy, has good beds and is warm & cozy. A bit old, yes, but any hotel near this is about the same with little exceptional new ones. Staff is not the Kindest, but generally good people. Their English is not perfect, but communication is just fine. Everything was fine except the location, and that the breakfast was literally "BREAK ! FAST!". Nothing to eat, I ate a bit of fruit and bread with jams, ate again at work. I think the price is a bit high considering location and breakfast. Otherwise, it was very close to my business trip meeting, so I would visit if I have another visit in the same company. However, it is a different story when you go for traveling, I could find better ones with better prices for sure.

The hotel was alright but if I had a chance to book again there are many nicer hotels in the vicinity. The hotel was tired and needed redecoration and it lacked simple things like tea and coffee in the room. No hot food at breakfast either

And information brochures etc could be in English too.The staff was friendly but the restaurant had problems communicating in English.
