Friendliest staff you will ever find. If you are a senior citizen you will have to climb into the hot tub to take a shower, so if mobility is a problem, check ahead.

This hotel was fabulous, Front desk staff Friendly , Courteous and welcoming, Great breakfast, Our Suite was amazing in every way , Super Clean , very comfortable , had in suite Jacuzzi, walkable to restaurants and bars and wonderful downtown area. Highly recommend
- grinstbg (10/5): Great location with bed and breakfast feel, in the heart of it all. - Charming Boutique Hotel with perfect location... you can tell the owner is living her life's dream with the care and attention to details. Very few hotels provide hot soup complimentary in the lobby to take the chill off a winters day. If you ar looking for charm this is your place, if you want bland cookie cutter service this is not going to be your cup of tea which is also free, coincidently). Clean spacious rooms with a vey nice full buffet style breakfast. The temperature does run warm in the hotel, but we found it fine. Would recommend you give it a try if staying in Lake Geneva. We will be back next year!

- W8885HCleem (10/5): Relaxing retreat. - This romantic hotel is directly in downtown Lake Geneva and walking distance to the lake, shopping and restaurants. Our room had a wonderful view of the creek and lake in the distance. There are creative origami folds of linens, a welcome bag with treats, and a jacuzzi tub. Each morning we enjoyed a hot homemade breakfast as well. We highly recommend staying here.

- Ann (10/5): I had a wonderful - I was very impressed with everything at Mill Creek! They had many little extras that made your stay memorable. There were multiple free treats, including soup available all day in the lobby, as well as candy, teas, water, and more. The breakfast was excellent! Featuring pancakes, hash browns, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and all the coffee and teas you'd need. The staff was exceptional! From the front office to the people assisting with breakfast, everyone was friendly, efficient, and service-oriented. The room was so clean and well-appointed! Our deck overlooked a pretty creek, and you could hear the birds chirping in the trees while we drank our coffee in the morning. The kitchen was fully appointed, and we could have easily stayed in and made all our meals there. There were magazines and books to read, puzzles, and multiple TVs. The bathroom was large, clean, and the toiletries were high quality! I can't say enough great things about Mill Creek! We really loved it. The only downside was the lack of an outdoor pool, but they did have a beautiful indoor pool, which I am sure is enjoyable in the winter.

- Joanne (7/5): Over all it was a good location, staff were very good, a large fun room. - Location was very good, but rooms on the odd side of the building face the street/town and are very prone to loud noises early a.m. Recommend booking an even numbered room. It was an expensive room that noise defeated the pleasure at 4a.m. our 1st night. It would have been good for the front desk to warn us about this and advise ear plugs (which are provided free) prior to settling down for the night. Breakfast was fair; pancake was hard, eggs taste-less; but lots to choose from and overall our 2nd morning was better with a banana, yogurt, juice.

- 161tianaf (10/5): Amazing hospitality! Perfect for a romantic getaway - We booked a room fairly last minute (the day before) at Mill Creek Hotel for a one night getaway. From the time we arrived, we were so impressed with the hospitality offered by the Mill Creek Hotel. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and explained all the complimentary items they have in their lobby such as warm soup and home made iced tea. Our room had unique touches to it such as flower decor and chocolates on the bed, light up flower garland in the bedroom, and a small gift bag on the counter when we walked in. The free breakfast in the morning was so delicious and offered a variety of items such as breakfast burritos and biscuits and gravy. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

I was impressed how they go the extra mile to add special birthday and anniversary wishes in the elevator and rooms. when I saw my birthday signage in the elevator and room it made me very happy. Additionally, I like how the hotel was decorated with flower arrangement and other. Our rooms were very nice and I was very happy with the theme in the rooms, Also, the hotel provided a very nice welcome bag with water, chips and other. Our stay there was awesome!! My husband and I, look forward to staying there again! There was nothing negative at the hotel I could speak about. I would only recommend the hotel add bacon, waffles to the breakfast menu! - rlirwin2488 (10/5): Great Stay In Lake Geneva - We stayed at the Mill Creek Hotel In Lake Geneva our room was very nice. The staff pays attention to every detail in the room. Kitchen had plenty of glasses and plates and the ice maker was a bonus. Location is right down downtown across the street the fall festival was happening which was a bonus. Plenty of underground parking for us. We will be returning next May for another visit.

The location was central to all of our needs, staff was incredibly friendly, competent, and professional…. Especially Elijah at the front desk. They have a goody bag in the room with bottled water, chips, Kleenex, and alcohol wipes. They even make sure to sanitize the TV remotes. Breakfast is included and it is delicious! They even have anniversary and birthday announcements if you are celebrating. They put my husband’s and my name announcing our anniversary! Nothing- I loved everything!

- rmtinley (10/5): nice stay at the Millcreek Hotel - My husband and I stayed three nights in September. Our room was facing the creek and partial views of the lake on the third floor. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is close to everything. Sunday night we sat on their deck, outside the pool area and were able to listen to the band playing around the corner at magpies restaurant and bar. The hotel and our room were very clean, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. A free breakfast was included and was very good, also soup available all day, cookies, coffee and candies. They include a welcoming bag in your room, and little extras. Their suites are a nice size, it was good to have a full size refrigerator. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch in our suite. Can’t say enough good about this hotel, we will be back soon.

Fresh lemon water and fresh brewed berry iced tea and an assortment of snack welcomes you as you check in. Complimentary chocolates are everywhere. The room is especially decorated with cleverly folded towels in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Although we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in June, I thought my husband had mentioned it when he made the reservation. Come to find out all rooms were decorated the same. Milah, it was lovely to meet and chat with you. Know that you have done an amazing job to update Mill Creek to the high standard it deserves. You and your family will be on prayer list. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot and a great beginning for the day. Fresh fruit, burritos and grilled sausages and bacon were yummy. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and memorable. We will definitely be back again.

The staff is very kind, warm, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is a quaint, cozy place that gives a bed and breakfast type of vibe. Can’t think of any negatives.

- ANDRZEJ (10/5): - We had a really good time at this hotel . It was very cozy and clean. When we arrived, the bedroom was very nicely decorated. We also found a welcome gift on the kitchen counter. The location was perfect right in a heart of Lake Geneva. The lobby, had free, coffee ,soup, and snacks for the hotel guests. Our stay included daily breakfast, which had great variety of freshly made food.. We would definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

Good breakfast and and underground parking. So close to the road a little noisy and you can not see the lake from the window.

- ciceroalex (10/5): A style all its own - This hotel is quirky and kitschy, but it also puts guests' comfort and convenience first. Our room was spacious, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfast was much better than most typical hotel breakfasts. On-site parking is a huge advantage here, and the location is perfect for walking around the lake and through town.

- Henwud (10/5): Not your run of the mill hotel! - The Mill Creek Hotel is not your run of the mill (pun intended :) ) hotel. The lobby has a lot of personal and hometown stuff in it that is very welcoming. Rooms are huge and fantastic! The room decorations were a bit odd for my taste, plastic flowers in the kitchen and all the fake roses in the bedroom... it was a little over the top. Parking ais a bit odd, its under the building and you need a key card to get to the elevator. We were lucky that someone was coming out as we were going in, lol. The location cannot be beat. You're right in the middle of town. Perfect! We loved the Mill Creek Inn!
