Thomas (5/5): Horrible hospitality!!! - Location was the best part of the stay. The front desk staff is totally incompetent and do not communicate from one shift to the other. The attitude of the front desk staff confirmed that i will probably stay somewhere else next time im in town.

Ella (6/5): Good for a quick trip - The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was conveniently close to the Strip. It was also close to restaurants and the A/C ran really cold. There were roaches in the room when we got there and there were a couple of stains on the shower curtain.

Only had twin beds and one touched the ac unit and the other touched the opposite wall so not much room to move around with only 2 people. Almost more room in the bathroom than where the beds are. Kern (5/5): - AC worked well and the beds and towels were clean. Saw two cockroaches in the room. The floor is severely damaged. Only one channel on the tv worked.
Sarah (3/5): Sketchy, homeless and drugs - Homeless sleeping against building and on staircases, people smoking drugs outside, naked woman on drugs walking through the parking lot. Was worried about belongings and vehicles during the stay. The room is very very outdated, A/C wouldn't blow cold. Somebody else's name got attached to our room so we had trouble getting a new key when we returned late at night after getting separated from individuals in our group that had the key. Will not stay at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone.

It was walking distance from the strip and down Tropicana. There was no noise coming from other neighbors. The security guard at the front was nice. The lady who checked me in was very rude. No one greeted me when I walked in. No one acknowledged me when I was at the front desk. They seemed to not be happy to work there. I was in a room that was near the street and towards the airport.

Guest above me made tons of noise through the night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around but not sure how since everything in my room seemed to be bolted down.

Very convenient to walk to MGM and New York New York casinos. The room was very clean and there are connections for gaming. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I like.Small room. Danelle (3/5): Bad customer service - Nothing this trip. When checking in the lady behind the counter was rude and very pushy. Next time put signs up stating thay the motel is ONLY taking cash. The card machines looked like they were working but she insisted they weren't working. I feel like shady stuff was going on and I really hope you don't hire employees that are pocketing this money!! I asked for a receipt and she refused to give me one. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time we had a great time amd checked in with no problems but this time this was the worst check in and out I have had. My mom and I stayed there for a concert I paid a lot for and the experience at the motel was horrible. We both have long hair and I asked for an extra towel and the maid was rude and said no extra towels. They are TOWELS!! I'm not going to steal the crappy towels the motel has but I would like to not have to struggle to dry my hair!!! The keys were not working and we had to insert it multiple times before it finally worked. Went to the office but I wasn't going to stand there for 30+ mins to talk to someone when there was already a line and only one person working! When checking out the other lady looked like she was bored and very argumentative with people at the counter. I turned in the keys in and asked for a receipt of my stay and she rolled her eyes and said I can request it online and dismissed me. I would recommend this motel to friends and family but now I am rethinking if I really should be. I don't want them to have to go thru this as well. Time to look for another motel when we plan a trip to Las Vegas. Also, either fix the showers or invest in longer shower curtains!!! Not a big fan of having a pool by the toilet after someone showers. Other reason we asked for more towels. Need to put a drain so the water doesnt build up!! Not that hard people. I know they are cheaper rooms to rent out but atleast make it so people want to return.

Samuel (6/5): Estancia regular con ciertos puntos a tener en cuenta. - -La cama es cómoda. -La habitación (de una sola cama) era espaciosa. -Estaba cerca del restaurante “Dennys” donde puedes desayunar, ya que el motel no te da desayuno. -Cheking y Checkout rápido. -CONSEJO: Es ideal si vas a Las Vegas con tu auto porque tiene parqueadero gratuito y así te puedes mover por la ciudad fácilmente. Si no tienes carro en tu estadio si debes caminar unos minutos para llegar a una parada de bus o a los sitios de interés. -La habitación era de no fumadores, pero al ingresar la primera se percibía claramente el olor a cigarro, tuve que comprar una ambientador y ventilar la habitación con la puerta abierta por unos minutos para que saliera ese olor. Con el pasar de los días desapareció el olor a cigarro. -Las instalaciones y muebles de la habitación ya están un poco deterioradas. -Claramente al no ser un motel, no tenía comodidad como: mini refrigerador, cafetera, plancha, secadora, shampoo.

Amanda (8/5): it was definitely a good choice if you aren’t looking for something fancy but still want to be near - It was pretty quiet and close to everything we needed, the price was more that half the price of other places in the area, the bathroom was very spacious! There was no mini fridge or microwave available in the room

Zuzana (9/5): Super ubytovani - hlavne cena a lokalita - Ciste, pohodlne, hlavne uzasna lokalita, ccena nizka. Velmi doporucuji. Personal na recepci lehce neprijemny.
