I stay at motel 6s so I can travel with my dog and I have never s - Nothing, upon arrival there was people in front and it just didn’t look good. I had last minute plans and had no choice but to proceed to check in. I was in room 160 it was disgusting! Door lock was broken & on my booking it says AC and refrigerator. The refrigerator didn’t work, the ac was ripped out and also the fire alarm was ripped from the wall. And to top it off at 5am there’s someone banging on my walls and I told the front desk he said because my dog was loud. First of all my dog was asleep he barked when they banged on my walls. I was only staying one night since I’m traveling and I got maybe 3 hours of sleep. I tried to go back to sleep and at 6am there’s ceiling began to leak water, I used all of the towels and asked for more and the front desk refused as he said because he gave us the limit??? Even after I told him there was a leak.

• Meza (1/5): Nightmare in lompoc - Honestly, the front desk was nice and welcoming. My room was leaking from the ceiling, and sheets were stained really bad, the second and third rooms were not clean, or A/C wasn't working. This iconic name used to mean quality, comfort, and value, safety, It was never meant to be in this state. The owners should feel embarrassed about this property.i didn't even stay 10 minutes, and I still haven't received my refund. Or at least call and try to make it right. DONT STAY HERE STAT AT THE LOMPOC VALLEY INN It is better nicer and way cleaner.
• celenar2026 (6/5): Unethical Service - So my fiance and his client reside in rm 141 have been for at least 2 yesrs. Never had a problem really. Until they hired this girl Ashley who has a personal issue from knowing my fiance from out side of the 6. Where she is a raging drunk spring her drunk in rage all over the neighborhood . But this is supposed to be a place of professionalism. But the way she spoke to my fiance on this evening was very Disrespecctful and un called theb she continued with her power play by calling the police making false allegations of him disrespecting customers then she switched it ul to him just directing her but now claiming he threatened her. Untrue. They've never had a with him before but she's so vindictive she won't leave it alone. Power tripping. The police who know Tyrone very well and know how much he's grown and know how long he's been at the motel with not one incident until this lady made her purpose to keep harassing him after the police and manager settled the situation. She's very persistent in a narcissistic way of being and refuses to compromise or come to an agreement. Her pursuit for control creating hostile environments expecting customers to walk on egg shell's. Very controlling Disrespecctful and bad for business. His client can not not walk and is very much need of Tyrone help but this evil lying lady unprofessional Ashley is determined to destroy all of that just to fulfill her desires for power. Not goood for business
• Delicia (1/5): I checked in at 4 o’clock and was ready to check out at 8 PM. It was horrible. - Absolutely nothing!! I didn’t like how I was very uncomfortable wasn’t able to sleep. The next-door neighbor in her boyfriend fought all night they playing loud music when they pull up blowing the horn. The phones in the room don’t work. I was calling from my personal cell phone and they wasn’t answering for at least 15 minutes. The bathroom in the bathtub was filthy. The towels was super dingy. Not to mention my room was switched twice. The key card did not work. I wish I can get a refund.

• johnrU8714KE (10/5): Alize from lompoc is a definite asset to your company - We stayed for a night and alize helped us check in she is such a breath of fresh air. We have stayed here other times also and she was attentive and considerate. Also thoughtful and friendly she went above and beyond any hotel clerk I have ever had check me in. She is definitely an asset to this cooperation. Job well done kudos to you Alize.

• Veronica (10/5): I would definitely recommend this property it to anyone needing a great getaway! I definitely look foward to coming back - Great location, close to the beach and visiting family. My room was clean and decent. The room size was great, very comfortable with a working TV, fridge, and microwave. The staff were polite and kind. Checking in with no delays was awesome. Jackie at the front desk was very kind and great. She was able to accommodate me and my family to a quieter room. Shout out to Jackie she’s the best!! There was no vending machine for snacks. We couldn’t use the pool because there was what looked like BM in the pool but wasn’t too sure so we didn’t risk it. It’s okay though because the beach was like a 30min drive.

• Heather (1/5): - The only decent this place is we were very close to the destination of why we were in Lompoc Unfortunately this was one of the worst motel 6’s we’ve stayed at. And I’ve been to few nice ones. Fist off we couldn’t get in the room had to get a new key(front desk was nice). Then when we got in the room there was no shower curtain, had to ask for a new one. Then sheets and towels looked dirty/stained. Ended up going out and buying our own. Couldn’t get the heater it work just blew cold air. Luckily it wasn’t a very cold night and we had our own blankets. Then woke up to the ceiling leaking and had to put the trash can under it.

• Yebon (3/5): Would not recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper. - Staff was accommodating to my needs when I requested to change rooms Lot of long term stayers at the motel, who had very rowdy children, screaming at 2am, running in the hallways, and trying to open our doors at night. We did not sleep at all the first night.
• Ryan (8/5): Basic utility comfort for a decent affordable price. - Overall, I enjoyed the money value that I could afford for my trip, and the basic utility I got. To be honest, I thought that the property infrastructure was slightly aged that regular maintenance could maybe address; yet I still enjoyed the basic comfort for the value of the price paid. It is overall basic affordable accommodations for the business trip I was on.
• Heather (1/5): Shit! - The room was not as nice as the pictures, some of the staff were rude and their pet policy is not clear enough on booking.com. According to the staff it’s only dog and cats that are acceptable but the staff I checked in with said that my 35lb dog and baby bird in a cage was good. Staff the next morning told me it wasn’t ok, and that I needed to vacate the premises. The woman was rude and disgruntled for no reason. She kept quoting motel 6 policies at me but my issue is I booked through booking.con that did not tell me my pets couldn’t be left alone in the room and that birds were not acceptable. She quoted how I signed a paper at check in but my money was taken long before check in from when I first booked it. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be updated in booking.com Staff, not getting my money back for the 2 nights I had left on my booking and not getting the refund back. My pets did zero damage to the room
• Noemi (2/5): Mala experiencia - Nada Pedimos un cuarto con refrigerador y horno y no nos lo dieron , los encargados demasiado rudos y mal encarados, los cuartos hueles demasiado a cigarro , el aire acondicionado no servía, el baño se tapaba constantemente , no los limpian todos los días, por qué según el personal llegaba hasta el lunes nosotros nos hospedamos desde el viernes , los huéspedes no de fiar muy mal aspecto yo comprendo que es motel pero para el precio deberían de tener más controlado todo muy mala experiencia nunca me había quedado en un lugar de esos y nunca lo volvería a hacer

Nothing The door could not be locked safely since the side panel where latch goes was broken. The room was thus very unsafe to spend a night. The terrible situation. I have never seen such a thing in my US life. Worst stay in a hotel in USA. The owner will call and talk about the refund. Nobody called back. Very unsafe. Never Stay there. They knew the door had a problem, but did not change the lock.

• Annette (5/5): Awesome staff but expensive - The staff were great. The room was decent until things started to break down. No a/c and no refrigerator even though that was part of what you paid extra for in the room. Extended stay was supposed to be less expensive, but all it was were the days added up. It wasn't until we left that the rates could have been less but couldn't get reimbursed for the wrong amount we were charged for almost 6 months that we stayed there.

• Raymond (4/5): Damn if you do, damn if you don't.. - My room was on the first floor, The whole floor of my room seem to be retaining moisture, the towels are really thin and stained as were the sheets, I also made them aware that there is no Wi-Fi and the front desk gentleman said that I received service of Wi-Fi because he's outside my front door and able to get Wi-Fi, in fact I was not at all able to get Wi-Fi in my room, he was being arrogant and literally didn't care, the heater did not work..

As soon as I walked in the room the smell hit me so hard I had to air out the room for 15 min before I could even walk in there, and the maid didn't have any spray?? I had to go buy some. Also when I checked in my room wasn't ready, I had to come back twice more! And I booked well over a week in advance for 4 nights and they chose to do my room last? Weird Not very professional at all there! But they r nice👍
