Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et excellent. A noter : il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres ; mais vous pouvez en demander un à la réception.

• Julia (10/5): Beautiful apartment centrally located - The apartment and reception area were just my style. I thought the apartment was beautiful and spacious. It looked just like in the property pictures. Also, you could not bet the location. There was nothing I did not like, but I did not expect perfection.
• Gwen Yueh (9/5): - Very central location. Very good pricing. The breakfast was excellent. We had the top floor so 4 flights of stairs was difficult after a long day of hilly Lisbon. The area seemed safe all around Rossio Square but the small hilly street to the front door had some sketchy characters. Just be aware of your surroundings and you'll be fine.
• Julia (7/5): Nice, but not for the tall or challenged by steep stairs - I love the location and the staff was very nice. I previously stayed in a different room and that stay was fantastic. The room was in an attic, which I knew from the pictures, but managing the ceiling slopes was more challenging than I expected. The stairs to the attic were a little steeper than the rest of the stairs. Also, while there is no view, there is also not a lot of privacy in the toilet or the shower.
• Janine (8/5): - Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr, sehr freundlich. Man hat jede Frage beantwortet und uns alles bis aufs kleinste erklärt. Unser Zimmer Tejo, lag genau neben einem Wasserbeuler oder ähnliches. Dieser sprang in der Nacht/Morgen öfters an. Er war leider sehr laut, somit konnten wir nicht so gut schlafen.

Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones. - El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca a la estación de tren y de muchos sitios para visitar. El personal muy amable y buen desayuno. La habitación quedaba muy arriba con unas escaleras muy angostas para subir y bajar.

• Janosch (9/5): - Unser Aufenthalt über zwei Nächte hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die zentrale Lage ist man sehr gut angebunden und auch zu Fuß recht schnell bei einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Frühstück bot eine gute und leckere Auswahl, zudem stand laufend auch nachmittags Kaffee, Wasser und Tee bereit. Sehr gefreut hat uns der herzliche Empfang und dass sich eine der Mitarbeiterinnen die Zeit für uns als "Neulinge" in Lissabon genommen hat, um uns die schönsten Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erläutern, abgestimmt auf unsere Aufenthaltsdauer. Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen im Lisbon Story Guesthouse sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Bett, zudem weitere Sitzgelegenheiten und ausreichend Stellflächen, und ein gutes Badezimmer. Zum Zimmer selbst musste man über steile, schmale Treppen gehen, was aber in der Beschreibung so auch benannt wurde, sodass man sich drauf einstellen konnte. Und auch hier wurde vom Personal angeboten, beim Tragen des Gepäcks zu unterstützen. Alles in allem können wir den Ort für einen Kurzurlaub in Lissabon definitiv weiterempfehlen.

• James (10/5): Easily our best stay in Lisbon for years - The location was incredible! So central! The staff was the best part- easily the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. And the breakfast was way better than expected! Plus our room was clean and cute with a great shower and skylight.

El problema es que no tiene ascensor y que la habitación que nos dieron es buhardilla y no te puede poner de pie en el baño. Camas horribles,muy incómodas :-(

• Brett (9/5): Would highly recommend! - Excellent location, right at the end of the main pedestrian street in the historic city centre. Most attractions were in walking distance. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very generous. We had the choice of getting the breakfast delivered to our room every morning or eating in the common area with the outer guests. Hotel room finishes were a little rough, but I guess that is to be expected in an old historic building.

Le bruit en bas de l’immeuble: un bar et des gens très bruyants toute la nuit. Le camion poubelle qui vient vider les containers à verre vers 4h du matin. La douche au jet aléatoire.

We enjoyed our breakfast and feeling like home atmosphere. Very central location. A little bit noisy outside, no elevator but we had help with the luggage. A little bit expensive.

• Chrysanthopoulos (6/5): Δυσανάλογη σχέση τιμής με παροχές! - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή.Για το πρωινό δεν έχω άποψη γιατί έφυγα νωρις πριν σερβιριστεί. Δεν μου άρεσε η πολύ απότομη σκάλα από το δεύτερο στον τρίτο όροφο. Για κάποιο με βαριά βαλίτσα θα είναι ζόρικα. Επίσης δεν έχει a/c που σημαίνει πως το καλοκαίρι μαλλον θα κάνει ζέστη.
• Conor (8/5): Great spot to stay in Lisbon - The staff are exceptional at this accommodation. They are very friendly and help with getting luggage up the stairs. Special shout out to Beatrice who was great with recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Beatrice also helped us get everything up to our room and made sure it was okay. The property was very central and close to restaurants, grocery stores and all the main attractions. Great location if you are looking to walk around Lisbon and enjoy the culture of the city.

Včer hluk. - snídaně nebyla vařená jako v hotelu, ale zdravá a neobvyklá: hummus, mozzarela, bezlepkový chléb, ovesné mléko na požádání, nakrájený meloun, čerstvě vylisovaný džus, káva z french pressu v termosce, sladké koláče, jogurt, vařené vejce... Lokalita ideální pro pěší docházku do přístavu, na hrad, na metro, vlak do Sintry, spousta restaurací... prostě jste přímo v centru. Není klimatizace, ale jsou větrníky na stropě. Jsou uvnitř zachované původní staré dveře a vnitřní okenice, hezky bíle natřené. v kuchyňce (apartmán) nebylo prkénko na krájení a nůž na krájení. Jen pánev a malý kastrůlek, lednička, varná konvice, čaje, med. Před domem se shromažďují afričtí černoši, prodávají různé věci, ale nijak neobtěžují ani nejsou hluční. Do půlnoci pod okny vyhrává muzika v baru, nutno mít zavřené okno.

• ma (10/5): - The decor in this hotel is really cozy, and the rooms include breakfast. The breakfast is delicious too, and the rooms are extremely clean. What's best is that the staff speaks great English, they're very friendly, and their service is excellent - they even helped us with our luggage.

Voće, povrće... i sve vrlo simpatično narezano i posluženo. Nikad nisam jela bolji humus nego ovdje. Doručak nas je oduševio. Sve nam se svidjelo.

Aber sonst sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Frühstück ausreichend, gutes preis leistungs verhältnis. Im Bad war es recht feucht, Handtücher trockneten kaum.
