Lovely cooked food (large dishes) The maids did not clean up our coffee cups in the apartment which was annoying. Nice bar but could do with a bit more varied entertainment. Greek night was fun, could do with more nights like this. On a main road so really need a car to get about. Nice village nearby. Lovely clean pool and bar area. Overall very nice.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a family-run property and they all work very hard to provide a friendly service to customers. The pool is sparklingly clean in pleasant surroundings. The bar/restaurant area is comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate and clean. Breakfast was fine,though I would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit as an option. There was also a shuttle to the beach (about 5 minutes away) 3 times a day. We were a bit surprised to find we would be charged for air conditioning per night (though in the end we didn't need it in late May). The only thing we really didn't like was the continuous stream of loud pop music played through speakers around the pool all day, which was unnecessary and meant that it wasn't the relaxing place it should have been.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely Family Run Hotel - My family and I all thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Georgia Hotel in Anfandou on the Greek island of Rhodes (Rodos). This is a lovely family owned and run hotel that is a delight and even when full never seems overcrowded. There are sufficient sun loungers/parasols for everyone, a lovely pool and pool bar/cafe.The owner 'Crazy Billy' puts on a Greek Night every Friday with food, music and dancing, which is great fun and not to be missed.
• Inès (8/5): Hotêl a agréable à vivre. - Convivial, arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel, super belle plage à environ 15 mins à pied. Gérant au top toujours à l'écoute et donne des bons plans et infos. Vendredi soir c'est la Greek night, on adoreeeee!!!
• edders (10/5): Lovely friendly extremely clean hotel - We loved this place. The rooms are very clean with sheets and towels being changed every other day and every day it is cleaned. The pool was excellent with lots of sunbeds to allow you to be in full sun or shade. The breakfasts were great with lots of choice, ranging from egg and bacon to yogurt and toast. We had 2 meals here including the Greek night which is a must. The hotel is a family run affair with grand dad aka crazy Billy dancing together with his grandsons. The night was good value but most of all good fun, don't miss out on the donkey dance! There is a supermarket about 200 yds away and 2 restaurants within a short distance. The hidden garden one of these was great value in lovely surroundings. The town is about 15 mins away on foot or 5 euros in a taxi and has all amenities. The beach was accessible using the shuttle bus from the hotel (crazy Billy driving!) Not very exciting beach but sun beds, a mobile food van and the golf club were all available. I wouldn't hesitate to go back because it suited us as we had taken my mom and wanted a relaxing pool holiday Super value. You won't be disappointed.

• dhary (8/5): Nice place but - It is nice big apartment but with no complete facilities. The room electronic key was a big problem for us, there is no time delay which made difficult to lock the door with no light. No microwave, or any cooking in the room. Apart from that , I loved it. Staff services are very good compare to the rest of island people we met. I mean for example we faced a service somewhere when the restaurant waiter did give us tap water and we order bottle of water he did not accept giving us extra empty glass to share the bottle. The island is a beautiful place to visit.
• Paul (10/5): "TWO TEN!!" - Arrived about 23:00 and we were welcomed by Nic. We were in our room "210" in a matter of minutes with bottles of water, tea & sugar and although food service was finished, Nic very kindly made us a pizza. Throughout the whole stay we were made very welcome and nothing was too much bother. The whole place was very clean, including the pool and the food was excellent. To be honest I couldn't fault this very friendly, family run establishment. Would go back in an instant!!
• Tine (10/5): Rigtig hyggeligt familiehotel. - Rigtig hyggeligt, familiedrevet hotel placeret i udkanten af Afendou. Busforbindelser både nord- og sydpå lige ved døren. 1,5 km til byens centrum, hvor der er masser af gode og hyggelige restauranter. Desuden "turisttog" der kører til de fleste hoteller i byen. Værten er hyggelig og meget hjælpsom og der er arrangementer på hotellet hveranden aften. Rigtig god og varieret morgenbuffet og gode senge med topmadrasser.
• weisse (10/5): Hôtel près de la plage - Séjour très agréable au georgia . Le personnel est toujours prêt à vous renseigner. Arrêt de bus près de l hôtel donc si vous ne louez pas de voiture vous pouvez vous rendre sur tous les endroits de l ile. Chambre spacieuse et petit dejeuner correct. Plage sauvage a 10minutes à pied de l hôtel.

• Riitta (10/5): Familjärt hotell med väldigt trevliga personal! - Hotellet ligger nära till allt. Det tar max 20 min med bussen. Buss stationer ligger 2 min från hotellet. Fredagar har de en grekisk natt vilket jag rekommenderar. Vi hade as kul den natten. De har även Dj och karaoke nätter. Maten är väldigt god, vi hade frukost som var varierande och fräsch. Vi åt även av deras middagsbuffé och det var väldigt god! All mat är homemade! Det är bra att de är ärliga med allt. Vi hittade exakt det vi såg på bilderna! Rummet var rent och en kvinna städade varje dag. I vårt rum fanns det lite myror men det sa vi till dem. De löste det genom en medel då blev det bättre. Annars inga insekter! Vi betalade också 40 euro per vecka för AC i varje rum. Det ägs av en familj som även jobbar där. De är väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga då vi har alltid frågat de om vi behövde något och de har alltid hjälpt oss.
• Luca (8/5): Un buon albergo, con studios e piscina - Ottima posizionesi quasi a metà costa est. Attenzione se si arriva da soli (come è successo a noi a mezzanotte) perché non è ben visibile dalla strada e Google maps fa confusione. Dovete cercare come Georgia hotel, al km 19. Eravamo 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi in 2 studio al piano terra sul retro con zero visuale (muro a 2 metri dall'ingresso). Però questo aveva come vantaggio non sentire il casino degli inglesi attorno alla piscina: qualcuno mi spieghi perché vengono a Rodi (o in ogni caso in un isola) per non godersi il fantastico mare e passare il tempo chiusi in albergo a bere birra... Le stanze sono veramente confortevoli, aria condizionata a pagamento (non serviva, anche se c'è caldo, è asciutto) e cassaforte a pagamento (1 settimana 10 euro). Servizio pulizia camera ottimo, frigo nuovo e a disposizione l'essenziale per cucinare in angolo cottura (2 piastre cottura, bollitore, pentolame e piatti). Si può prenotare con colazione a buffet incluso c'ero sbattimento la mattina) di tipo internazionale, dalle uova con pancetta a cereali, torte e frutta: buono anche se sempre uguale, ma ci sta. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Sempre attivi dalla mattina presto a oltre mezzanotte. Avevamo l'aereo alle 8 di sera, con Checkout alle 12. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere una stanza da appoggio, e ci è stata data fino alle 3: perfetto per sistemare le ultime cose, mangiare e quindi andare in aeroporto. Non abbiamo provato la cucina, perché sempre in giro. Ci tornerei.

Piscina e spettacoli 2 sere alla settimana. Supermarket attaccato per facile spesa. Lo consigliamo sicuramente

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel in zona tranquilla e vicino al mare - L'hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben collegata con le principali zone di interesse. Si può disporre del servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia.
• Ole Rintza (8/5): Et lille "familie-hotel" som ligger i fredeligt. - Georgia Apartments ligger i fredelige omgivelser tæt på strand og med gode spisesteder tæt på. Der er er en god restaurant på hoteller med et hyggeligt og serviceminded personale. Der er hvad der hører sig til på et hotel. Flot område med swimmingpool og liggestole hvor man også kan side og spise under træer. Vi har besøgt hotellet de sidste 3 år og kommer helt sikkert igen næste år. Hvis man lejer bil (som hotellet også hjælper med) er der korte afstande til alle seværdigheder så som Rhodos by, Lindos og andre flotte steder.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Superfint hotel - Vi havde 3 overnatninger på hotellet. Det var et fint familiedrevet hotel i Afandou. Vores lejlighed med 2 soveværelser var pæn,velholdt og ren. Der var en fin morgenmadsbuffet inkluderet i vores pris. Tre gange dagligt kørte hotellets minibus til stranden. Den service var gratis. Det eneste minus ved opholdet var, at der skulle betales ekstra for air-condition, hviket var en nødvendighed, da lejligheden var meget varm uden. Der er et busstoppested lige uden for hotellet, så det er nemt at komme til Rhodos by.
• Sarah (6/5): Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Appartments - Haben bei Ankunft etwas warten müssen, aber dann auch schon vorzeitig um 12 Uhr unser Appartment bekommen - sehr flexible! Die Kücheneinrichtung unseres Appartments beinhaltete Kühlschrank, Spüle, Wasserkocher, zwei Herdplatten, diverse Teller, etwas Besteck, Gläser, Tassen, Topf und Pfanne. Alles ausreichend, um mal einen kleinen Snack oder eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Bei Ankunft gab es als Willkommen eine kleine Erstausstattung mit Wasser, Tee und Nescafe-Pulver, das war sehr aufmerksam. Der griechische Abend Freitags ist lustig und empfehlenswert.
• Anni & Ara (6/5): Einfach. Sauber. Tolles Persona! :) - Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat ist im Georgia gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr groß. Mit Balkon sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat meine Freundin und mich sogar zur Apotheke gefahren und bei allen Fragen geholfen :) Das Abendessen war gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, könnte aber besser sein. Shuttle zum Strand war perfekt.
• marco (8/5): - Albergo in buona posizione, piscina sfruttabile, colazione abbondante anche se la pecca è l'assenza di latte caldo, cambio biancheria ogni 2 gg. Lo consiglio.
• moreno (8/5): Albergo pulito e tranquillo - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in formula bed & breakfast per 14 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni, mentre le lenzuola ogni 2 giorni. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L'hotel è in una posizione silenziosa e tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza con la strada principale per Rodi città e LIndos. Lo consiglio sia per la struttura che per la posizione.

• Angela (6/5): gemütliches Apartementhotel - Die Appartements haben eine angenehme Größe auch für Familien. Die Einrichtung ist ok, nur die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich, aber ausreichend. Der Pool ist immer sauber und war während unseren Aufenthalt nie überfüllt. Die Lage der Anlage ist zentral auf Rhodos und mit einem Mietwagen ist die Insel gut zu erkunden. Bushaltestelle auch unmittelbar in Hotelnähe. Leider sind nur 4 Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen (2 x englisch, 1 x griechisch und 1 x deutsch). Der Internetempfang ist nicht immer konstant.

Personale molto cordiale, Ampie camere con angolo cottura e frigo, terrazzo. Aria condizionata (che non serve perché il luogo è ventilato). Piscina, bar, biliardo, ristorante, ottima colazione. Dotato di WiFi per la connessione ad internet.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Posizione strategica e tranquilla - Bello il georgia apartments.. È a metà strada tra Rodi città e Lindos, il tratto di strada nel quale ci sono le spiagge più belle della costa. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ottima per il relax quando si è in camera!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Heerlijk gehad bij Georgia! - Wat hebben we heerlijk genoten! Lekker zwembad, goedkoop eten en drinken, rustig. Na een week bij Georgia appartments kom je weer zen thuis. Pluspunt de gratis shuttlebus naar het strand en de bushalte aan de overkant die je brengt naar Rhodos stad en Lindos.
• Ole (8/5): Hyggeligt hotel i stille område. - Giorgia ligger i et stille område, hvor chikanernes sang er det mest "larmende". Bor man på Giorgia, så kræver det et transportmiddel for at komme omkring. Strand og by ligger lidt længere væk end gå-afstand. Personalet er som en stor familie, hvor service kommer i højsædet. Maden som serveres er rigtig god og til en meget fornuftig pris. Rengøring på værelserne er rigtig god (vi fik gjort rent hver dag). Hyggeligt pool-område. Det eneste man kan klage over, er WiFi adgangen. Eller skal man sige, den manglende adgang. Hotellet reklamerer med fri internetadgang, men man skal være mere end tålmodig, hvis man vil benytte sig af dette "tilbud".

Posizione strategica: Afantou si trova a metà strada fra Rodi e Lindos, e a pochi minuti da Anthony Quinn Bay (a mio avviso i posti più importanti da visitare). L’hotel è a conduzione familiare, lo staff parla inglese, poco italiano, ma davvero molto gentile e amichevole. All’arrivo ci hanno accolto con delle bottiglie d’acqua gratuite per alleviare la nostra sete. Piscina pulita con sdraio e ombrelloni, vero relax. Gli appartamenti sono completi di angolo cottura (mai usato) e frigorifero (fondamentale il congelatore), puliti, senza TV (per me superflua). WIFI gratuito ma con segnale debole. L’aria condizionata è a pagamento, ma a mio avviso ci vuole per debellare le zanzare. Avevamo la mezza pensione, e per la quantità e qualità di colazione e cena il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato eccezionale. Ci hanno esaudito ogni desiderio. Consigliatissimo!

Posizione strategica: Afantou non è granchè, ma si trova a metà strada fra Rodi e Lindos, e a pochi minuti da Anthony Quinn Bay (a mio avviso i posti più importanti da visitare). L’hotel è a conduzione familiare, lo staff parla inglese, poco italiano, ma davvero molto gentile e amichevole. All’arrivo ci hanno accolto con delle bottiglie d’acqua gratuite per alleviare la nostra sete. Piscina pulita con sdraio e ombrelloni, vero relax. • Sacha (8/5): Waar voor je geld - Kamers zijn basis ingericht voor wat je in Griekenland kan verwachten. Ruime slaapkamers in het 4 persoons appartment. Vriendelijk personeel. Nadeel is dat het complex dich bij de doorgaande weg staat van Rhodos Stad naar Lindos.

• Reidun og Torbjørn (10/5): En veldig hyggelig ferie! - Hotellet er familiedrevet, enkelt og rent. Vi møtte stor vennlighet og topp service. Alle rom, toaletter osv. var gullende rene, nydelig basseng. God bussforbindelse til Rhodos by og Lindos ( 30min.) Gratis shuttlebuss til stranda, 5 min .Gratis safe på rommet og god Wi-Fi forbindelse over hele anlegget.
• Barbara (8/5): Appartamenti ad Afandou - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con il mio fidanzato dal 9 al 19 di agosto 2014... Siamo stati benissimo.. Il nostro studio dotato di un piccolo angolo cottura era perfetto. Molto pulito, il cambio della biancheria del letto e degli asciugamani veniva fatto ogni due giorni. Il personale cordialissimo, sempre presente e disponibile! La colazione abbondante e niente male. Non possiamo che ritenerci soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Residence tranquillo e ben collegato - Noi siamo state al Georgia la prima settimana d'agosto. Il posto è ben curato, pulizie e cambio della biancheria da letto e da bagno ogni 2 giorni; personale molto cordiale. La struttura offre un navetta gratuita, ad orari prestabiliti, per arrivare alla vicina spiaggia di Afantou; ottima posizione in quanto si trova a pochi minuti dalla famosa spiaggia di Anthony Queen e a metà strada tra Lindos e Rodi Città. L'appartamento è ben strutturato, unica pecca non hanno un vero fornello in cucina ma una specie di fornello elettrico, noi, visto che il ristornate del residence era a buon prezzo, ma non solo quello, diciamo che a Rodi la vita non è per niente cara ed è pienamente abbordabile, abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori senza alcun problema. Se volete farvi un ottima vacanza a Rodi, con un punto stretegico che non sia nel mezzo del casino e ad un prezzo più che abbordabile con un ottima parità qualità prezzo il Georgia è il posto ideale.

• Sanna (8/5): - Vi var ute efter en lugn skön semester och då barnen lätt kunde bada i poolen nära vårt rum och de solstolar som fanns samt leka lite på lekplatsen så passade detta oss perfekt. Supertrevlig personal, dock lite hög musik från baren ett par kvällar men skön musik.
