Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Cottesloe Beach Chalets in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Please note that the chalets are only serviced every fifth day. Please note, only 1 car spot is available per chalet.

Standard Two-Bedroom Chalet

The Standard 2-bedroom Chalet features a spacious lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, entertaining area and bathroom. The bedrooms are situated on the second level, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with built in robes, the second bedroom (open loft style) is furnished with built in robes and two single beds and a rollaway bed and overlooks the downstairs living area. This Chalet also has air-conditioning, a TV, telephone and free WiFi. One free parking bay per chalet booked. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Please note that the bedrooms are located on the loft level, which is accessed by using a spiral staircase. One bedroom is enclosed and the other bed is in an open area that overlooks the downstairs living area. Please note that the price is based on 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 5 (see Hotel Policies).
