- mikkov27 (10/5): Beautiful lush garden in the city heat - What a lovely little fresh garden in the middle of the city! I would say with the kind of small boutique-style a very solid 4-star establishment with excellent value for the money. The first impression is really nice as the entrance is under a very big tree. Kind of surprising sight in the concrete environment. A massive wooden door leads you to the nice lobby/restaurant area. Later you might realise how conveniently and well thought this building has been built, all the common areas in the center and the guest wings within the same short distance to the pool/gym and the restaurant/bar. Also everything is very green and fresh. There are plants everywhere and it makes you feel like you're somewhere else than in the "shadow" of city buildings. By the way there's not much shadows really so if you're looking for a good pool time, the sun shines there practically all day. I didn't try the restaurant except for the breakfast and I have to say it was really god. The croissants reveal the truth right away about the breakfast and I'm usually dissapointed but not hear. Soft, fresh and not greasy. Everything else was really good as well. Rooms are kind of basic in that sense that they do not offer any big surprises, but then again everything worked there really well and it was fresh and clean looking. Comfortable bed, safe deposit box available, good fridge without the useless minibar stuff inside and nice little sofa/table/chair area. Bathroom was convenient. I didn't hear any street noises nor anything else in the room. Maybe I was just lucky or the hotel wasn't full, anyway I had to change the previous hotel for excessive noise so this was pure heaven for me. Service wise, the staff was really friendly and greeted always. Some small language barrier at times but nothing too bad. You can also ask for a "buggy" ride to the main street to save maybe a five minute walk. I recommend reserving directly from the hotel page instead of booking etc. You propably get a better price and some membership perks like a drink coupon etc.

Special shoutout to Jam, who attended to our needs so well and was so friendly and smiley throughout our stay. It definitely made the hotel more memorable. He needs to be treasured!

It feels like an oasis of calm amidst the hustle of the city. The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptional ,always helpful with every inquiry. The management surprised me with beautiful birthday decorations and a lovely cake in our room, which made my birthday feel truly special. It was such a thoughtful gesture. - Prunella (9/5): Excellent, would stay again - Location is hidden a few streets away from the hustle and bustle of sukemvit road. Clean, and very friendly staff and morning buffet was excellent. We had the mixology experience at the bar adjacent to the entry which was fun. Moz was amazing, very engaging, and knowledgeable. However, worst tasting cocktails I’ve ever had! And the prices were overpriced for the quality Hotel is slightly showing wear and tear but overall still a nice experience
- PJHolla (8/5): Overall good - This is an area of Bangkok that is handy for food and drinks. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the aircon is great. A key factor at this time of year. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice and attentive service for teas and coffee. The swimming pool was also good. As feedback some more umbrellas would be welcome. Not everyone wants to get toasted. Finally the deposit for damages does undermine the welcome. It’s similar to being questioned at immigration. A faintly unpleasant experience even when you have nothing to fear. Not a big deal but unnecessary. And yes I do realise that I have gone on at length about something that is not a big deal. 😃

- JCG (8/5): Great hotel, but needs to protect privacy of guests. - This is the best hotel in Bangkok. It has the best breakfast in Bangkok. And the best staff in Bangkok. I love the property, the style, the professional attention. I have been coming for more than 4 years now. 🥰 You need to protect better the privacy of guests. At the pool, some guests (Ig addicts) take pictures and videos continuously with no respect to the other people around them. I do regret this. We don need to have videos of myself on swimwear taken by standees. You can forbid taking videos and p toes at the pool, the same way you forbid smoking weed. Thai is also very distorting to people!

Poor English on front desk staff. Minu bar design is ridiculous. Can reach plugs. Can’t access kettle. Just horrible.

- Perveen (9/5): - Breakfast was varied and delicious Staff were so helpful and kind The pool was wonderful - there aren't too many spots in the shade so I recommend going early if that's what you're after The room was very comfortable and clean The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful (and beautifully green). There were free snacks in the afternoon which was very nice. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is very helpful (make sure to grab their contact details so you can call them if you want a lift when you're coming back). Overall lovely stay!

- Mohamad Syazani (8/5): nice but not perfect, with a little bit of adjustment on the design of the room, it can be perfect - the design of the hotel is nice, location is good few minute from mrt can walk, got tuktuk to send you to main road, near to 7 eleven, breakfast food was great, bathroom is clean, mini food was nice, with the Nespresso machine the arrangement of the room layout is not so good, the bathroom do not have door, which is not good for feng shui, to make it worst there a mirror when you enter the bathroom, to make thing more worst the bed is facing the bathroom door. the room need abit more acoustic treatment, as you can hear sound from out side, i suggest you add a door seal at main door. bed not so great and abit small for junior suite room. aircond location might not be suitable for some people, as my experience im okay with the aircond shoot direct to me, as my wife don't like straight to her.

- juliefF3252BZ (6/5): Beware of leaving a deposit - Hotel lovely, food, staff and drinks. Comfortable room with a good location but BEWARE we left a credit card deposit and before we left we were said to wait until they inspected the room which I thought was a bit strange but we waited - we had left the room immaculate, bed made, nothing broken or damaged, rubbish in bins etc - dirty towels in the shower (we only used 1/2 amount of towels supplied) to my horror the lady came to me in the reception in front of everyone they’d inspected the dirty towels and showed me a photo they’d taken of a towel and said they were withholding my deposit because there was some makeup on one of the towels and it was ruined. I was furious it was very lightly soiled and 100% not ruined. I demanded my deposit be refunded which it was but this really upset and spoilt my stay

- Günter (10/5): Oase im Stadtzentrum - Das Hotel ist wirklich eine Oase mitten in der hektischen Stadt. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht, aber bei nächsten Mal würden wir definitiv länger bleiben. Die Zimmer sind modern, groß und sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück/ Lobby ist es im Innenbereich etwas zu kalt.

The swimming pool, the elegant and comfortable decoration. This time our bedroom was located on the second floor and the terrace accessible, not sure if it’s related but the outdoor noise bothered us until 2:00 am ☹️

Truly relaxing with Sukhumvit around the corner, 7-elevens everywhere and truly great and hospitable staff. Jus the light switches seem really hard to remember. Other than that there is really nothing to complain.

- Mathew (7/5): Good and bad. I wouldn't rush to stay again. - Location was perfect. Hotel is high end but felt tired in places. Air conditioning was good and I liked the smart features of the room like lighting etc. Mini bar. The room felt a bit tired. I had an outdoor terrace, would have been nice to have a sun bed, it felt a bit sparse. Such a long walk from the lobby to the room, up and down lots of stairs! The fridge outside did not work and hot tub kept malfunctioning.
- mandyb1265 (10/5): Amazing and very well located hotel in Bangkok - This is a hidden gem in a great location, especially if you want to see the sights of Bangkok. The food is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great and we got a very good nights sleep. It is well located as the sky train is only a 10 minute walk away and is very easy to use. We would definitely use this hotel again.

- Trager (10/5): PERFECT! - I live out of hotels and have stayed in over 100+ last 3 years. This is a rare find. A top 3% find!!!. From the opening staff that just super warm and well staffed/trained to pretty much everything. Beds, pillows, rooms quiet for sleep, breakfast on and on. I didn't use pool area so can't vouch for that. SO it IS the BEST value for Quality I have found in Bangkok. I have other Top Hotels in Bangkok but they all 3x times the price. So VERY impressed with the details and OWNER must be proud of putting together the Little THINGS that add to the Big Picture and this review. A+ That Breakfast had to end lol

Desværre er sengene, ikke goe, og det første værelse var for fugtigt, så vi skiftede - uden problemer dog - til et bedre værelse. Ang. sengene, så er det samme problem som på nuværende Michelin-hotel, så det er vist bare typen af senge, man godt kan li herude, der ikke falder i smag.

We stayed in a Deluxe Double - the room was very modern and kept spotlessly clean - the room was unoverlooked which is the only upside of facing a featureless blank boundary wall with no view at all 😁 The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The breakfast were adequate-to-good; buffet style; drinks were served,in the garden. The hotel was preparing for Christmas and had fantastic decorations. We wouldn’t return or recommend solely because of it is in a location which is unpleasant to walk to. Yes - only a few hundred yards from “the main drag” but pedestrian access is a poorly lit cul-de-sac back-ally off the delivery road access to adjacent hospital.

- Maria (9/5): Eine kleine Oase in der Großstadt - Sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Schöne Anlage und leckeres Essen. Mitarbeiter teilweise einfach nicht gut geschult. Man saß Stunden ohne Getränke. Aber dennoch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich ganz gut, da man schnell an der BTS ist. Aber wenn man mal eben ein Grab oder andere fahrmöglichkeiten buchen will, ist man sehr aufgeschmissen. Die Straße zum Hotel fuhrt direkt auf die Sukhumvit Road. Klingt super, bedeutet aber stundenlange Staus. Also mussten wir laufen, wenn es keine Bahnanbindung gab.

Traffic can be awful in the area and sometimes it is more convenient to walk the last part instead of spending 1 hour in traffic.

- Vanessa (8/5): - - Calme et propreté : L'hôtel est niché dans une petite rue très tranquille et le cadre est super sympa. La propreté est irréprochable. - Petit déjeuner : Excellent ! De quoi bien démarrer la journée. - Personnel : Un accueil très chaleureux et une équipe aux petits soins. - Piscine : le bassin sur le toit est un vrai plus, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de marche. - Configuration de la chambre : La chambre est bien, mais l'agencement manque d'intimité. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont situées sur le côté, face au lavabo qui est ouvert sur la chambre. Ce n'est pas l'idéal si on voyage entre amis par exemple. - Rangements : Il y a assez peu d'espaces pour ranger ses vêtements. - Localisation (Nana/Sukhumvit) : C’est un emplacement à double tranchant. C'est pratique pour sortir et proche du métro aérien (station Nana), mais c'est assez excentré pour les visites historiques (Grand Palais, etc.), donc prévoyez pas mal de temps de transport.
